        도수림프배출법이 유방암 환자의 근긴장도, 통증 및 우울증에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) methods on muscle tone, pain, and depression in patients with breast cancer. Methods: The study had a two-group pretest-posttest design. A total of 24 patients with breast cancer voluntarily participated in the study. Subjects were randomly assigned to the MLD (n=12) and control (n=12) groups. Measurements of muscle tone, pain, and depression were taken prior to starting the intervention and after completing the 4 week program. The muscle tone, pain, and depression were measured using noninvasive muscle tone measuring equipment, the short-form McGill pain questionnaire, and the Beck depression inventory, respectively. The intervention was performed for 20 minutes a day, three times a week, for four weeks. A paired t-test was used to compare pretest and posttest values within each group, and an independent t-test was used to compare to pretest and posttest changes between the groups. Results: Comparison of the effects within the groups revealed significant reductions in muscle tone, pain, and depression in the MLD group after 4 weeks (p<.05), whereas the control group showed no differences. Comparison of the effects between the groups revealed significantly better reductions in muscle tone, pain, and depression in the MLD group than in the control group after 4 weeks (p<.05). Conclusion: These results suggest that MLD is an effective method for reducing muscle tone, pain, and depression in patients with breast cancer.

        컴퓨터 게임과 스트레칭이 근 긴장도 및 집중력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 컴퓨터 게임과 스트레칭이 근 긴장도와 집중도에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 연구하였다. 30명의 성인 대학생을 대상으로 120분 동안 컴퓨터 게임을 적용한 후, 스트레칭군 15명과 대조군 15명으로 분류하여 시행하였다. 실험 전에 근 긴장도와 집중도를 측정하였고, 동일한 방법으로 스트레칭 적용 전과 후에 측정하였다. 컴퓨터 게임 60분과 120분 후에 근긴장도를 각각 측정하였다. 연구결과 근 긴장도는 컴퓨터 게임 60분 후와 120분 후에 유의하게 증가하였으며, 스트레칭 중재군에서 유의하게 감소하였다. 집중도는 컴퓨터 게임 후에 유의하게 증가하였으며, 스트레칭 적용 후에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 게임이 근 긴장도와 집중도를 증가시키고, 스트레칭은 증가된 근 긴장도를 감소시켰다. 이에 컴퓨터 게임 후에 실시하는 적절한 스트레칭은 증가된 근 긴장도로 유발되는 근육뼈대계 질환을 감소시키고, 적절한 게임 콘텐츠의 개발은 효과적인 집중력 훈련의 도구가 될 것이다. The study was to find out the effects of computer game and stretching on muscle tone and concentration. The subjects were 30 adults, who were divided into 15 stretching group and 15 control group after applying computer game for 120 minutes. The subjects measured muscle tone and concentration before experiment, the same measurements were made before and after applying the stretching. The muscle tone was respectively measured after 60 minutes and 120 minutes of computer game. The results showed that muscle tone increased significantly after 60 minutes and 120 minutes of computer game, and significantly decreased in the stretching intervention group. Concentration increased significantly after computer game, but there was no significant difference after application of stretching. In this study, computer game increased muscle tone and concentration, and stretching decreased increased muscle tone. Therefore, proper stretching after computer games will reduce musculoskeletal diseases caused by increased muscle tone, and development of appropriate game contents will be an effective tool for concentration training.

        전 암컷 3배체 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에 대한 효율적인 세포유전학 분석법

        We cytogenetically analyzed a triploid King-Nupchi strain of the olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus to define the simplest, most rapid, and most effective method of ploidy analysis in aquaculture farms. Female triploidy of the flounder King-Nupchi strain was induced by cold shock (3 min post-fertilization at 2-4°C for 45 min). Triploid induction was confirmed by erythrocyte measurement (nuclear volume, 29.15±2.10 μm³); flow cytometry (2.14±0.03 pg/cell); chromosome count (3N=72); Ag-NOR banding; and silver staining. Silver staining of finned cells obtained using a solid tissue technique was the most effective method of ploidy verification.

