This composition is composed in an attempt to express atonal or contemporary idioms escaped from tonal and traditional idioms, and hence it tried to show the strict structure or dissonance, and augumentation and diminuation. In addition, an important melody line, which is not abstract, has been partially continued in each part focussing at the pattern of melody line which is escaped from the tonal idioms and is dissonant. Moreover, the composer has made another attempt to follew the effects of counterpoint by the structure of of a variety of different rhythms and to follow strictly the various rules of atonal idioms.

The output from the video codec, such as MPEG or H.261, consist of macroblocks into ATM cells, when depend on whether or not part of an uncompleted macroblock may be carried over to the next cell. These are the loose and close packing. In this paper, two methods are compare and their efficiency is analysis and we analysed priority control mechanism to achieve the cell loss rate the cell loss rate requirement and the delay requirement of each service class in ATM switch with output buffer. The service classes of our concern are the high time priority class and the high loss priority class.

에이전트 기술을 이용한 사용자 기호 분석 검색 시스템 설계 및 구현

본 논문에서는 에이전트 기술을 이용하여, 사용자 기호 분석을 통해 사용자 기호에 가까운 결과를 제공하는 검색시스템을 제안하고 구현한다. 일반 검색 시스템의 불필요하고 중복된 검색내용을 지양하면서 보다 양질의 정보를 사용자에게 제공하기 위하여 본 시스템은 검색시 사용자의 정보를 입력받고, 입력된 정보에서 검색키와 카테고리를 생성한다. 그리고 에이전트 기반의 검색엔진을 통해 상용 검색엔진의 검색결과와 사용자 기호 정보를 비교하여 사용자 기호에 근접하는 결과만을 제공한다. 동시에 검색결과는 카테고리별로 데이터베이스화하여 또 다른 검색의 결과에 추가로 제공되도록 한다. 시스템 구현결과 사용자에게 제공되는 검색결과는 일반 검색 시스템의 중복 검색이 제거됐으며, 사용자 기호에 가까운 내용들로 검색이 이루어졌다. In this paper, by using agent technology, we proposes and implements the search system that supplies the result close to the user preference through the analysis of user preference. To offer better qualified information to user without redundant search results and unnecessary information of legacy search system. this system uses user's information and generates keywords and categories. Comparing user's favorite category with search result of legacy search system through the agent oriented search engine, it supplies only the result close to the user's category. At the same time, search result is saved into the databases according to each category to be used for search work later. As a result, the redundant information of search result was efficiently removed and the information close to the user's favorite category was obtained.

This paper seek for a plan to file a lawsuit in case of be a co-worker of the complaint expenses in an inherently essential joint litigation. An inherently essential joint litigation requires unification confirmed and litigation joint. If it is a co-worker of the complaint expenses, anyone of filing of a suit shall be denied the right of access to the court. And in civil procedure is a maxim that person of active exercising their legitimate rights rules the suit in question. Opinions are presented with solution in recognition range of common view & judicial precedent about the inherently essential joint litigation. On the other hand, opinions propose with solution in fluidification of joint action. The one belongs to a plan of a court order of participation in litigation, a plan that a co-worker of the complaint expenses is a defendant and a plan of a court order of delegation of legal power to anyone of filing of a suit, the other is affiliated to a plan of recognizing fluid boundary between an inherently essential joint litigation, a similar essential joint litigation and a ordinary joint litigation. This paper supports the system of a court order of delegation of legal power to anyone of filing of a suit. But this plan is not subject to the current law. Consequently it passes this plan in next amendment to civil procedure.
