The brake judder at the high speed braking is caused by the geometric distortions of the brake rotor. There are difficulties in a developing brake system by the modern technology without the brake judder. Also an optimizing steering and suspension systems for the brake judder may be in conflict with the development of the ride & handling performance. For the customer satisfaction by minimizing steering wheel vibration especially affected by brake judder, car makers need to consider of the effective control factors to develop the steering and suspension system. The effective improvement method is suggested to reduce the brake judder by the CAE analysis of factors contributing to brake judder and its validation test in a vehicle.

The trailer coupling device of passenger car has to be passed safety and durability test requirements for customer’s satisfaction. To meet the requirements, trailer coupling device test with a car is essential. Many car manufacturers perform this car test which may cause expensive improvements, time-consuming and long development times. Naturally, developing an alternative method is required and Multi-axial durability test method of Trailer coupling device by applying CARLOS TC can be a smart solution for that.

In these days, major car makers fiercely compete developing high fuel efficient green car, because of increasing people’s concern about environmental problem. One of main factor of low fuel efficiency is climate control system. So in this paper, we researched new technologies to improve fuel efficiency of a green car. The technologies are 1) individual climate control, 2) fresh and recirculating air contol system, 3) developing optimized PWM blower motor and 4) fuel efficient climate control logic. By these technologies, we can inhance mileage of a green car and lower CO₂ emission.
