호주(湖洲) 채유후(蔡裕後) 사환생활(仕宦生活)과 시세계(詩世界)

본고는 湖洲 蔡裕後(1599∼1660)의 仕宦生活과 관련하여 그의 詩世界를 고찰한 것이다. 채유후는 자는 伯昌, 본관은 平康으로 仁祖∼孝宗代에 주로 활동했던 정치가요 文柄을 맡았던 문인이다. 채유후는 임진왜란, 인조반정, 李适의 난, 정묘호란, 병자호란 등이 이어지던 혼란한 정국 속에서 한 차례 定配되고 몇 차례 遞職된 적이 있었지만, 淸要職을 두루 거치면서 그의 宦路는 비교적 평탄하였다. 채유후는 벼슬하는 40년 동안 淸廉하고 脫俗한 한편 剛直하고 慷慨한 인품으로 명망이 높았다. 채유후의 시세계를 고찰하기 위한 전제로 그의 사환생활, 『호주집』의 編纂經緯와 개략적인 내용, 그의 문학에 대한 당대인들의 평가를 살펴보았다. 채유후의 문학적 위상은 蔡濟恭이 당시 南人詩脈의 선두로 평가했거니와 澤堂李植은 “구구절절 唐詩에 핍진하다”.고 하였다. 한편 鶴谷 洪瑞鳳은 “그의 騈儷文은 세상에 보기 드문 재주이다”. 라고 평가하였다. 채유후의 시는 담박한 언어로 자신의 心懷를 자연스럽게 표출한 唐詩風을 띠고 있는 작품이 많으며, 평생을 벼슬살이 했던 만큼 館閣文人의 삶과 정서 및 당대 명사들과의 교유가 잘 드러난다고 할 수 있다. This article aims to consider Hoju Chae Yu Hu(1599∼1660)`s poetic world with regard to his official life. Chae Yu Hu has Baekchang(伯昌) as his ja(字: family nickname) and Pyeonggang(平康) as his bongwan(本貫:family ancestor`s hometown). He was a politician who worked mostly during king Injo(仁祖) to king Hyojong(孝宗) reigns and writer in charge of the national documentation. Within the chaotic political situation with a series of hardships including Imjinwaeran(壬辰倭亂: Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592), Injobanjeong(仁祖反正: king Injo`s coup), Igwal(李适)`s Uprising, Jeongmyohoran(丁卯胡亂:Manchu invasion of Korea in 1627), or Byeongjahoran(丙子胡亂:Manchu invasion of Korea in 1636), Chae Yu Hu was exiled once but got back to his job several times. His life as an official can be still regarded to have been quite smooth taking charge of several major public posts. While taking up a public office, Chae Yu Hu was incorruptible and unworldly for the 40 years, and also, he was well-reputed for his upright and indignant personality. As a premise to examine Chae Yu Hu`s poetic world, this study looked into his official lifetime, the exact account of compiling 『Hoju`s Collection(湖洲集)』 and the summary of its contents, and also the contemporaries` evaluation on his literature. In fact, Chae Je Gong(蔡濟恭) appreciated the status of Chae Yu Hu`s literature as the lead of Namin Simaek(南人詩脈:Namin`s poetic branch) then, and Taekdang(澤堂) Lee Sik(李植) said, “Every single word he says is comparable to Tangsi(唐詩:dynasty Tang`s poetry)”. In addition, Hakgok(鶴谷) Hong Seo Bong(洪瑞鳳) evaluated his Byeongryeomun(騈儷文) as a talent hard to find in this world. Chae Yu Hu wrote many Tangsi(唐詩)-style works in which he expressed his thoughts in mind naturally with his own simple language. As he lived most of his life as an official, he well expressed the feelings of those in a governmental post and the exchanges among the celebrities then.

선박 탑재형 내항성능 평가시스템 개발 (1) : 내항성능 평가요소의 상대위험도 D/B 구축

본 연구의 목적은 항해하고 있는 선박의 항해안전성을 평가할 수 있는 탑재형 내항성능 평가시스템 개발을 위한 각 내항성능 평가요소에 대한 상대위험도 D/B을 구축하고자 한다. 탑재형 내항성능 평가시스템은, 선박에 설치하여 선체 운동에 의해 발생하는 상하방향의 가속도를 측정하는 상하가속도 측정기와, 선박의 항해 안전성을 평가하는 종합내항성능지표를 계산하는 컴퓨터 및 종합 내항성능지표를 토대로 내항성능 평가도 및 경과도를 모니터 화상 처리 공간상에 표시되도록 구성되어진다. 본 논문에서는 이중에서 선박의 변환 평가치 및 한계 평가치를 사용하여 파랑 중 선박의 종합적인 항해안전성을 평가하는 종합내항성능지표를 계산하는데 필요한 내항성능 평가 프로그램의 알고리즘에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 내항성능 평가요소의 상대위험도 D/B를 구축하는 방법을 제시한다. 그리고 모델 선박을 사용하여 구축된 상대위험도 함수가 주어진 화물 적재상태, 해상상태, 파향 및 선속에 대한 해당 조건을 토대로 내항성능평가 프로그램에서 정확하게 구현될 수 있는지를 검토하였다. The final goal of this research is to establish the relative dangerousness D/B for factors on seakeeping performance. This D/B is essential, to develope the seakeeping performance evaluation system built-on-ship. The system is composed of the apparatus for measuring a vertical acceleration to be generated by the ship's motions, computer for calculating the synthetic seakeeping performance index and monitor for displaying the evaluating diagram of navigational safety of ship. In this paper, a methodology on the establishment of the relative dangerousness D/B for factors on seakeeping performance is presented by a numerical simulations, playing an important role on the algorithm of the program for calculating the synthetic seakeeping performance index. Finally, It is investigated whether the relative dangerousness D/B can be realized an accurate values according to the loading conditions, weather conditions, wave directions and present ship's speed of a model ship.
