        로타리 킬른형 건조로 열유동 해석에 관한 연구

        This paper presents the numerical analysis of process of sludge drying to know the characteristics of design parameters and develop the new process plant. Finite volume method and k-ε turbulence model were used to analogy the sludge drying furnace. It has been attempted to perform the disposal of sewage sludge such as simple reclaiming and dumping in sea and incineration. Currently, these methods are restricted by national or international government regulations. The drying process is adopted as an effective method for sewage sludge treatment. However sewage sludge makes it difficult to treat with a large volume at the real drying process plant because of its own complicated physical, chemical, and thermal properties. The fmal design value of moisture content with 10% of the dried sludge can be obtained through the simulated outputs in this study.

        The traditional regulatory approach to managing pilots fatigue has been to prescribe limits on maximum daily, monthly, and yearly flight and duty hours, and require minimum breaks within and between duty periods. This approach comes from a long history of limits on working hours dating back to the industrial revolution. So, the Council of ICAO recently adopted International Commercial Air Transport regarding the development and implementation of fatigue risk management systems(FRMS). The FRMS can provide better safety outcomes than current prescriptive flight and duty regulations while allowing greater operational flexibility. This study aim to analyzing relative importance of pilots` fatigue factors in order to minimize pilots` fatigue-related safety risks. More researches regarding monitoring and managing fatigue, based upon scientific principles, are required in the future.

        상업항공기 조종사의 리더십 및 자기효능감이 안전행동에 미치는 영향

        Due to the recent aircraft accidents both in Ethiopian airline and Malaysian airline, almost all the media are focusing the importance of the airline safety. Especially, media's eyes and ears are interested in the reasons why Malaysia airline's missing presumed as by either terrorist attack or pilot's mistake. Safety Behaviors of pilot are viewed as the most important human factor issues among researchers. This is because, if it were the case of a commercial airline, pilot's safety behavior would be directly related to the lives of couple of hundreds passengers. This paper considers the antecedents of this safety behaviors as pilot's leadership, pilot's leadership and self-efficacy. This paper has tried to find out which human factors of a pilot would have significant impact on their safety behaviors. According to the empirical research result from SEM (Structural Equation Model), it was found out both the leadership and self-efficacy of a pilot had direct impact on their safety behaviors through safety motivation. Thus it could be concluded that flight crew must follow the instruction of a pilot who had the authority of the flight operation. The managerial implication are discussed in the conclusion part of this paper. As an implication, this paper concluded that it would be necessary to do further research on pilot's leadership and self-efficacy.

        항공사 객실승무원의 개인-환경적합성 지각이 경력몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구-조직신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로-

        항공사 객실승무원의 직무환경에 대한 적응력과 서비스 수행역량 은 고객이 지각하는 항공서비스 품질과 기업경쟁력 향상의 원천이 되며 다른 항공사와의 서비스 차별화를 가능하게 한다. 본 연구는 항공사 객실승무원의 개인-환경적합성 지각이 경력몰입에 미치는 영향과 두 변수간의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과에 대해 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 국적 대형항공사 승무원 215명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 22.0을 이용해 가설을 검증하였다. 개인-환경 적합성은 개인-조직적합성, 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성, 개인-동료적합성으로 구분하였으며 가설검증 결과, 객실승무원의 개인-환경적합성의 모든 하위 요인은 조직신뢰와 경력몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직신뢰는 경력몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며 개인-환경적합성과 경력몰입의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 조직신뢰는 개인-상사적합성과 경력몰입, 개인-동료적합성과 경력몰입의 관계에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 드러났으며 개인-조직적합성과 경력몰입, 개인-직무적합성과 경력몰입의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 통해, 항공사 객실승무원의 개인적 특성과 조직, 직무, 상사 및 동료 등 직무환경의 환경적 특성 간에 유사성, 일치성, 상호보완성 등을 높게 지각될수록 조직에 대한 신뢰도가 높아지며 조직에 대한 높은 신뢰도를 통해 지속적인 근무의욕과 경력에 대한 애착이 더욱 향상된다는 것이 입증되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 항공사의 직무환경에 적합한 성향과 특성, 역량을 가진 인재를 양성하고 조직에 대한 믿음과 신뢰를 구축함으로서 항공사 객실승무원의 경력 개발과 경력목표 달성에 유용한 인적자원 관리 방안을 제시하였다. The adaptabilities and perceived fits on service performance, airline organizational culture and coworkers in their work environment of the flight attendants result in service competitiveness and productivity of airline company and lead to competitive differentiation from other airlines. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the person-environment fit on organizational trust and career commitment of the airline flight attendants. The questionnaire data were collected from 215 airline flight attendants and were analyzed by using SPSS version 22.0. The person-environment fit was divided into four sub factors such as person-organization fit, person-job fit, person-supervisor fit and person-coworker fit. The results are summarized as follows. First, all factors of the perceived person-environment fit were positively effected to organizational trust and career commitment. Second, organizational trust was positively effected to career commitment. Third, the mediating role of organizational trust between person-environment fit and career commitment was supported. In conclusion, these results suggest the compelling proposition that it is needed to increase the level of perceived person-environment fit and organizational trust as one of the ways to achieve career goals and maintain high level of ambition for working as a flight attendant.

