우리나라의 간척지 내 농경지의 고도이용을 위해 대단위의 온실단지가 조성되었거나 조성 중에 있다. 이러한 간척지를 고부가가치의 시설원예단지로 개발하기 위하여 환경 친화적 입지선정, 작목선정, 적정규모, 재배유형 등에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 일반적으로 구조물의 기초는 상부구조물의 하중을 지반에 안전하게 전달할 수 있도록 압축지지력을 가져야 함은 물론, 지진력이나 풍압 등에 의해서 큰 인발력을 받을 수도 있기 때문에 인발이나 전도 등에 대해서도 충분한 저항력을 가져야 한다. 현재 우리나라 간척지에서는 일반적으로 강관을 기초로 사용하고 있다. 재료 구입이 용이하지만 비용이 비싸고, 공기와 습기로 인한 부식이 쉽다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 반해 네덜란드에서는 나무말뚝이 주로 사용되고 있으며, 가격이 저렴하고 공기가 단축되며, 충분한 내구성을 가지고 있고 친환경적인 공법이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 나무말뚝의 안정성을 비교하기 위하여 규격 및 지반조건, 근입깊이에 따른 지지력 및 인발저항력에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 흙의 종류를 달리하여 낙엽송으로 말뚝을 제작하였고, 나무말뚝의 직경과 근입깊이를 달리하여 인발시험을 수행하여 나무말뚝의 직경과 근입깊이 그리고 흙의 종류에 따른 인발저항력을 비교, 검토하고자 다.

In this research, an analysis and design method of a humanoid robot using multi-body kinematics and dynamics is presented. The proposed study is to develop a customized simulator to evaluate the prototype design in the early design stage. The simulator is not only to help humanoid developers to determine design parameters, such as dimensions, mass and inertia properties and actuator specifications, but also to analyze kinematics and dynamics characteristics for variable motions of the humanoid robot. Moreover, the simulator can demonstrate a walking pattern before building a prototype of a humanoid robot. Simulations of the humanoid robot using the customized simulator are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed research.
노화된 쥐의 심장근 내 adipokine 및 심장기능 조절인자들의 발현에 대한 지구력 트레이닝의 효과

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of adipokines(adiponectin, AdipoR1) and heart function regulation factors(AMPK, GLUf-4, VEGF) protein in heart muscle of young(14w) and aged(72w) Sprague-Dawley rats during the endurance training(treadmill running, 16m/min, 5°, 6Omin, 5times/week, 8weeks). The expression of adiponectin, AdipoRl, AMPK, GLUT-4, VEGF protein in heart muscle was analyzed through the method of the western blotting. The expression of adiponectin protein was significantly increased in the aged group compared with the young group, and decreased in endurance training group. In the case of AdipoR1 and AMPK protein, it was decreased in aged group compared with the young group, but increased in the endurance training group. In the case of GLUT-4 and VEGF protein, it was only significantly increased endurance training group. The results suggest that the heart function regulation factors such as AdipoR1, AMPK, GLUf-4 and VEGF protein play an important role in the improvement of functions of aged heart muscle after the endurance training.
지구력 트레이닝이 흰쥐 골격근 내 미토콘드리아 Mitophagy 관련인자에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of mitophagy-related factor such as p53, NF-κB and PGC-1α protein in skeletal muscle of Sprague-Dawley rats during the endurance training(treadmill running, 22m/min, 6Omin, 5times/week, 8weeks). The expression of p53, NF-κB(RelA/p65) and PGC-1α protein in soleus and extensor digitorum longus(EDL) muscle was analyzed through the method of the western blotting. The expression of p53 and RelA/p65 protein was significantly increased in the endurance training group compared with the control group in each of the soleus and EDL muscle. In the case of PGC-1α protein, it was increased in the soleus muscle, but decreased in EDL muscle. The results suggest that after the endurance training through the high expression of mitophagy-related factors such as p53, RelA/p65 and PGC-1α in skeletal muscle, they play an important role in maintaining the homeostasis and functions of mitochondria in skeletal muscle.
지구력 트레이닝이 T2DM 흰쥐 심장근 내 p-AMPK, PGC-1α 및 irisin 발현에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effect of endurance training in intensity different on the expression of p-AMPK, PGC-1α and irisin protein in cardiac muscles of the T2DM rats. T2DM was induced in rats by a streptozotocin(STZ; 40 mg/kg). The rats had trained by low intensity(VO₂max 40%), medium intensity(VO₂max 60%) and high intensity(VO₂max 80%) exercise on the treadmill for 8 weeks then the rat cardiac muscle were taken out. Western blotting was performed for the expression of p-AMPK, PGC-1α and irisin protein. Tire expression of p-AMPK and PGC-1α was significantly increased in all of endurance training group than non-training group. The expression of irisin protein was significantly increased in low and moderate intensity endurance training group but no changed in high intensity endurance training group. This results was suggested that endurance training has a important role in protection of T2DM and insulin resistance.
온도차에 따른 수영 운동이 비만 쥐의 골격근 내 미토콘드리아 기능조절인자에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effect of swimming exercise in temperature difference on the expression of PGC-1α, Tfam, Mfn2 and irisin in skeletal muscles of the obese-induced rats by high fat diet. Forty eight SD rats were assigned to 8weeks of ND and HFD. Thereafter, each group of the rats was divided into eight different groups: NC, NLE, NME, NHE, HC, HLE, HME, HHE. The exercise was accomplished by swimming the rats at 22˚C, 28˚C and 36˚C for 1hour/day, 5times/week during 8weeks. The expression of PGC-1α, Mfn2 and irisin in skeletal muscle(soleus) were examined by the Western blotting. The weight of obese-induced rats was reduced by swimming exercise. The expression of PGC-1α and Mfn2 were significantly increased in all of swimming exercise group than non-exercise group(NC and HC), especially higher in NLE. The expression of irisin was increased other group excepting NHE and HLE. But the expression of PGC-1α, Mfn2 and irisin following obesity were no changed. Therefore, it was concluded that swimming was helpful for improvement of exercise ability and a loss in weight because it made mitochondria of skeletal muscles improve and fat consumption stimulate. Especially, swimming in low temperature increased these effectiveness.

In this research, a stable walking pattern generation method for a biped robot is presented. A biped robot is considered as constrained multibody system by several kinematic joints. The proposed method is based on the optimized polynomial approximation of the trunk motion along the moving direction. Foot motions can be designed according to the ground condition and walking speed. To minimize the deviation from the desired ZMP, the trunk motion is generated by the fifth order polynomial approximation. Walking simulation for a virtual biped robot is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed method. The method can be applied to the biped robot for stable walking pattern generation.
