        운동이 스트레스에 의한 염증 반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the present study is to investigate the effects of exercise on inflammatory response under stress conditions. In order to achieve a objective of this study, 3 groups were divided into and COX-2, iNOS, and NF-kB expression levels were measured. Restraint stress was carried out with 8h/1day, 5days and exercise was treadmill-run with 26m/min, 1h/day, 7days. The COX-2, iNOS, and NF-kB expression levels in stressed mice were highly induced compared with control groups, whereas each protein level in combination of stress and exercise was restored as much levels as that of control group. This our finding suggest that exercise may alter the expression of inflammatory-related proteins (COX-2, iNOS, NF-kB) under a stressful conditions, and provide a positive impacts pro-inflammation under the stress condition.

        과학기술논문을 통한 에너지 연구 분야의 다학제 동태 추적분석

        본 논문에서는 과학적 논문분석(bibliometic analysis)을 통한 에너지 분야의 다학제적 연구 동태를 추적 분석하였다. 에너지 분야와 연계된 전체적인 학문적 상호관계를 고찰하기 위해서 동시발생법(co-occurrence method)으로 Thomson ISI(필라델피아, USA)에서 제공하는 학제분류(SC, subject categories)로 네트워크 지도를 구성하고, 시간에 따라 SC들 상호간의 연계강도 변화를 계측하였다. 네트워크 지도에서 제공된 SC그룹들의 특징적 성격을 파악하고, 그들의 시간에 따른 연계강도 변화를 추적한 결과, 에너지 분야와 직접적으로 연계된 열역학, 연료, 화학화공, 그리고 전기화학 분야는 보다 세분화된 학문 분야로 분화(differentiation)되는 특징적 추이를 보이는 반면, 핵물리 분야는 핵 과학기술로 기초 학문분야의 틀을 벗어나 거시적 산업단계의 위상으로 융합 발전하고 있음을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한, 환경과학 분야는 에너지 분야와의 학문적 연계강도가 4년 전 보다 최근에 급격히 높아져 에너지 분야와 환경 분야의 융합적 성격이 강화되고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 정부가 수립하는 에너지 정책의 결합성 있는 검토를 통해서 에너지 분야의 학문적융ㆍ복합적 특성을 만족하는 국가 에너지 의제를 유지하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다. In this paper, we attempted to analysis and track dynamic properties of the interdisciplinary relationship between scientific research areas in energy field using bibliometric analysis. We created network maps with SCs (subject categories) defined from WoS<SUP>®</SUP> (Web of Science, Thomson Scientific ISI, Philadelphia, USA) using co-occurrence analysis method in order to identify overall disciplines directly linked with energy fields and investigate the change of interaction between SCs as a function of time. From the results of this study, thermodynamics, fuels, chemistry/chemical engineering, and electrochemistry have differentiated into more specific disciplines while the strength of interaction with energy field gradually has increased. Meanwhile, “nuclear physics” was developed to “nuclear science & technology” toward applicable target sector and also the interaction of “environmental science” with “energy generation area” among various energy disciplines recently showed the radical increase as compared with the values of 4 years ago. Finally, through combinative reviews of today’s energy policy established by South Korea government, this study will give a help for keeping up with national energy agenda meeting the diverse characteristics of academic disciplines of energy field. In addition, our results support that the use of such network analysis based on bibliometric analysis to discern shifts in academic R&D strategies and target sectors.

        연구지형탐색을 통한 지역특화 미래기술전망

        R&D productivity(P) and qualification(Q) for 16 regions in Korea were measured using all scientific output (articles) from several kinds of specific R&D program under the 3rd regional science and technology promotion policy(2008-2012). R&D capabilities of 16 regions were evaluated from Q-P position analysis and also compared between these regions for the purpose of examining their R&D capability status. Especially, R&D topographical map was created using the output of research and development over 5 years for investigating GyeongNam district's activities in science and technology and also analyzing co-relationship between basic research areas (or fields) and specialized strategic industrial sectors of GyeongNam district. As results of this study, 20 future-oriented research fields were suggested from this topographical map, which reflected internal R&D potentials and industrial infrastructure of GyeongNam district. 본 논문에서는 지난 정부에서 추진된 제 3차 지방과학기술진흥정책('08-'12)의 일환으로 추진된 지역 연구활동에 있어서 기초분야 연구 성과물을 대상으로 16개 지역별로 연구 활동도 및 수준, 연구 생산성을 비교 분석 하였다. 각 지역별 연구 생산성의 비교는 연구 인프라(대학, 연구인력 등)의 비편재 요소를 고려하여 비교대상의 객관성을 고려하였다. 특히, 경남지역에서 산출된 대상기간 동안의 모든 기초분야 논문을 모집단으로하여 연구개발 지형도를 구현하고, 기 발표된 해당지역 미래전략산업과의 연계성을 고찰하였다. 따라서 미래전략산업과 연구지형에서 파악된 지역 역량이 집중된 기초분야와의 연계매트릭스를 통해 현재의 내재된 기초역량과 대응되는 미래기술 및 산업을 조망하였다.

