해외인턴십 요인분석 - 프로그램 구성요인과 효과성간의 관계를 중심으로 -

The object of this thesis is to present a plan to operate internship programs more systematically and effectively by analyzing the relationship between the components and the expected effects of the programs. As a result of this research, the internship period significantly affects the language skills, domestic or international employment and the satisfaction of the internship program. The industrial environment has a great affect on business knowledge acquisition and domestic and foreign employment possibilities. The foreign internship program has significant effects on improving language skills, acquiring major-related work knowledge, improving global mind, domestic and foreign employment and satisfaction from the internship program. In addition, the internship preparation program has effects on improving language skills and gaining major-related work knowledge. According to this research, the most important thing for the students to prepare for when considering an international internship, is improving their language skills and understanding the culture and environment of the foreign country they are entering.
운동과 리포산 투여가 노화 유도 쥐의 해마에서 Caspase-3 및 Mn-SOD, Cu, Zn-SOD 발현에 미치는 영향

In this study, we investigated the effects of exercise and DL-α-lipoic acid on caspase-3, Mn-superoxide dismutase(SOD), and CU,Zn-SOD levels in hippocampus of aged rats induced by D-galactose. Forty male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were divided into four goups: aging/control group(ACG, n=10), aging/exercise group(AEG, n=10), aging/lipoic acid group(ALG, n=10), aging/exercise/lipoic acid group(AELG, n=10). After dividing groups, all groups were injected D-galactose(50㎎/㎏/day) during 8weeks. ALG and AELG were injected DL-α-lipoic acid(100㎎/㎏/day) and ACG was injected vehicle. Rats were subjected to treadmill exercise for 5days a week over 8 weeks, and the speed of the treadmill was gradually increased. For results, significant increases in Mn-SOD protein levels were observed in the hippocampus of AEG, ALG and AELG compared to ACG(p<.05). CU,Zn-SOD protein levels significantly increased in the AEG and AELG compared to ACG(p<.05). Caspase-3 protein levels significantly decreased in the AEG, ALG and AELG compared to ACG(p<.05). Especially, AELG was significantly increased better than others in all protein levels(p<.05). These results show that exercise combined with DL-α-lipoic acid is more effective to improve Mn-SOD, Cu,Zn-SOD and caspase-3 levels in hippocampus of aged rats induced D-galactose.

The purposes of this research were constructed the database, based on graphing the present water pollution in Han-river due to livestock wastewater(LSW). The LSW was below 1% in respect to quantity but about 7% in respect to pollutants loading in overall Han-river. The ratio of untreated LSW is 18% to 28%, which was higher compared to the municipal and industrial wastewater. In other words, LSW was about 0.05 times of municipal wastewater in respects to quantity but 2 times in respect to the ratio of untreated wastewater. So, it was necessary for treating LSW. The pollutants loading due to livestock wastewater of the South Han-river. North Han-river and main stream were 19.7%, 19.4% and 4.0%, respectively. This was about 7% in overall Han-river. We separated the Han-river into upper, mid and down stream. As a result, we found that the livestock wastewater is the main water pollution source of upper Han-river.
