      • 이미지프로세싱을 이용한 도로포장의 균열폭 측정에 관한 연구

        포장은 건조수축이나 온도변화 또는 차량의 반복하중 등으로 인하여 균열이 발생하게 된다. 발생된 균열 부위로 우수의 침입 및 비압축성 물질이 침투하여 하부층의 지지력 저하, 과다한 스폴링, 2차 균열 등의 파손이 발생하게 된다. 이런 문제점을 해소하기 위해서는 균열폭을 제한하여 관리해야하며 이것은 정확한 균열폭 감지를 필요로 한다. 현재의 측정방법은 공간적 시간적으로 많은 제약을 받는 현미경을 이용한 육안조사가 전부인 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 망원렌즈를 장착한 자동포장상태 조사장비를 사용하여 도로에서 주위차량과 비슷한 속도로 주행하면서 가장 정확한 균열폭을 감지할수 있는 조건을 찾는 것이다. 본 연구는 모의조사를 통하여 균열폭 크기에 따른 카메라 초점거리를 결정하고 망원렌즈를 부착한 카메라로 노면을 확대 촬영한 자료를 이미지프로세싱 프로그램인 STADI-2에서 여러 가지 factor를 사용하여 산출된 균열폭과 현장조사를 통하여 현미경으로 실측한 균열폭을 비교 분석한 결과, 이미지프로세싱을 이용한 최적균열폭 감지조건을 제시하였다. 연구결과 CRCP(연속철근콘크리트포장)에서는 카메라 초점거리 75mm를 사용하여 균열폭 0.5mm$\sim$1.2mm일때 정확도 80%이상으로 측정 가능했으며 아스팔트포장에서는 카메라 초점거리 12.5mm를 사용하여 균열폭 1.8mm$\sim$3.3mm에서 90%의 정확도로 균열폭을 감지할 수 있었다. The cracks in the pavements result from drying shrinkage, temperature change, repeated traffic loadings and so on. The reduction of soil support, spatting and many local failures are caused by water and incompressible foreign materials infiltrated into the cracks. In order to reduce this kind of problems the crack width must be controlled and managed by the accurate measurement. The current method is a visual survey using a microscope, which requires traffic blocking. The purpose of this study is to find the best condition to measure accurate crack width using automated pavement condition survey equipment running at the similar speed as other vehicles. In this study pavement surfaces are filmed on an enlarged scale by the camera with a zoom lens, and then the proper focal distance is determined according to the crack width through a pilot survey. The conditions for measurement of the accurate crack width using the image processing technique are suggested by comparing crack widths surveyed using a microscope in the field with those computed by various factors in the image processing program, STADI-2. In conclusion, the camera with a focal distance of 75m could detect crack range of 0.5mm$\sim$1.2mm In width with an accuracy of 80% for CRCP. The camera with a focal distance of 12.5mm could detect crack range of 1.8mm$\sim$3.3mm in width with an accuracy of 90% for asphalt pavement.

        Soil resistivity measured by 4-electrode method of Changwon was estimated to be a suitable for the deepwell method. But in order to meet the projected cathode protection current, the actual high resistivity increase the number of hole and bed, and construction cost will be greatly increased. So in this paper not only presents many problems of the deepwell method but also suggests an optimal design and construction method.

        해방 직후 조선공산당의 대미인식

        In this article, the Joseon Communist party`s perception of the U.S. after the liberation, and how that perception changed, will be examined. It is a general belief that the Joseon Communist party`s perception of the U.S. was influenced by the U.S.S.R., but the nature of such influence is yet to be determined. What defined the basic perimeters in the Joseon Communist party`s perception of the U.S. was the cooperation between U.S. and U.S.S.R. in an International Anti-Fascism Alliance which also made the independence of Joseon possible. U.S. and U.S.S.R. ended the long period of hostility and established a new official diplomatic relationship between themselves with the inauguration of U.S. president Roosevelt. A formal relationship between those two countries turned into a more substantial relationship of cooperation as they went through the 2nd World war together, and such relationship created a new kind of international order. This was made possible because both the Free Democracy system and the Communist system agreed to fight Fascism which was threatening them both. The wartime cooperation between U.S. and U.S.S.R. primarily shaped the Joseon Communist party`s perception of the U.S. after the liberation. In their eyes, considering the international flow of events which witnessed the birth of many left-wing regimes in Eastern European countries based upon the agreement reached between U.S. and U.S.S.R. at the Yalta conference, the continuation of the U.S.-U.S.S.R. cooperation was not without merits to the left-wing cause in Joseon. Moreover, the fact that the Joseon people themselves failed to play a substantive, dominant role in the liberation of the Joseon peninsula inevitably called for the cooperation with progressive democratic countries as exterior supporters. Although, the Joseon Communist party`s perception of the U.S. was seriously challenged when the U.S. military government started to oppress the left-wing activists and decided to resurrect the Governor General office system of the colonial days in late 1945. But the agreement reached among three leaders at Moscow was announced, and with the temporarily restored U.S.-U.S.S.R. cooperation system, the Joseon Communist party`s cooperation with the U.S. continued up until early May, when first Joint session between U.S. and U.S.S.R. was put into a recess. The U.S.-U.S.S.R. cooperation enforced during the 2nd World war, and the new world order that surfaced right after that war, initially made the Joseon Communist party to cooperate with U.S., but the recess of the 1st session led them to retract such cooperation, because such failure of the first session signaled the fact that it was becoming clear that the Joseon Communist party could no longer maintain such stance. The existing strategy of cooperation with the U.S. was reviewed from scratch, and a new stance was chosen. Yet there was a dilemma. The existing strategy of cooperation was a strategy which argued the necessity to complete the ultimate national liberation of Korea even with helps from progressive foreign countries because the Koreans were not ready to do the job entirely on their own. So abandoning such strategy meant the Joseon Communist party itself arguing that Joseon was not capable of reaching the level of a revolution at all. This was literally a body blow to South Korean left-wing activist leaders, and it seriously crippled the party`s leadership over the left-wing factions.

      • 초전도 Pipelined Multi-Bit ALU에 대한 연구

        The Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) is a core element of a computer processor that performs arithmetic and logic operations on the operands in computer instruction words. We have developed and tested an RSFQ multi-bit ALU constructed with half adder unit cells. To reduce the complexity of the ALU, We used half adder unit cells. The unit cells were constructed of one half adder and three de switches. The timing problem in the complex circuits has been a very important issue. We have calculated the delay time of all components in the circuit by using Josephson circuit simulation tools of XIC, $WRspice^{TM}$, and Julia. To make the circuit work faster, we used a forward clocking scheme. This required a careful design of timing between clock and data pulses in ALU. The designed ALU had limited operation functions of OR, AND, XOR, and ADD. It had a pipeline structure. The fabricated 1-bit, 2-bit, and 4-bit ALU circuits were tested at a few kilo-hertz clock frequency as well as a few tens giga-hertz clock frequency, respectively. For high-speed tests, we used an eye-diagram technique. Our 4-bit ALU operated correctly at up to 5 GHz clock frequency.
