      • EPS용 Torque Sensor의 응력 해석

        기존의 자동차 조향장치의 토처센서(touque sensor)는 유압식에 의한 방식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나, 본 연구는 유압식 토크측정을 대신하여 전통파워스티어링(EPS)라 불리우는 새로운 조향장치에서 주어진 토크에 의한 토크센서의 응력해석을 통해 토크센서의 응답특성을 파악하고, 이를 이용하여 토크센서형상을 설계하는 데 연구 목적이 있다 본 연구는 유한요소법을 이용하여 형상설계된 새로운 형상의 토오크센서를 개발하는데 목적을 두었으며 토오크센서에 대한 세부요소형성, 분석, 후처리프로그램을 개발하였다 토오크센서의 형상을 분석대상으로 하였기 때문에 대칭형으로 구성된 센서의 1/2형상만을 고려하였다.본 연구를 통하여 고속회전하는 샤프트의 토오크제어를 수행하는 센서를 설계하기 위하여 별도의 고가의 투자없이도 PC에서 운영될 수 있는 설계전용 소프트웨어를 개발하였다 The oil-presure type torque sensor has been adopted in steering system of major automobiles However, it has been well known that this type of torque sensor needed many subcomponents and produced inaccurate responses This paper intends to suggest new type of torque sensor based on the shape design by using finite element. A dedicated mesh generation, analysis and post result display program has been developed. As for the shape design purpose, the half shape of torque sensor is considered The result of this study has shown that the design automation for precise torque sensor for control of high velocity rotation shaft can be achieved without any expensive investment to the design software

        자동차 파워스티어링은 운전자가 스티어링(steering wheel)에 가하는 수고를 덜어주는 장치로 유압식과 전동식이 있다 전동식 파워스터어링 즉, EPAS(Electric Power Assisted Steering)는 연료소모. 환경오염 그리고 다른 장치와 상호호환성 등에서 기존의 유압식 보다 뛰어나다 이러한 이유로 EPAS에 관한 관심이 증가되고 있지만 아직 국내의 EPAS의 기술은 전적으로 외국의 기술에 의존하고 있어 이 분야에 대한 연구 개발이 시급한 실정이다 본 연구의 목적은 EPAS의 핵심 기술중 하나인 EPAS torque sensor를 개발하여 EPAS의 기술자립과 기술 경쟁력을 확보하는 것이다 본 논문에선 새로운 EPAS torque sensor를 제안하고, EPAS용 torque sensor로 사용 가능함을 보이기 위한 시작품 제작과 특성 실험을 하였다 The vehicle power steering system is to provide steering assistance to the driver on demand using an hydraulic or electric power Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) is better than conventional vehicle power-system such as fuel-consumption, environmental pollution, and integrating with other systems ,etc Therefore, there is an increasing interest in electric power assisted steering system but domestic technique depends on other industrialized countries so far So, it is required to research and develop EPAS In this study, research purpose is develop the torque sensor for EPAS which has EPAS of self-supporting technique and competes with other system In this paper, we propose a new torque sensor for EPAS and conduct experiments with a testing machine to show the validity of the torque sensor for EPAS

        Malus의 편광법칙을 이용한 EPAS용 비접촉 torque sensor 개발

        Among the automotive steering systems, an Electric Power Assisted steering (EPAS) system utilizes an electronically controlled electric motor to provide steering assistance to the driver. The key components of the EPAS system are torque sensor, ECU (Electronic Control Unit), and DC Motor. The most important component of the EPAS is the torque sensor. The conventional torque sensor has complicated mechanical mechanism of torque detection. However, we suggest a non-contact torque sensor for EPAS using Maluss polarization law. It was found that the sensor exhibited not only excellent linearity but also superior characteristics of hysteresis, temperature and vibration.

      • ISO 9000 품질경영시스템에 의한 품질비용 프로세스가 사업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 사례연구

        Many companies established the ISO 9000 quality management system for many years. However, the cost of quality process in the ISO 9000 quality management system was not correctly settled in many cases. This study was analyzed for the theoretical background of cost of quality and ISO 9001 quality management system and examined the effect of them on the business performance by using K company case. We found some suggestions as follows. First, understand and apply measurement for analysis of the cost of quality according to ISO 9000: 2000 requirements. Second, understand and Apply measurement for analysis of the cost of Quality according to ISO 9004: 2000 Guide line. Third, apply operation method and procedure of ISO 9000 managements system and the cost of quality process effectively. Fourth, improve management performance through integrated ISO 9000 managements system and the cost of quality process. As a result, the effect of ISO 9000 requirements and ISO 9004 performance guideline approach to cost of quality process was business performance improved by 56 % in terms of sales volume.

      • 중소기업의 지식경영시스템의 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        The analysis was as follows. First, top management support was not significantly affected the organization member"s knowledge sharing intention both public and private sectors which result was different from former researchs. Second, self valuation was positively affected the organization member"s knowledge sharing intention both private and public sectors. Third, confidence between colleagues was positively affected the organization member"s knowledge sharing intention both privet and public sectors. Fourth, trust on the management was not positively affected the organization member"s knowledge sharing intention both public and private sectors. Fifth, compensation system was partly positively affected the organization member"s knowledge sharing intention which meant in private sectors supported this hypothesis but not in the public sector. Sixth, knowledge sharing intention was positively affected the usage of knowledge management system both sectors. Seventh, top management support was not positively affected the usage of knowledge management system both sectors. Eighth, compensation system also was not positively affected the usuage of knowledge management system. Finally, compared between public and private sector significant path was different from each other.
