In this study, the flexural behavior of fiber-reinforced concrete by fiber type were evaluated. As a result, the flexural strength of the hooked steel fiber-reinforced concrete(HSFRC) was lower than that of the amorphous metallic fiber reinforced concrete(AFRC), however it was shown strain-softening behavior by the pull-out of fiber. The flexural strength and the equivalent flexural strength of polyamide fiber-reinforced concrete(PAFRC) were lower than other specimens, but the equivalent flexural strength ratio was similar to that of AFRC. The flexural behavior of the fiber-reinforced concrete was associated with the bonding and pull-out properties of the fiber and matrix depending on the fiber type.
경영품질시스템 수준이 경영혁신 및 재무적 성과에 미치는 효과

말콤 볼드리지 기준의 각 부문을 경영품질시스템의 요인으로 구성하고 각 요인이 기업의 재무적 성과와 경영혁신성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 경영품질시스템 수준의 향상이 경영혁신성과(생산성 향상 및 주요 생산품의 국제적 수준 향상)와 재무적 성과(매출액경상이익률 및 재무의 건전성)에 긍정적 효과를 미치고 있음을 보인다. 또한 경영혁신성과는 재무적 성과에 직접적인 양의 요인을 보이고 있다. 따라서 기업은 경영혁신을 통하여 그리고 경영품질시스템 수준을 향상시킴으로써 보다 나은 경영성과를 기대할 수 있다. This study organized a set of factors for the management quality system based on the categories of Malcolm Baldrige criteria and analyzed empirically the effects of each factors upon the business financial performance and the management innovation performance. The results of the study show that an improvement of the management quality system level affects affirmatively the management innovation performance and the financial performances. Also they have revealed that the management innovation performance brings positive effect directly on the financial results. Consequently a business might expect far better management results through the innovation of the management quality system level.
Kano모형을 기반으로 한 스마트 카 기능의 고객 만족도 분석 : 유사 연구사례의 비교를 중심으로

Purpose: This study aims to analyze why surveys of a single set of customer requirement result in different Kano analyses depending on the survey questionnaire designs. Methods: This study singled out 14 common features from four different questionnaires of two studies of Smart Car features and analyzed them using the Kano model. Several methods and devices were used: Group Comparison and Timko Index were applied; Kano Distribution Index, Timko Dispersion and Kano Conformity were newly introduced for the quantitative analysis; Correlations between Timko indices from different Kano questionnaires were conducted; Heuristic Splitting technic for reinforcing attribute categorization is introduced. Results: Correlation Coefficient proved strong positive relations among the three questionnaires, whose agreement degree of the resulting Kano attributes showed less than 10% when Indifferent was ignored. Heuristic Splitting on Timko charts enhanced the degree of the resulting Kano attributes up to 80%. Conclusion: Among the questionnaires the representation of customer requirements tends to move by parallel shifts on the Timko chart maintaining their relative locations. Heuristic Splitting suggests a rational solution to the interpretation of those inexplicable attribute categories resulting from traditional Kano methods.
