        참여자관점에서 공급사슬관리 시스템의 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구

        The supply chain management (SCM) systems have emerged as strong managerial tools for manufacturing firms in enhancing competitive strength. Despite of large investments in the SCM systems, many companies are not fully realizing the promised benefits from the systems. A review of literature on adoption, implementation and success factor of IOS (inter-organization systems), EDI (electronic data interchange) systems, shows that this issue has been examined from multiple theoretic perspectives. And many researchers have attempted to identify the factors which influence the success of system implementation. However, the existing studies have two drawbacks in revealing the determinants of systems implementation success. First, previous researches raise questions as to the appropriateness of research subjects selected. Most SCM systems are operating in the form of private industrial networks, where the participants of the systems consist of two distinct groups: focus companies and vendors. The focus companies are the primary actors in developing and operating the systems, while vendors are passive participants which are connected to the system in order to supply raw materials and parts to the focus companies. Under the circumstance, there are three ways in selecting the research subjects; focus companies only, vendors only, or two parties grouped together. It is hard to find researches that use the focus companies exclusively as the subjects probably due to the insufficient sample size for statistic analysis. Most researches have been conducted using the data collected from both groups. We argue that the SCM success factors cannot be correctly indentified in this case. The focus companies and the vendors are in different positions in many areas regarding the system implementation: firm size, managerial resources, bargaining power, organizational maturity, and etc. There are no obvious reasons to believe that the success factors of the two groups are identical. Grouping the two groups also raises questions on measuring the system success. The benefits from utilizing the systems may not be commonly distributed to the two groups. One group’s benefits might be realized at the expenses of the other group considering the situation where vendors participating in SCM systems are under continuous pressures from the focus companies with respect to prices, quality, and delivery time. Therefore, by combining the system outcomes of both groups we cannot measure the system benefits obtained by each group correctly. Second, the measures of system success adopted in the previous researches have shortcoming in measuring the SCM success. User satisfaction, system utilization, and user attitudes toward the systems are most commonly used success measures in the existing studies. These measures have been developed as proxy variables in the studies of decision support systems (DSS) where the contribution of the systems to the organization performance is very difficult to measure. Unlike the DSS, the SCM systems have more specific goals, such as cost saving, inventory reduction, quality improvement, rapid time, and higher customer service. We maintain that more specific measures can be developed instead of proxy variables in order to measure the system benefits correctly. The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of SCM systems success in the perspective of vendor companies. In developing the research model, we have focused on selecting the success factors appropriate for the vendors through reviewing past researches and on developing more accurate success measures.         전공기반의 효과적인 학사지도- 동국대학교 파라미타칼리지 사례를 중심으로

        최근 대학에서 신입생을 위한 교육의 중요성이 부각되면서 신입생 교육 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 대학생활전반에 1학년 시기가 매우 큰 비중을 차지하고 있기 때문에 많은 대학에서 신입생을 대상으로 다양한 교육프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 학사지도제도는 대학생의 학문적 목표뿐만 아니라 대학생활에 대한 목표를 달성하는데 기회를 탐색하고 능력을 개발할 수 있도록 학생과 교수가 의사소통을 통해 잠재력을 개발하는 것을 의미한다. 대부분 대학에서 운영 중인 학사지도제는 학부제에서의 학사지도 시스템으로 구성되어 있으나 우리나라 많은 대학에서는 학부제보다는 전공기반 대학교육이 이뤄지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학부제가 아닌 전공기반의 효과적인 학사지도교육의 성과 및 과제를 살펴보고자 동국대학교 파라미타칼리지 사례를 고찰함으로써 전공기반의 학사지도제도의 특성과 발전방향을 제시하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 본 연구는 대학 구조적 측면, 학사지도 전문화 측면 그리고 체계적인 학사지도 관리 측면에서 전공기반의 효과적 학사지도를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. Recently, education for freshmen in university has been emphasized because of its importance, so researches related with education for freshmen have been conducted actively. Especially, because first year in university could significantly impact on overall university life, many universities operate various education programs for freshmen. Academic Advising Program means that professors help students explore opportunities and develop abilities to achieve students’ goal in university life as well as their academic goal, Furthermore, it also means that professors help students develop their potential through continuous communication with students. The most of universities in other country run Academic Advising Programs based on division system, but in Korea, the most of universities educate students based on major instead of division system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide characteristics of Academic Advising Program based on major and to suggest direction for development by considering the case of the Dongguk university PARAMITA college. Finally, this research proposes implication for effective academic advising based on major in an aspect of university’s structure, specialization of academic advising and systematic management for academic advising.

      • 객체지향 방법론을 이용한 자동차부품기업의 영업관리시스템 설계 및 구현

        According to the increase of organizational complexity and the change of rapid information technology environment, many firms have shifted their information technology(IT) strategy from developing information systems in-house to purchasing application software such as Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. Marketing and Sales functions within a Korean automotive part company include developing new assembly products, determining pricing, taking customer's orders, and shipping assembly products to customers. Marketing and Sales Information System(MSIS) in ERP system plays an important role in next Production Planning process. MSIS also makes management reporting and decision making faster and more uniform throughout an organization. MSIS promotes thinking about corporate goals, as opposed to thinking only about the goals of a single department or functional area. This paper intends to design and implement a MSIS in ERP systems for Korean automotive part company using object-oriented methodology. In order to accomplish the implementation of MSIS in ERP system, we employed UML as its standard modeling language. In this study, four diagramming techniques such as use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram, component diagram among eight modeling techniques are used for analyzing hierarchical business process. In traditional marketing and sales function, a company with an unintegrated information system can have marketing and sales data that is data redundant or inaccurate. MSIS integrated in ERP system can solve the sales forecast problem, which minimizes the total costs of production, inventory, and transportation under constraints of production capacity. Also, the use of UIVIL methodology makes S/W programmers shorten the phase of analysis and design in the implementation of MSIS system, and increase the reuse of software and the interoperability with corporate internal information system.

