        군집분석 및 반응표면분석법을 활용한 반도체 공정 수율향상에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to suitably identify wide and specific issues and topics on service quality in supply chain. Methods: This study is to investigate service quality in supply chain research using a systematic literature review methodology. In order to extract influential journals and papers, we used the SJR impact factor provided by the SCOPUS database. The collected 169 papers were analyzed using bibliometric analysis, citation analysis as well as keywords network. Results: We conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify top authors contributing to service quality in supply chain and their issues, and further examined important keywords and new emerging keywords. In addition, we extracted five influential papers by PageRank to clarify critical issues and divided into five clusters to identify topics of service quality in supply chain by using network-based approach. In order to examine comprehensive issues and topics of service quality in supply chain, we constructed a keyword network to observe difference in the classification of important keywords across network centrality measures. Conclusion: Our study reviewed literature on service quality in supply chain and explored the future directions and trends of service quality in supply chain.

        전력반도체의 수율향상을 위한 최적 공정조건 결정에 관한 연구

        Purpose: We used a data analysis method to improve semiconductor manufacturing yield. We defined and optimized important factors and applied our findings to a real-world process. The semiconductor industry is very cost-competitive; our findings are useful. Methods: We collected data on 15 independent variables and one dependent variable (yield); we removed outliers and missing values. Using SPSS Modeler ver. 18.0, we analyzed the data both continuously and discretely and identified common factors. Results: We optimized two independent variables in terms of process conditions; yield improved. We used DS Leak software to model netting and Contact CD software to model meshes. DS Leak shows smaller the better characterisrics and Contact CD shows normal the best characteristics Conclusion: Various efforts have been made to improve semiconductor manufacturing yields, and many studies have created models or analyzed various characteristics. We not only defined important factors but also showed how to control processing to improve semiconductor yield.

        반응표면법을 이용한 시멘트 소성공정 대기오염물질 배출량 최적화 연구

        Purpose: The recently enacted amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Air Quality Conservation Act imposes emission limits on nitrogen oxides (NOx). Therefore, we optimized the firing process in the domestic cement-manufacturing process so that it meets the limits for NOx and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions. Methods: The data collected included ten independent variables involved in the firing process in a domestic cement industry. The dependent variables were the NOx and CO emissions(ppm). The data were cleaned and subject to analysis of variance (ANOVA) and a reaction optimization tool using the response surface method. A model satisfying the NOx and CO emission standards was obtained. Results: Optimum conditions were obtained for the main input variables within the current operating range of the firing process. As a result, the estimated NOx emissions were 173.7 ppm, which is lower than the emission limit of 270 ppm, and those of CO were ****ppm, which is lower than the internal control standard of ****ppm. Conclusion: Optimization of combustion operating parameters in an economical way that meets the latest NOx emission standards has attracted international attention. This study demonstrated that it is possible. The results should help enterprises to reduce NOx and CO emissions to allowed levels.

        최소수리 블록교체 모형을 활용한 상태기반 보전 정책 연구

        Purpose: This study proposes a process for evaluating the preventive maintenance policy for a system with degradation characteristics and for calculating the appropriate preventive maintenance cycle using time- and condition-based maintenance. Methods: First, the collected data is divided into the maintenance history lifetime and degradation lifetime, and analysis datasets are extracted through preprocessing. Particle filter algorithm is used to estimate the degradation lifetime from analysis datasets and prior information is obtained using LSE. The suitability and cost of the existing preventive maintenance policy are each evaluated based on the degradation lifetime and by using a minimum repair block replacement model of time-based maintenance. Results: The process is applied to the degradation of the reverse osmosis (RO) membrane in a seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant to evaluate the existing preventive maintenance policy. Conclusion: This method can be used for facilities or systems that undergo degradation, which can be evaluated in terms of cost and time. The method is expected to be used in decision-making for devising the optimal preventive maintenance policy.