        치매 치료용 한약 처방의 연구성과에 대한 정성평가

        Objective : This study aimed to review the performance of traditional herbal prescriptions for treating dementia and present a strategy for research on dementia therapy utilizing herbal medicine. Methods : A definition was made to clarify the technology regarding the development of herbal prescriptions for treating dementia. The queries were compounded based on the initial keywords provided by experts in the field, then applied to the Web of Science database search engines from January 1986 to September 2011 to search related scientific articles. Before performing the analysis, papers were extracted from the initial search reviewed by experts and 80 articles were selected. Then, the selected papers were analyzed in terms of publish year, country, and type of herbal prescriptions. Furthermore, the research performance evaluation for treating dementia by herbal prescriptions was also created in terms of country and organization based on forward citation analysis. In addition to, for the evaluation regarding research quality, we classified and reviewed papers into two types: clinical studies and experimental studies. Results : According to the quantitative information analysis of 80 articles, the number of papers has increased by 21.9% per the yearly mean from 1995, and Japan had the largest portion within this research field. There were 34 kinds of traditional herbal prescriptions, among them Ukgansan had the highest number of studies followed by Jodeungsan, Dangkisoosan and so on. In addition, quality index as calculated by cites per paper is higher than average in Switzerland, Turkey and Japan. In the view of the evaluation on quality there were 12 clinical studies, 8 RCT reported that herbal prescriptions had efficacy at cognition, behavioral & psychological symptoms (BPSD) and activity of daily life (ADL) in various type of dementia. In experimental studies most of the studies were performed using animal models. The studies using Ukgansan were aimed at improving BPSD. The papers studied with Jodeungsan and Dangkisoosan targeted vascular dementia. Conclusions : In this study, research to develop traditional herbal prescriptions for treating dementia has the potential to improve symptoms since herbal medicines work as both multi-function and multi-target in dementia with multiple pathological or neurotoxic pathways. Therefore, the results of the research should be used in order to establish strategies to develop technology for treating dementia with traditional herbal prescriptions in the future.

        기술거래정보 관찰과정을 통한 시장접근법 활용적합성 분석방법

        무형자산의 거래 활성화는 기업생존 또는 사업성공의 핵심요인으로 정확한 가치평가에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 시장접근법은 유사한 기술에 대한 신뢰성 있는 거래자료 이용이 가능한 경우에 가장 직접적이고 신뢰성이 있는 접근방법이나 비교가능한 거래정보는 기업기밀로 포함되어 관련정보의 확보가 거의 불가능한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 대부분 기술평가는 수익접근법을 통해 관찰 불가능한 투입정보를 이용하여 공정가치를 측정하고 있는 실정이다. 지식경제부는 국내 기술평가시장의 활성화를 위해 기술평가기준 운영지침 제정하고 2011년 9월부터 시행하고 있다. 동 시행령 1항에서 시장접근법을 우선 적용하는 것을 원칙으로 한다고 명시하고 있으며, 제3절 제27조 3항에서 시장접근법외 사용된 평가접근법이나 방법 및 그것들이 적절하다고 인정되는 이유들은 평가보고서에 문서화하도록 요구하고 있다. 하지만 실무에서 유사 기술거래 정보의 존재여부를 파악하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 국제회계기준(IFRS)의 도입에 따른 기술기반의 무형자산평가에 시장접근법 적용을 위한 필수 과정인 유사 기술거래 정보의 관찰여부를 판단할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 동시에 기술평가자에게 법에서 요구하고 있는 다른 평가접근법의 적용에 대한 타당성을 제공한다. Transactions activation of intangible assets has become became a key factor for corporate survival and successful business in the knowledge economy. Thus, demand in correctly valuating technology has increased. The market approach is the reliable method because of the premise that the market value of an asset is directly related to the prices of comparable, competitive ones. However, it can be practically impossible in many cases because it is hard to find identical transactions, which are generally closely guarded business secrets. As a result, most of technology valuation is conducted by the income approach and this approach is used to derive estimates for such unobserved variables. In September 2011, the Ministry of Knowledge Economy enacted a law for operational guideline standards for technology valuation to encourage the domestic technology valuation market. The enforcement recommended that the market approach have precedence over other approaches. If this approach cannot be applied, then the valuator should writing that he used other approaches. In practice, it is hard to know whether or not information about comparable transactions exists. The proposed process provides valuators to assess suitability for practical use of market approach through the observation process of technology transactions information. At the same time, it offers them the opportunity to gain validity when using other approaches.

        계량정보분석 기반의 연구개발 성과분석: 치매 치료용 천연약물 분야

        Objectives: Trend of R&D of herbal medicine for dementia treatment was examined based on the quantitative information analysis for establishing the national strategy of research on dementia treatment with oriental medicine. Methods: Definition was made to clarify the technology for development of herbal medicine for dementia treatment. Based on the initial keyword provided by experts in the field, queries were compounded to conduct search in the search engines of WoS and DWPI. The raw data (papers or patents) extracted from the initial search were examined by expert-review before objects of analysis were determined. Then, the accumulated data was analyzed in terms of year, country and organization, which led to examination of the trend of R&D. And the research performance evaluation for dementia treatment technologies was also made in terms of country, organization and researcher based on the forward citation analysis. The international cooperation intensity was examined on the basis of analysis of network by researcher before analysis results were put together to select lead researchers. Results: According to the quantitative information analysis of 1,330 articles that were selected as analysis objects, the number of papers on natural products research for dementia treatment has increased by around 4.6 times in recent five years. This indicates that the intensive studies have been underway recently. It was found to be the US that had the highest level in research filed of herbal medicine for dementia treatment and the highest capacity of international cooperation for that purpose. On the contrary, Korea had the share of papers at 5.1%, the number of countries in cooperation research at 8, and the article quality index at 0.40, showing that the qualitative level was insufficient, compared to the quantitative outcome. In particular, Korea was found to have no intensity of international cooperation among researchers. In case of patent, the results of information analysis of 305 patents selected as analysis objects demonstrated that China had the highest share while Korea had the very low frequency of patent application quantitatively. Conclusions: In this study, the research to develop herbal medicine for dementia treatment has recently drawn much attention that has spread around the globe. Therefore, these results suggest establishing the strategy to develop technology for dementia treatment with oriental medicine in the future based on quantitative information analysis.
