        정신과 환자 가족의 불안에 관한 연구

        In order to study the anxiety of the family members of psychiatric patients, Zungs self-rating anxiety scale was administered to 100 individuals of the family members of psychiatric and internal medicine patients. Revised questionnaire of“Public attitude toward mental illness”developed by Star was administered simultaneously, to the same subjects in order to study the impact of mental illness on the anxiety.The results were as follows. 1. The anxiety level of either group was higher than that of normal population group. The anxiety level of the family members of psychiatric patients was significantly higher than that of internal medicine patients. 2. In the family members of psychiatric , patients, the anxiety level of the family members of psychotics was significantly higher than that of neurotics. 3. The anxiety level was higher in family members with negative attitude compairing with those of positive attitude in both groups. 4. The anxiety level was higher in femals than male in both groups. The anxiety level was higher in parents and spouses than offsprings or brothers and sisters. 5. The anxiety level increased according to age increment in the family members of psychiatric patients, but not in those of internal medicine patients.

        유치열(乳齒列)의 치간공극(齒間空隙)에 관(關)한 통계학적(統計學的) 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study was to statistically evaluate the spacing of primary dentition according to whether or not a space existed and measurement of amount of space in 205 children (male 114, female 91) from 2 to 6 years of age. The results were as follows; 1. In the incidence of interdental space on each region, spacing between the primary lateral incisors and primary canine in maxilla and between the primary canine and 1st primary molar in mandible showed the highest percentage, on the other hand, spacing between the 1st and 2nd primary molars in both jaw showed the lowest percentage. 2. In the kinds of interdental space, the state of primate space and other space together showed the highest percentage, and in the degree of spacing, $S_2$ showed the highest percentage in both jaw. 3. In the incidence of primate space, maxillary primate space showed higher percentage than mandibular primate space in bilateral case. 4. In the type of arch form, spaced arch showed higher percentage than closed arch and about the half of closed arch showed crowding. 5. In both Jaw, available space showed incisor segments, canine segments, and premolar segments in order of amount, and there were not statistically significant differences of sex or jaws in the amount of available space.

        전기적 자극이 백서 대퇴골골단의 연골형서에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in the chondrogensis processes, induced by a direct electric current ranging 7-18㎂, of rat femur. 20 rats(Sprague-Dawley strain) weighing about 200gm were selected and divided into 2 groups, one control group consisting of 5 rats and one experimental group consisting of 15 rats. And the control and experimental group were subdivided into 5 groups according to the periods (6-hour, 12-hour, 1-day, 3-day, 7-day) that the electric stimulation applied. All surgery was performed under ether and thiopental sodium anesthesia with aseptic precautions, each naimal receibing 0.25cc/100gm of soluble ganamycin sulfate intraperitoneally at the end of the surgical procedure. A 0.010" stainless steel wire covered with posyethylene tube was tied at the right femoral neck portion of the rat, and this wire serving as a cathode was connected to the Constant Current Sink. Anode was implanted subcutaneously over the dorsum at the corss section area where the vertebral column and a line connecting the both iliac crests, and then connected to the Sink. Control groups were received the same electrodes but that those electrodes were not connected to the power supply pack. Animals were sacrified at 6-hor, 12-hour, 1-day, 3-day, and 7-day after the electrical stimulation. Head of femoral condyle was prepared for histologic findings including LM and EM. Based on the present study the following conclusions can be made. 1. It can be concluded that the activity of the chondroblasts was stimulated by means of direct electric current. 2. The increased activity of chondroblasts in the epiphyseal plate was noted at the 6-hour experimental group, and a marked increased activity was evident at 12-hor experimental group. 3. There appeared a secondary ossification center in the prechondroblastic layer at 3-day experimental group, and the epiphyseal plate of the 7-day experimental group showed an insignificant change relatively to the 7-day control rat. 4. The increased activity of the osteoclasts was marked at 24-hour experimental group, and the new bone formation was remarkable owing to the increased activity of the osteoblasts at 3-day experimental group. 5. The total energy dissipated approximately 0.13 joule elicited a marked changes of chondroblasts in the epiphyseal plate, and a remarkable bone formation was producd at about 0.33 joule.

        단일 액적의 고체 표면 액막과의 충돌 현상에 관한 연구

        In this paper an experimental study is presented to investigate the dynamic behavior of impacting droplet onto a liquid film. The main parameters are the droplet velocity and the thickness of the liquid film photographic images are presented to show the formation of crown, height, central jet height and the size of disintegrating droplet from the central jct. The diameter and height of crown height of crown are higher for faster droplet and thinner liquid film. On the other hand, the height of cen-tral jet are higher for faster droplet and thicker liquid film. The size of disintegrating droplet from the central jet heavily depends on the droplet velocity; Larger droplet is produced with faster falling droplets.

        In this paper an experimental study is presented to investigate the dynamic behavior of impacting droplet onto a liquid film.
