        본 연구는 공급사슬관리를 도입하고 있는 우리나라 기업에서 제품특성과 공급사슬 형태의 연계, 공급사슬 형태와 채널파트너와의 연계가 어떻게 공급사슬 성과에 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구이다. 제품은 수요패턴을 기준으로 기능적 제품과 혁신적 재품으로 나눌 수 있고 이에 적당한 공급사슬 형태는 효율적인 공급사슬과 시장반응적인 공급사슬로 나눌 수 있다. 또한 공급사슬의 형태는 lean supply, agile supply로 나눌 수 있으며 최근에는 동시에 이행되는 leagile supply가 제시되고 있다. 공급사슬관리에서 채널파트너의 강도가 공급사슬의 성과를 결정하게 되는데 이는 필연적으로 공급사슬의 형태별로 달리 나타날 수 밖에 없을 것이다. 이 연구를 통하여 오늘날 기업에서 다양하게 생산되는 제품특성별로 적당한 공급사슬 형태의 연계를 제시하게 될 것이며 특히 leagile인 경우 많은 전략적 시사점을 줄 것이다. 또한 공급사슬특성과 채널파트너 연계에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 공급사슬관리의 성공가능성을 더 높일수 있을 것이다.

        지금까지 전통적 중소기업의 e-Business를 구현하는데 어려움은 인력부족의 문제, 둘째, 정보화 예산부족의 문제, 셋째, 정보화 마인드의 부재였다. 그러나 급속도로 확산되고 있는 인터넷 관련기술들은 적은 비용을 투입하고 효과를 극대화 활 수 있는 다양한 대안을 제시하고 있다. 본 논문은 한 렌트카 회사가 전통적 방법에 의해 처리하던 렌트카 예약 시스템을 웹 상에서 처리하기 위해 일반 예약 영역뿐만 아니라 관리자 영역까지 모두 리눅스계열의 소프트웨어를 사용하여 구축하는 방법에 관한 연구이다. 이 시스템의 구축으로 매출액이 전년대비 약 37%가 증가 등 많은 부문에서 뚜렷한 효과를 가져왔다. Until now, the difficulties in embedding e-Business for traditional small enterprises are the short of capable person, the deficit of information budget, the lack of the information mind. However the techniques related to internet provide a variety of alternatives which maximize the effects cutting down expenses. This paper shows the methods of constructing a rental system on internet using the softwares of LINUX to deal with not receiving reservations but also managing the business. The constructing this system have great effects in many parts of the business, like 37% rising in selling.

        UHF RFID를 활용한 흑돼지 진품인증시스템 설계 및 구현

        After free trade, it is increasing to import crops, aquatic products, and livestock which are produce in a foreign land. But it is affect negatively to trust relationships and markets of Jeju's foods because of breaking it out that foreign productions exchange domestic. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented the Genuine Quotation system of Black pigs using UHF RFID. This system is developed for distinguishing spuriousness, then searching information of the product through EPC ONS in EPCIS to print within a screen. Moreover, this intuitional and efficient system is constructed by connecting various sensors and lights. It can be contributed income increase thorough the security for the quality authority of the agricultural & stockbreeding products with FCS, FCG Certificate and the genuine certificate of the black pig which is the one of most typical agricultural & stockbreeding products in the pure Green Province, Jeju.

        Unlike the existing applicable systems, electronic commerce focuses on securing means of identifying a user and verifying data as well as controlling an access to data. It is electronic signature that is an instrument to meet security requirements inherent to electronic commerce. EC also requires a high level of reciprocity among EC-related applicable systems in addition to a strong verification of users. Therefore, security functions need to be installed in a way that supports reciprocity. Fundamental security requirements for electronic commerce are confidentiality, zero-defect, verification, endowment of rights, guarantee and privacy. A framework of information protection for the security of EC needs to be built systematically so that safety and confident in EC can be secured. AS the transaction can not be processed on line without an electronic payment system in EC, an on-line payment system intended to process the transaction money is a significant part in affecting the efficiency of EC

        The definition of the data warehouse which is proposed is : A corporate data warehouse is a single integrated store of data which provides the infrastructural basis for informational software applications in the enterprise. The Corporate data warehouse may be defined in terms of six key characteristics which differentiate the data warehouse from other database systems in the enterprise. (1) Available entirely for the task of making data available to be interrogated by business users. (2) Separate from the operational system in the enterprise and populated by data from these systems. (3) Integrated on the basis of a standard enterprise model. (4) Time stamped and associated with defined periods of time, i. e. calendar periods or fiscal reporting periods. (5) Subject oriented, most usually on the basis of 'Customer'. (6) Accessible to users who have a limited knowledge of computer systems or data structures. The multidimensional database systems differ from relational database systems in that they are currently highly proprietary in nature, typically do not directly support SQL, and can support significantly less volume of data than even an "average"RDBMS. However, multidimensional database systems may be an excellent option for a departmental instance if the functionality it provides is what the business requirements of the target user demand. In the coming 'Age of Information', data will not just comprise entities in a database which have got attributes and relations but data will have texture through which hidden structures and patterns can be revealed. This will fundamentally transform our understanding of information from 'something we desire to know' to 'something which could never have otherwise been knowable'.

