A conductive oxide-based sapphire glass indium tin oxide/metal electrode and the optical coating, through patterning process was studied in excellent optical properties and integrated touch panel has a high strength. Indium tin oxide conductive oxides of the sapphire glass to 0.3 A at DC magnetron sputtering method of 10 min, gas flow Ar 10 Sccm Ar, $O_2$ 1.0 Sccm the formation conditions of the thin film after annealing at $550^{\circ}C$ for 30min was achieved through a 86% transmittance. In addition, the coating 130 nm hollow silica sol-gel was to improve the optical transmittance of the indium tin oxide to 91%. For the measurement by the modeling hollow silica sol by Macleod simulation and calculated the average values of silica part to the presence or absence in analogy to actual. Refractive index value and the actual value of the material on the simulation the transmittance difference is it does not completely match the air region similar to the actual value (transmission) could be confirmed that the measurement is set to a value of between 5 nm and 10 nm.

The purpose of this study is to develop an energy management system and to verify the proposed model by applying energy management technique in a real campus building. In this study the influence of the blind control and dimming control strategies in energy consumption and the energy saving potentials of a lighting system have been investigated by means of simulations with EMS of EnergyPlus. With blind control(application of EMS) and dimming control, light energy consumption and cooling energy consumption are reduced about 50% by baseline model.
프로젝트관리기법 도입 및 적용에 대한 4 개 산업 비교 및 분석

This study presents a methodology to systematically assess organizational Project Management (PM) maturity. This assessment is used to measure and compare organization`s PM level quantitatively. A 5-level Model is introduced to position and determine an organizations current and relative PM maturity. A total of 38 organizations, including 15 Engineering and Construction, 10 Telecommunications, 10 Software Development, and 3 Hi-Tech Manufacturing companies have participated in this study. This study also suggests a step to estimate the return on PM investment (PM/ROI) on an order-of-magnitude basis. First, regression analysis reveals that the organizational PM level and actual cost and schedule performance data from projects representative of the companies are positively associated. The conceptual PM/ROI calculation procedure is then presented to encourage managers investing in PM processes, tools, and techniques. This research provides a solid and comparative analysis methodology on PM practices which in turn can help managers to improve their PM processes and its effectiveness.
블라인드와 디밍제어 전략에 따른 연구소 건물의 하절기 에너지 절감 효과

The purpose of this paper is focus on the effect of cooling season energy saving potential with blind and dimming control strategies in a research building. In this study the influence of the blind and dimming control strategies in current building condition, such as lighting and cooling system were analyzed. Control variables are blind slat angle, blind status, and dimming control of lighting. Control strategies and energy saving potentials of 11 cases were modeled and estimated using the EnergyPlus with EMS class. During the cooling season, lighting and cooling energy reduction were calculated. The results show that slat angles of 0° with blind control(application of EMS) and dimming control is the best in energy performance, lighting and cooling energy consumption are reduced about 4.41% compared to baseline model.
실시간 빌딩 시뮬레이션을 위한 예측 기상 기반의 기상 데이터 파일 작성 기법

Building simulation is used in a variety of sectors. In its early years, building simulation was mainly used in the design phase of a building for basic functions. Recently, however, it has become increasingly important during the operating phase, for commissioning and facility management. Most building simulation tools are used to estimate the thermal environment and energy consumption performance, and hence, they require the inputting of hourly weather data. A building simulation used for prediction should take into account the use of standard weather data. Weather data, which is used as input for a building simulation, plays a crucial role in the prediction performance, and hence, the selection of appropriate weather data is considered highly important. The present study proposed a technique for generating real-time weather data files, as opposed to the standard weather data files, which are required for running the building simulation. The forecasted weather elements provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA), the elements produced by the calculations, those utilizing the built - in functions of EnergyPlus, and those that use standard values are combined for hourly input. The real-time weather data files generated using the technique proposed in the present study have been validated to compare with measured data and simulated data via EnergyPlus. The results of the present study are expected to increase the prediction accuracy of building control simulation results in the future.
국가 건물에너지 통계 활용성 제고를 위한 타 통계 자료 비교 및 검토

이 연구는 국가 건물에너지 통계 활용성 제고를 위한 타 통계 자료를 비교 및 검토하고자 한다. 서울지역을 대상으로 2012년부터 2015년까지 국가 건물에너지 통합관리시스템과 지역에너지통계연보의 2가지 통계 자료를 비교하였다. 2012년~2015년까지의 전력 소비량의 평균오차율은 8.39%이며, 오차율은 점차 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 도시가스 에너지 소비량의 평균오차율은 15.34%이며, 감소 추세를 나타내다가 최근(2015년)에는 상승하였다. 국가 건물에너지 통합관리시스템의 건물용도에서 공장 및 발전시설 등의 산업부문에 포함되어야 할 건물용도를 제외한 후 동일한 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과, 서울지역의 2012년~2015년까지의 전력 소비량의 평균오차율은 1.22%를 나타냈고, 도시가스 에너지 소비량의 평균오차율은 4.32%를 나타냈다. 향후 국가 건물에너지 통합관리 시스템의 신뢰성 및 활용 가능성 제고를 위해서 공장 등을 제외한 가정이 맞는지 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
