본 연구는 ‘가중치 기준방식’으로 불리는, 우리나라 턴키방식 조달경매에서 자주 이용되는 점수제 경매의 이론적 특성을 살펴본다. 균형분석에 따르면, 경매환경을 결정짓는 모수의 값에 따라 다음과 같은 다양한 경쟁 양상이 나타날 수 있다: 모든 입찰자가 동일하게 예정가격(최고가격)을 입찰하고 서로 다른 설계품질을 통해 경쟁하는 균형; 모든 입찰자가 동일한 설계품질을 입찰하고 서로 다른 가격을 통해 경쟁하는 균형; 입찰자들이 설계품질과 가격의 두 측면에서 서로 다른 입찰을 하는 균형. The current paper studies the theoretical properties of multi-attribute procurement auctions with interdependent scoring rule often used in the turn key contracts by Korean government. The analysis shows that there arises a variety of equilibrium bidding behavior depending on the underlying parameters in which: all bidders compete with quality bids while fixing their price; all bidders compete with price bids while fixing their quality; or bidders compete with both quality and price bids.
식품소비성향이 HMR 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -분위수 회귀분석방법을 중심으로-

This study conducts a quantile regression analysis in order to estimate the extent to which the propensity to consume food influences Home Meal Replacement(HMR) buying behavior of consumers using a ‘survey data of Consumers’ Attitude toward Processed Food in 2017’. Factors for the propensity to consume food had been firstly extracted through principle component analysis, and those factors were classified as “pursuit of open consumption”, “pursuit of high-quality and diversification”, “pursuit of safety and relief”, and “pursuit of home-dining”. Along with the extracted factors, quantile regression analysis has been conducted to scrutinize the effects of the propensity to consume food variables on the dependent variables, “expenditure on HMR”, “proportion of HMR in the total food expenditure”. It is found out that “pursuit of open consumption” and “pursuit of safety and relief” were shown to be statistically significant only for 0.6 and 0.8 quantile of the “expenditure on HMR” variable, while “pursuit of high-quality and diversification” was only statistically significant for the highest quantile of the “proportion of HMR” variable. Coefficients of “pursuit of home-dining” showed a decline in both dependent variables. To sum up, it is required for food to identify the extent to which the propensity to consume food influences HMR buying behavior of consumers, and establish segmentalized product development plans.

The purpose of this study is to provide ergonomic research data for the redesign of the car license plate in Korea. Several alternative arrays were considered in order to find the best one in terms of the misreading-rate. The array with Hangul(showing territorial office and use-sign) at the upper row and 6 numbers(showing car class-sign and serial number) at the lower row, and the black on yellow constrast showed relatively low misleading rate.

This study conducts a Heckman’s two-stage sample selection model in order to analyze factors which determine the consumption of delivery and take-out foods of single-person household using the Consumer Behavior Survey for Food in 2018. The results has shown that the higher the age, the more frequent the purchasing HMR, the single-person household consumers’ intention of purchasing the delivery and take-out foods are higher. On the other hand, the more frequently the eating alone, the purchase intention is lower. Furthermore, the purchase amount on the delivery and take-out foods of the consumers who are more likely to use SNS, and who are more likely to use recommended information from their acquaintance or internet is higher than the others who do not use. Lastly, the purchase intention of the single-person household consumers towards the delivery and take-out foods increased when they have more quality-oriented consumption behavior, more convenience-oriented consumption behavior, and less health-oriented consumption behavior.