      • 실감미디어 서비스의 기술수용과 인지된 만족에 관한 연구

        실감미디어 산업이 고부가가치 산업으로 집중을 받고 있으며, 다양한 산업과의 융합이 일어나고 있다. 그러나 실감미디어와 관련된 연구는 기술과 산업동향, 전망에 관한 연구가 주를 이루고 있으며 서비스나 비즈니스모델, 수용의도와 같은 다양한 연구가 진행되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 그동안 진행이 되지 않은 실감미디어 수용에 관한 연구를 수행하였고, 이를 위하여 기술수용모델(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)과 신뢰성을 통하여 실감미디어 공공서비스의 수용의도에 관해 실증연구를 수행하였다. 기술수용모델은 그동안 다양한 분야에서 개인수준과 조직수준의 연구에 적용되어왔다. 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유용성은 기술수용모델의 핵심 설명변수로 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 독립변수 혹은 매개변수로 다양한 연구에서 사용되어왔다. 실감미디어 공공서비스의 수용요인을 위하여 기술수용모델의 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성을 채택하였으며, 양뱡향 서비스의 수용에 필수적이라 생각되는 신뢰성을 사용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 인지된 유용성, 인지된 용이성, 신뢰성과 인지된 만족간의 유의한 관계를 검증하였다.

        전략적 공급사슬지향성, 공급사슬 파트너십 및 성과에 대한 실증연구

        Supply chain participating companies attempt persistent changes to enhance the business value of the supply chain and to secure strategic advantages from supply chain competition. This study classifies supply chain orientation into market orientation and collaborative orientation from the perspective of strategic supply chain orientation and investigates the mutual effects between supply chain partnership and firm performance. The survey was conducted targeting distribution industry companies and measurement model and structural model were analyzed with 229 copies of valid survey replies. According to analysis result, the market orientation has significant effects on collaborative orientation and supply chain partnership and the collaborative orientation has also significant effects on supply chain partnership. In addition, the analysis result shows that supply chain partnership has positive effects on firm performance. This empirical study has significant implications to academic research and business practice.

        The successful supply chain management requires the integration of the entities in a supply chain to create a cooperative and collaborative environment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that contribute to the cooperative relationships and the successful implementation of SCM systems. The proposed model consists of three independent variables, one mediating variable, one moderating variable, and one dependent variable. Test data were collected from 122 Korean companies through questionnaires. Regression analysis was performed to test the hypothesis. The test result shows that information systems maturity of the companies is the most influential determinant on the success of SCM system implementation. In addition, top management support has positive effect on the system success in direct effect model. IS maturity and top management support also show positive effects on the system success through the collaboration as a mediating variable. Finally, the test of moderating effect model shows that government support has a positive impact on the outcome variable.

        대학 신입생 예비대학 프로그램의 효과성 연구

        Recently, the paradigm of education has changed due to the 4th industrial revolution. In particular, due to changes in the educational environment, such as the decline in the number of students and drop-out rates, the university plans and operates various educational programs to attract freshmen and maintain the continuing education of students. This change is due to the change in perception of college freshmen and their importance, and it is necessary to pay much attention and research to the education for freshmen. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the preliminary college program, which is the first step to prepare students for college life, as well as effective college life. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the preliminary college has an important influence on the freshmen education of the college through the review of literature related to freshmen education. In addition, through the case of Dongguk University’s preliminary college program, it was found that freshmen had a positive influence on college adaptation and successful college life. The results of this study suggest that the universities should make changes in educational objectives, curriculum, contents of education, and educational methods in order to recognize the importance of preliminary college in freshmen education and to make it better. 최근 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 사회 패러다임이 변화하면서 교육 패러다임도 바뀌고 있다. 특히 학령인구 감소, 중도탈락률 등과 같은 교육환경의 변화로 인해 대학은 신입생 유치와 재학생의 지속적인 학업유지를 위해 다양한 교육 프로그램을 기획하고 운영하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 대학 신입생에 대한 인식의 변화와 그 중요성이 대두되면서 신입생을 위한 교육에 많은 관심과 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학 신입생들이 대학생활에 대한 배움이자 준비하는 첫 단계인 예비대학 프로그램이 대학교육뿐만 아니라 효율적인 대학 생활하는데 어떤 효과가 있는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 신입생 교육과 관련 문헌검토를 통해 예비대학이 대학 신입생 교육에 있어 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 동국대 예비대학 프로그램의 운영사례를 통해 신입생들이 대학적응 및 성공적인 대학생활을 하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 대학들은 신입생 교육에 있어 예비대학의 중요성을 인지하고 내실화를 도모하기 위해 교육목표, 교육과정, 교육내용, 교육방법 등의 변화가 이뤄져야 할 것이다.
