국내외 뇌졸중 환자의 운전 시뮬레이터 훈련에 관한 체계적 고찰

목적 : 국내·외에서 보고된 뇌졸중 환자 대상의 운전 시뮬레이터 훈련 연구의 체계적 고찰을 통해 연구 경향과 대상자 특성, 사용 방법 및 시뮬레이터를 통한 중재의 효과성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : RISS, PubMed 등의 데이터베이스를 이용하여 선정 기준에 부합하는 5편의 국내·외 연구를 검색하였 다. 분석 대상 연구들은 연구의 근거 기반 질적 수준 분석 모델에 따라 분류하였고, 임상적 분석 방법인 P.I.C.O 방법에 따라 분석하여 정리하였다. 결과 : 고찰한 연구는 총 5개로 근거 수준은 I, IV였다. 연구 대상자는 뇌졸중 환자로 운전 시뮬레이터 훈련 중재 를 통해 운전 기능 향상의 효과를 살펴보았으며, 중재 결과 다양한 영역에서의 향상이 보고되었음을 확인할 수 있었고, 1편의 논문을 제외한 4편의 논문에서 운전 기능의 유의미한 향상을 보고하였다. 결론 : 시뮬레이터를 이용한 중재는 많은 연구를 통해 효과가 입증되고 있었다. 추후 연구 대상자를 더욱 다양하 게 하여 도로 주행 능력 및 다양한 영역에서의 기능 향상을 위한 운전재활 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다. Purpose : To investigate research trends, subject characteristics, methods of use, and effectiveness of simulator intervention through a systematic review of driving simulator training studies for stroke patients reported in Japan and abroad. Research method : Using databases such as RISS and PubMed, we searched seven domestic and foreign studies that met the selection criteria. The studies to be analyzed were classified according to the evidence-based qualitative level analysis model, and analyzed and summarized according to the P.I.C.O method, which is a clinical analysis method. Results : A total of five studies were considered, with evidence levels I and IV. The study participants observed the effects of driving function improvement through the arbitration of driving simulator training in stroke patients. reported significant improvement in function. Conclusion : Arbitration using a simulator has been proven effective through many studies. Future research subjects should be further diversified, and driving rehabilitation research should be continued to improve road driving ability and functions in various areas.

초등교사의 강점인식이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향: 강점활용의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 초등교사의 강점인식과 행복플로리시 관계에서 강점활용의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 K지역에 근무하는 초등교사 54명을 대상으로 오프라인 설문을 실시하고 전국의 초등교사만 가입할 수 있는 커뮤니티를 활용하여 279명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 병행하여 자료를 수집하였다. 최종 수집된 자료 328부로 SPSS 21을 이용하여 변인들간 상관관계를 분석하였고, AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 강점인식과 행복플로리시 관계에서 강점활용의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강점인식, 강점활용, 행복플로리시는 모두 정적인 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 강점인식과 행복플로리시 관계에서 강점활용은 완전 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 초등교사의 행복플로리시를 향상시키기 위해서는 강점인식과 강점활용을 동시에 고려해야 함을 시사한다. 또한 초등교사를 대상으로 한 제도적 차원에서의 집단상담 프로그램 개발이 필요하다는 점을 제안한다. 마지막으로 비교적 연구가 부족한 초등교사의 행복플로리시에 관한 연구를 수행하였다는 점과 강점이 행복플로리시에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 구조적인 이해를 가능하게 했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of strength utilization in the relationship between elementary school teachers' perception of strengths and flourish. To accomplish this objective, an offline survey was conducted with 54 elementary school teachers working in the K region. In addition, an online survey was concurrently conducted with 279 members of a nationwide community exclusive to elementary school teachers. This approach facilitated a comprehensive data collection. This information is intended for inclusion in the abstract of the paper. The final collection of the data from 328 respondents were analyzed for the correlation between variables using SPSS 21, and the mediating effect of strength utilization in the relationship between strength perception and flourish was confirmed using AMOS 22.0. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that the perception of strengths, the utilization of strengths, and flourish all have a positive correlation each. Second, in the relationship between the perception of strengths and flourish, it was found that the utilization of strengths has a complete mediating effect. This study suggests that in order to enhance the flourish of elementary school teachers, it is necessary to consider both strengths recognition and strengths utilization simultaneously. It also proposes the need for the development of institutional-level group counseling programs targeting elementary school teachers. Lastly, the significance of this study lies in conducting research on the flourishing of elementary school teachers, a relatively under-researched area, and enabling a structural understanding of how strengths influence flourish. This content is intended for inclusion in the abstract of the paper.