        공항 홍보대사의 홍보 효과성 사례연구 : 인천공항을 중심으로

        Incheon international airport has tried to upgrade its image by hosting lots of international events and inviting celebrities as a honorary ambassador of airport. It is uncomparable to other airports all over the globe for incheon airport to utilize an honorary ambassador to promote airport. The purpose of this paper is to try to find out the PR effect of employing honorary embassador at Incheon airport, which has a positive impact on enhancing the image of Incheon airport. In other words, it should be considered the PR effect of honorary embassador has contributed to upgrading airport image resulting in the commitment of passengers. According to empirical research result, it is proven the attractiveness and trust of honorary embassador has not significantly positive impact on the airport's image. However it is also proven the PR activities of airport authority has a significant impact on the airport's image. Passengers believed the honorary ambassador has a high level of attractiveness and trust but they don't agree causal relationship among attractiveness, trust and airport image. That is, they are not interested in who is the honorary ambassador of airport but in the contents of airport's news article itself. The administrative implication is mentioned in the paper that airport authority should mainly focus on the contents of PR not the figure of the honorary ambassador.

      • 하수슬러지 건조공정 분석 및 개선에 관한 연구

        A number of studies have been carried out to solve serious environmental problems occurred around the sorld. The natural environment has been destroyed by the continuous water pollution increase. Although fundamental technologies and waste-water disposal facilities have applied to solve this problem, additional sewage still increase gradually. Therefore various efficient disposal methods are needed to treat the sewage. Until now, the ways of simple reclaiming, dumping in the sea or incineration have been used to solve the problems, which are causing the sccondary environmental pollution. The sewage recycling is a solution for preventing environment pollution and maximzing economical values. In this study dryer plant for sewage sludge was investigate to efficiency. The dryter plant for sewage sludge was improved in vies of facility capacity, fuel esage and efficiency of environmental equipments.

      • NO 및 SO 의 동시제거를 위한 코로나 방전실험

        The corona-induced simultaneous removal of NOx and SOx and SO₂from the flue gas is based on the application of narrow voltage pulses to in electrode structure simiar to that of an electrostatic precipitator. The free electros of the corona discharge, having eneygy up to 20 eV, originate active radicals which lead to the transformation of NOx and SOx into their which can be neutralized to salt particulate by adding to the gas a basic compound such as ammonia and calcium hydroxide. the process has been investigated with a test rig installed in the slipstream of the flue gas duct of a coal thermal power plant. The experiments were performed with three reactor modules of different geometries having a hominal gas flow rate of 1000 nM³/h. The voltage pulses, generated with a fast switching experimental device, had a rise front of less than 400 as and a repetition frequency up to 300 Hz. The test results have confimed the physical feasibility of the process. Under initial concentration of NOx and SO₂ between 400 and 530 ppmV, the removal efficiency was 50-60% for NOx and about 80% for SO₂at an energy input to the gas of 12-14 Wh/Nm³when ammonia was injected in the fiue gas, Using hydtated lime instead resulted in a less suitable basic compound. Further experiments are necessary to assess the effect of different electrode geometries of the reactor, the efficiency of the process attainable with an improved coupling of narrow pulse power set to the reactor, and the practical ways for integrating the DeNOx and DeSO₂corona process with the soild particle collection system.

        The following conclusions can be obtained. In the case when noxious materials are NOx and SOx that have the same concentration in the sample gas, the reduction rate of NOx and SOx is increased because the ionization works well in the reactor and the radical reaction among NOx, SOx and C2H4. When the initial concentration of NOx and SOx is lower, the additional amount of C2H4 is higher, the flow rate is lower, the oxygen concentration is higher, and the input voltage and the frequency are higher, the reduction rate of NOx and SOx are increased similarly.

        The horsepower of internal combustion engines is influenced by three factors; Operating factor, environmental fector and design factor. This study is concerned with the horspower on the veriation of air-fuel ratio as an operating factor. The important experimental results are as follows. 1) The behavior of each factor which influences horsepower in variation of air-fuel ratio was proved. 2) The horsepower is largely influenced by the combustion efficiency in the various factors.
