        역도 인상동작에 대한 근력의 기여도 분석

        The objective of this research is to provide basic data for improving athletic performances, suggesting methods that can be utilized at games and coaching movements in the snatch, by analyzing the level of contribution of muscles to the movements of the snatch lift through three-dimensional imaging and EMG analysis between skilled and unskilled lifters. To this end, three high school students (the skilled group), three middle school student (the unskilled group) were selected; two digital video cameras and electromyography were used. The muscles measured by an EMG include gastrocnemius muscle, biceps femoris muscle, erector spinae, latissimus dorsi muscle, trapezius muscle, and brachioradialis. Based on the Ariel Performance Analysis System (APAS) program, the results of the analysis are summarized as follows. 1. In performing snatch pulls, the skilled lifters were found to simultaneously move the weight centers of the body and the barbell close to vertical, close to the shoulders in the pulling portion; in snatching and grabbing the barbell from a sited position, it was observed that the shorter the time for adjusting to change in the height of the barbell by using rotational inertia, the better it is to perform the movements. 2. The skilled lifters were observed to perform stable and efficient movements in grabbing the bar in a sited position, by moving the barbell and weight center of the body close to vertical and moving the shoulder joint under the bar fast. 3. The results of the EMG analysis of the entire movements from the snatching portion to the portion of grabbing the bar in a sited position show that when the skilled lifters lifted the barbell vertically during the pulling portion, their shoulder joints were extended to put more weight on biceps femoris muscle and brachioradialis; and in snatching and grabbing the bar from a sited position, it was found desirable to increase the myoelectrical activity of erector spinae in order to achieve a balance in the movements of the hip joint between font and rear, as the weight centers of the body and the barbell move higher. On the other hand, the unskilled lifters were found that in response to change in posture, they increase their muscular strength inefficiently in performing the movements throughout the entire lifting process.

        The result of investigation into the variation of the number of heart beating. The score rate by points and the point of impact by the position at firing an air rifle for the male shooter of B high school in Seoul has come out as the following. 1. The comparison of the score rate by points. In the a group. There were three who scored more than 20% from the total points 600.In the B group, on the other hand, there was only one. The rate of high gore in an average was in the A group that has many long experienced shooter, and of low score was in the B group. 2. The comparison of the point of inpact by the position. The shooters from A group K.K. N.,L.S.S., made 20%, 25.4% in the direction of 6~7o'clock, P.K.H.l8.3% in 4~5 0'clcrk, L.J.Y.21.7% in 7~8. From the B group, on the other hand, in the same direction of 7~8, K.M.H., H.S.W., K.S.K. made the same direction with 18.6,18.3,23.3%.The reason of uneven formation of the point of impact is the work of the individualities of the shooters. 3. The variation of the number of heart-beating at firing by the score, P.K.M. from the A group had faster heart beating while he was gaining in high score, others' heart beating, on the other hand were irregular. The reason can be interpreted as the shooters were selected without consideration for the synthetic aptitude.

      • 運動負荷가 心拍數에 미치는 影響

        I've reached some conclusions for variation of pulsation, reduction of the time required and the rate of retrieval in the circuit training of the National Representative skiers as the following. 1. As the result of the investigation the level of reduction of the time required of the circuit training has come out to be p<0.01 injurious to both alpine skier and cross-country skier. 2. As for alpine skier, the rate of retrieval for pulsation at ease has got faster even by 6.35% in the second trial than the first during two minutes, likewise it has improved by 4.32%in the second time of the cross-country skier. 3. The rate of recovery for pulsation of the alpine skier before motor has got faster by 7.28%, even as well as the cross-country skier shows 11.64% higher rate in the second trial than the first to turn out to be harmful level p<0.01 in the training effect.

        A study on the effect of anaerobic threshold level of skier(Nordic) to the game record has been performed and concluded as follows 1. Comparing domestic long-distance skier to foreign superiors, a wide difference in maximum oxygen uptake has been found to be 8㎖/㎏·min and 16.3㎖/㎏·min for male and female respectively. 2. Comparing domestic long-distance skier to foreign superiors, anaerobic threshold level has been found to be 10-20% and 8-13% lower for male and female respectively. 3. Anaerobic threshold lever, the index represent sporting ability with nere meximum oxygen uptake and simultanously without accumulation of mamary acid for a long time should be promoted to get a letter record.

      • Consecutive half days Alpaine Ski on Heart Rate, Plasma Glucose and Lipids in College Students

        이 연구의 목적은 연속적 반일 알파인 스키운동시 대학생의 심박수, 혈장 글루코스, 중성지방, 총 콜레스테롤, 고·저밀도 지단백의 변화 구명에 있다. 피험자는 스키 2-5년 경력의 D 대학 남 여 각각 5명으로 총 10명 대학생으로 남·평균 신장, 체중, BMI가 25.8 1.30세, 22 1.41세, 173.2 2.39cm, 161.8 7.66, 66.96 3.44Kg, 61.78 5.84Kg 이다. 최대심박수는 Bruce protocol의하여 측정하였으며 운동 전·후 그리고 6번의 반일 알파인 스키직후 상완정맥에서 혈액을 채혈하였다. 10회 반일 알파인 스키시의 1회의 거리, 속도, 시간을 측정하였다. 그 결과는 아래와 같다. 심박수는 운동전에 비교하여 6회 반일의 리프트 타기전, 알파인 스키중 최대 심박수, 도착후 유의하게 수준으로(P<.05) 나타났다. 중성지방, 총 콜레스테롤, 고밀도지단백 수준은 운동전에 비교하여 6회 반일의 운동후 유의하게 수준으로 높은(P<.05) 수준으로 높게 나타났다.

        운동생리학: 대학생의 연속적 반일(half-day)크로스-컨트리 훈련시 심박수, 혈장 글루코스 지질 변화

        The present study was undertaken to investigate on fat and carbohydrates metabolism after consecutive half days cross-country ski performance.Five male and five female members of the physical education students at the D university. The average ages, height and body weight of the 10 subjects were 22.6+221 years for males and 226±270 years for females, 173.60+230cm for males and 162.00+ 6.52cm for females, and 75.00±10.63Kg for males and 54.00±5.83Kg for females. The subjects played cross-country ski ski down a hill ten times per half a day. Each subject recorded heart rate by polar system, speed and time of average ski performance by GPS(Korea). In cross-country ski, the 10-ml blood samples were takan the antecubital vein before and after half a day exercise, when first day at evening, second and thired day at noon and evening, fourth day at noon. The sample were later assayed. The glucose, triglyceride, Cholesterol concentrations were measured with spectrophotometric(Hitachi, Japan) by using an enzymatic, colorimetric procedure.All data are expressed as means±SD. In maximal exercise, the data recorded during the before exercise and at exhaustion were statistically tested using.The results were follows.Compared with "the mean HR and blood glucose of first half day of cross-country ski" values, the mean HR blood glucose during second half day of cross-country ski cross-country ski were significantly (P < 0.01) decreased. Compared with "preexercise" values, the mean glucose concentration on first and fourth half day ski were significantly (P < 0.05) increased. And plasma glucose levels were similar at rest in the trials. Compared with "preexercise" values, TG concentration on first to sixth half day ski were significantly (P < 0.05) increased TC concentration on first to sixth half day ski were significantly (P < 0.05) increased. Compared with "preexercise" values, HDL-C concentration on first to sixth half day ski were significantly (P < 0.05) increased.No differences in HR, glucose, TG, T-C, HDL, LDL values were observed between the two trials on consecutive half days downhill ski performance.