        스트레칭이 의료기관 사무직 종사자의 근 경직도에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 의료기관 사무직 종사자들의 근 경직도에 대한 스트레칭의 효과를 알아보려고 한다. 총 40명의 젊은 여성 대상자들이 자발적으로 이 연구에 참여했다. 대상자들은 스트레칭 군과 대조군에 무작위로 분류하였다. 스트레칭 중재 전, 대상자의 흉쇄유돌근, 상부승모근, 후두하근, 소흉근의 근 경직도를 측정하였다. 그리고 스트레칭을 스트레칭 군에 적용하였다.중재 후 5분이 지나서 각 근육의 근경직도를 재측정하였다. 스트레칭 군에서 흉쇄유돌근, 상부승모근, 후두하근, 소흉근의 근 경직도는 유의하게 감소하였으며(p<.05), 대조군에서는 중재 전과 후에 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 적절한 스트레칭은 의료기관 사무직 종사자의 근 경직도의 증가로 인해 야기될 수 있는 근골격계 질환을 예방하고 감소시킬 것으로 사료된다. This study is to investigate the effects of stretching of hospital office employees on muscle stiffness. A total of 40 healthy young women voluntarily participated in the study. The participants were randomized to the stretching groups and control groups. Before stretching, the participants measured muscle stiffness of sternocleidomastoid muscle, upper trapezius muscle suboccipital muscles and pectoralis minor. And then applied stretching to stretching group. Muscle stiffness remeasured five minutes later in each group. In all muscles, muscle stiffness of stretching group were significant decreased(p<.05), but control group were no significant difference between pre and post. therefore appropriate stretching is expected to prevent and reduce musculoskeletal diseases caused by increased muscle stiffness in hospital office employees.

        진동자극 저항운동이 허리통증 경험자의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 진동자극 저항운동이 허리통증 경험자의 균형 및 보행에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 30명의 히리통증 경험이 있는 성인 대학생을 대상으로 8㎐ 진동자극 저항운동(n=10), 30 ㎐ 진동자극 저항운동(n=10), 허리 안정화운동(n=10)으로 무작위로 나누었다. 각 그룹의 중재는 6주동안 주 3회, 1회에 30분을 적용하였다. 실험 전에 정적균형과 보행패턴을 측정하였고, 6주 후에 실험전과 동일한 방법으로 측정하였다. 연구결과 세 그룹 모두에서 운동전과 후의 시간에 따른 정적균형, 디딤기율, 흔듦기율, 한걸음 길이, 한발짝률의 변화는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.05). 허리 안정화운동이 정적균형과 디딤기율에서는 그룹 간의 유의한 차이가 있었고(p<.05), 흔듦기율 및 한걸음 길이와 한발짝률은 그룹 간의 차이가 없었다. 결론적으로 진동자극 저항운동이 근수축 유발 기전에 의해 다리근육의 근력을 강화하였고, 강화된 다리 근력은 균형능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 향상된 균형능력은 신체가 움직이는 동안 안정적으로 자세를 조절할 수 있게 하여 보행능력의 긍정적 측면에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of resistance exercise with vibration stimulation methods on static balance and gait parameters in experienced back pain adults. This study was Three group pretest-posttest design. A total of 30 experienced back pain adults voluntarily participated in the study. Subjects were randomly assigned to the resistance exercise with 8 ㎐ vibration stimulation(n=10), resistance exercise with 30 ㎐ vibration stimulation(n=10), and lumbar stabilization exercise groups(n=10). The static balance and the gait parameters, as such stance phase, swing phase, stride length and cadence, were measured using balance measuring equipment and gait analysis treadmill at before and after 6 week. Intervention of each group were performed, three times a week for 6 weeks, and 30 minutes a day. The effect of intervention on static balance, stance phase, swing phase, stride length and cadence were significantly differences after 6 weeks in each group(p<.05). In the comparison of the effects between the groups, static balance and stance phase were significantly difference after 6 weeks(p<.05), but in the swing phase, stride length and cadence, there were no significant differences. As a result, it is considered that resistance exercise with vibration stimulation improved leg muscle strength by a mechanism causing muscle contraction, and the strengthened leg muscle enhanced had a positive effect on balance ability. And improved balance ability was considered a more positive effect on walking ability by allowing the body to stably control posture while moving.

        넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)와 강도다리(Platichthys stellatus)간 유도된 잡종 3배체의 난발생

        We investigated the characteristics and rate of development of allotriploid embryos derived from a cross between female olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus and male starry flounder Platichthys stellatus. The allotriploidy was induced by cold shocking fertilized eggs three minutes post-fertilization at 3°C for 45 minutes. The average cellular DNA content of the allotriploid embryos was 2.06±0.03 pg/cell, which is equal to the sum of the cellular DNA content of a diploid olive flounder (1.42 pg/cell) and a haploid starry flounder (0.66 pg/haploid cell). The first cleavage, mid-blastula, gastrula and Kupffer`s vesicle appearance stages of the allotriploid eggs began at 1.5, 8, 13 and 26 hours after cold shocking at 18°C, respectively. The developmental rate of allotriploid eggs was equivalent to that of diploid and triploid olive flounder eggs at 10, 14 and 18°C. However, the hatching times of allotriploid eggs, 7 h at 10°C, 5 h at 14°C and 4 h at 18°C, were earlier than those of diploid and triploid olive flounder.

        Convict Cichlid Amatitlania nigrofasciata의 난발생

        We characterized egg development and investigated the effects of temperature on embryonic development time, in the convict cichlid Amatitlania nigrofasciata. Fertilized eggs of this species have an ovoid shape (horizontal axis, 1.56±0.02 mm; vertical axis, 1.26±0.04 mm) and smooth translucent chorion surrounded by a layer of mucous secretion. At 27±0.5℃, the first cleavage, blastula, gastrula and 16-somite stages of A. nigrofasciata eggs began at 1.5, 4.83, 14 and 40 hours after fertilization, respectively. We measured the development rate of embryos at 12-33℃ and found that the time period from fertilization to hatching was 94 hours at 24℃, 64 hours at 27℃ and 50 hours at 30℃. At temperatures of 12-21℃, all fertilized eggs died before hatching and those incubated at 33℃ died immediately after hatching.

        초등학교 야구선수의 전력질주 달리기와 하지 근력 간의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sprint and lower extremity muscle strength in elementary school baseball players. Thirty-three elementary school baseball players participated in the study. The sprint was measured using a stopwatch. The lower extremity muscle strength was measured using a portable muscle strength tester. For the analysis, correlation analysis was used. As a result, there was a correlation for knee flexion and extension (r= -.703, p<.001), hip extension (r= -.571, p<.05), dorsi flexion (r= -.544, p<.05) and plantar flexion (r= -.541, p<.05). In conclusion, it is thought that the lower extremity muscle strength of the baseball player will help the baseball game.

        해산송사리, Oryzias dancena 유도 3배체의 세포유전학적 연구

        본 연구는 3배체 해산송사리, Oryzias dancena를 생산하기 위해서 다양한 조건에서 실험을 실시하였다. 저온처리 (0°C)에서 30, 45, 60분간 처리하여 3배체를 유도 생산하였다. 여러 유도조건 결과, 45분간 처리하였을 때 가장 높은 3배체 생산율이 나타났다. 3배체 판별은 Chromosome 관찰, flow cytometer 분석 및 적혈구 측정을 통해서 판별하였다. 3배체 해산송사리의 적혈구 표면적과 부피는 2배체 해산송사리보다 크게 나타났고, 3배체 Chromosome number는 72개, 2배체는 48개가 관찰되었다. Flow cytometer 분석에서도 3배체가 2.40 pg/cell 그리고 2배체가 1.61 pg/cell 측정되어 DNA contents도 3배체가 2배체보다 1.5배 정도 크게 관찰되었다. 본 연구 결과는 불임 형질전환 어류를 위한 실험동물로의 3배체 해산송사리의 유용성 및 가치성을 제공한다. Triploidy was induced in the marine medaka, Oryzias dancena by cold shock treatment (0°C) of fertilized eggs for 30, 45, or 60 min, applied two minutes after fertilization. The triploid genotype was induced by each of the thermal shock regimes tested. The best result was obtained when the eggs were treated for 45 min, which induced triploidy in all the resulting fish. Triploidy was confirmed using chromosomal and flow cytometer analyses, and erythrocyte measurements. The surface areas and volumes of the erythrocytes of triploid fish were significantly larger than those of diploid fish, and their chromosome number (3N=72) was 1.5 times greater that for the diploids (2N=48). Based on a flow cytometer analysis, the triploid fish had approximately 1.5 times the cellular DNA content (2.40 pg/ cell) of the diploid specimens (1.61 pg/cell). Data from this study provide the basis for the development of unique models for studying reproductive confinement in transgenic fish.
