The aneurysmal bone cyst is a nonmalignant reactive bone lesion. Developing rarely in the craniofacial region, and more commonly affecting the long bones and the spine, the lesion has variable etiopathogenic characteristics. The authors diagnosed a 33-year-old female as aneurysmal bone cyst after undergoing clinical, radiological and histological examinations. The characteristics were as followed: 1. The patient complained of pain and swelling of the right preauricular area. 2. The conventional radiograms showed a relatively well defined radiolucent lesion with partially scalloping margin. The cortical bone of the right condyle was thinned and expanded by the lesion. 3. Bone scintigraphy with ~c demonstrated ring-like or doughnut-pattern accumulation of radioactivity. 4. On Tl-weighted imaging of MRI, the lesion on the right condyle had middle signal intensity. T2-weighted MRI demonstrated multiple high signal intensities seperated by septa which had low signal intensity. Finger in balloon appearance was seen. 5. Histologically, the lesion was composed of large sinusoidal blood spaces lined by fibroblasts and histiocytes. Its fibrous stroma consisted of fibroblstic element, multinucleated giant cells, extravasated erythrocytes and focal hemosiderin pigmentation. New bone formation was also observed around larger sinusoidal spaces.

This study was designed to evaluate the interrelationship between the condylar head position in transcranial view and the articular disc position in the arthrography. The condylar positions were assessed by subjective method and linear measurement method on the transcranial view. The subjects for this study consisted of 24 symptomatic joints with normal disc position, 37 joints with anterior disc displacement with reduction and 44 joints with anterior disc displacement without reduction that were classified by arthrotomography under the fluoroscopic guidance. The interrelationship between the condylar head position in transcranial view and the articular disc position in the arthrography was evaluated by Chi square test. The obtained results were as follows : 1. There was no significant interrelationship between the position of condylar head in closed mouth state on transcranial view and articular disc position in the arthrography (p>0.05). 2. There was no significant interrelationship between the changes of interarticular distance in 1 inch opening state and articular disc position in the arthrography (p>0.05). 3. There was no significant interrelationship between the position of condylar head related to the apex of articular eminence in 1 inch opening state and articular disc position in the arthrography (p>0.05). 4. There was significant interrelationship between the changes of interarticular distance that is assessed by linear measurement method in maximum opening state and articular disc position in the arthrography (p>0.05), but there was no significant interrelationship when the condylar head position was assessed by subjective method(p>0.05). 5. There was significant interrelationship between the degree of condylar translation in maximum opening state and articular disc position in the arthrography(p<0.01). 6. The correlation coefficient between two methods to assess the position of condylar head were 0.7989: the condylar head position in articular fossa in closed state, 0.6847: interarticular space in 1 inch opening state, 0.8965: the degree of condylar translation in 1 inch opening state, 0.5944: the changes of interarticular space in maximum opening state, 0.9215: the degree of condylar translation in maximum opening state.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the content and effectiveness of Literacy-interaction with peers on preschoolers as well as build up basic ideas for suitable teaching strategy for efficient language study. The resaech suggested : (1) Because literacy study was developed when interaction with peers was opened, it is desired that teacher give various interation oppotunity to children then set up teaching strategy. (2) Because the children who can read and write used active teaching. it suggested that teacher give various interaftion opportunity to the other when she set up teaching strategy (3)The kinds of literacy information was letter/words, literacy function, print convention, story content vocabulary, and use of context-sensitive in reading. (4) when the children who can read and write interact with the children who cannot read and write, it needs to be investigated whether they have an effect to their achivement in after study, too.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the perceptions of teachers in preschools and primary schools, in order to research the sequence of literacy curriculum. The results of study were as follows : ⑴ there was a lot of gap of teachers' perceptions between private and public preschools, as well as primary schools. ⑵ most of primary teachers recognized young children's literacy lower than preschool teachers, and ⑶ most of primary teachers, as well as preschool teachers, wanted to adapt formal instruction of literacy in preschools, although they responsed the negative effect of that method. The conclusions of study were as follows : ⑴ literacy curriculum in preschool is reviewed to prescripe the level explicitly, ⑵ preschool education is taken the resposibility on Nation Insitute, in order to reduce the gap of level between private and public preschools, and ⑶ in order to reduce the gap of the perception of teachers between preschool's and primary school's curriculum, it is reformed that the teacher's qualification of the first grade in primary school intergrates that of preschool and inservice education need to be taken together.

The semiconductor industry faces physical limitations due to its top-down manufacturing processes. High cost of EUV equipment, time loss during tens or hundreds of photolithography steps, overlay, etch process errors, and contamination issues owing to photolithography still exist and may become more serious with the miniaturization of semiconductor devices. Therefore, a bottom-up approach is required to overcome these issues. The key technology that enables bottom-up semiconductor manufacturing is area-selective atomic layer deposition (ASALD). Here, various ASALD processes for elemental metals, such as Co, Cu, Ir, Ni, Pt, and Ru, are reviewed. Surface treatments using chemical species, such as self-assembled monolayers and small-molecule inhibitors, to control the hydrophilicity of the surface have been introduced. Finally, we discuss the future applications of metal ASALD processes.