      • 균주의 차이에 의한 Mozzarella Cheese 숙성기간중의 이화학적 변화

        This study is for improving the quality of cheese, which is favorable to Korean Taste. In this work, new starter cultures were used other than 2 kinds of conventionally used one. Production time, pH, and physico-chemical characteristics were checked during the maturing period. 1) In case of Physico-Chemical characteristics, The moisture contents were 46.97, 41.70, and 48.82% respectively and nacl level of 0.50, 0.58 and, 0.58 respectively in new starter culture of TA-LH, TA-LB, TA-LC. 2) Melt-ability were measured as 2.49, 1.87, 2.74 crn respectively by using new starter cultures of TA-LH, TA-LB, TA-LC. The melt-ability was also increased by matureing and showed dfferences according to the kind of start culture, and storage period(P<0.05). 3) pH of cheese were 5.50, 5.51, and 5.20 respectively by TA-LB, TA-LC, and increased slightly during maturing. 4) The Hunter color were L-Color 1.03, 2.27, and 1.22 and b-color were 6.64, 11.11, and 11.78 respectively by the TA-LH, TA-LB, and TA-LC by Chroma-meter determination(P<0.05). 5) In cheese texture change, the hardness were 13.12, 18.94, and 7.20kg/cm²respectively by TA-LH, TA-LB, and TA-LC. Cohesiveness were 0.75, 0.67, and 0.67 respectively and Springness were 0.92, 0.62, and 0.78/cm²respectively while gumminess were 9.88, 12.76, and 4.85/Kg/cm² respectively, Chewiness were 9.12, 7.85, and 3.77, respectively and parameter were different according to each starter culture. 6) In the Pizza Topping test, the browning color and Blistering size showed similar results in TA-LH, TA-LB, and TA-LC. However, The browning and blistering of TA-LH, TA-LC were reduced extremely by 4weeks maturation while no change was shown in TA-LB. 7) Using TA-LH, TA-LB, and TA-LC, the measure of FO and FOFB were increased from 4.51% to 5.84%. from 5.28% to 6.96%. and from 7.47% to 9.76% respectively following maturation date of 1, 2, 4weeks and samples were refrigerated in storage condition. The mature period and starter culture relationship also showed different characteristic in starter culture of 1, and 4weeks only, in the TA-LB starter. 8) In the scanning election micrographs, the serum channels were found enlarged according to maturation date and similar results were shown in all kind of starter culture. 9) The WSN level in the total nitrogen weight were increased from 11.16% to 13.63%, from 3.87% to 6.66%, and from 14.74% to 17.29% respectively in TA-LH, TA-LB, and TA-LC. NPN level were also increased from 2.96% to 4.74% from 4.69% to 4.92%, and from 2.81% to 4.40% respectively according to maturation period. The WSN, and NPN level showed different results by maturation period. (P<0.05) 10) FPLC After 4 weeks maturation, some change could be detected in k-Casein and β -Casein compare to just finished product. 11 ) Eletrophoresis In all cheeses of TA-LH, TA-LB, TA-LC. the 7 -Casein creation from β -Casein were detected after 4 weeks maturation. By α -Casein an band was appeared around a sl- I and the strength of separate became gradually weak. 12) Sensory test The score of flavors by maturation period were in the range of 2.95-3.75 point. The TA-LC gave lowest point at the 4weeks. While TA-LH(2weeks) gave top point of 3.73. The taste scores were lowest in TA-LC(lweek)/2.68 while top point in TA-LH(2weeks)/3.59, The Appearance showed lowest point of TA-LH(lweek)/2.68 and top point of TA-LB(lweek)3.50, and texture were lowest in TA-LB(1week) (2.68) and highest in TA-LB(4weeks) (3.45).

        This paper discusses two critical strategic choices that a firm must makes in developing inter-organizational information systems(IOIS)-what kind(s) of IOIS(s) to develop, and how to develop the IOIS(s). With respect to the kind of IOIS(s), it proposes a typology of three different types of IOlSs: electronic monopolies, electronic dyads, and multilateral IOISs. The nature of IOIS can be better understood by examining two typologies that have been proposed. Malon et al. describe two types of IOIS, based on whether they electronically facilities hierarchies or markets. In electronic hierarchies between two legally separated firms, managerial decisions control the flow of materials through the value added chain. Information technology has radically altered the management of supply chain operations: many business patterner who are adjacent on the supply chain con gain from entering interorganizational information sharing relationships and sharing information that was previously accessible to only one of them. This situation is typical in retailer-supply logistics management relationships. This study finds that there are four primary policies that firms adopt when they exchange information across the supply chain; these are EDI, vendor management inventory(VMI), continuos replenishment(CR), and category management(CM).
