본 연구에서는 분뇨수집운반차량의 분뇨수거량을 정확하게 계측하고, 계측된 결과를 이용하여 청소요금을 산출할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 탱크내부의 높이를 계측할 수 있는 수위센서 센서회로 그리고 분뇨수거 작업자가 편리하게 사용할 수 있도록 휴대형 중앙처리연산장치를 개발하였다. 청소요금을 수거현장에서 징수할 수 있도록 영수증 출력기능도 내장되었다. 또한 경사진 현장에서 작업을 진행하여도 각도센서를 이용하여 탱크 내부에 분뇨가 수거되는 량을 정확하게 측정할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 분뇨수거 시 발생되는 민원을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 특화된 시스템의 수출로 외화획득이 기대된다. In this study, our system that the volume of collected human waste in the septic tank truck is measured accurately and the fee of disposing human waste can be calculated by using measured results has been developed. The level sensor and its circuits which can measure the height of the tank, the hand-held system that can be used by workers easily and simply with micro-controller have been developed. Also, this system has been built in the receipt printing function to charge for disposal fee. Even when working on a sloping field, this system can measure the accurate collected volume of human waste in the tank using the X-Y axis angle sensor. The results of this study expect that the popular complaints that generated from human waste can be reduced, the exportation possibility of our specialized systems can acquire foreign currency.
개발사업 환경성평가에서의 토양 탄소저장량 산정방법 비교 연구

The objective of this study was to propose the best methodology for estimating soil organic carbon stocks during environmental assessment for development projects. We compared three methodologies which were developed by Korea Environment Corporation(2010), Korea Forest Research Institute (2006), and Jin-Hyun Jung (1998). We found that the methodology developed by Jin-Hyun Jung (1998) shows the worst performance and the methodology of Korea Forest Research Institute (2006) does not reflect a variety of soil types and land use characteristics shown in development project plans. Therefore, we propose that the methodology developed by Korea Environment Corporation (2010) is the most reasonable one because it is internationally accepted and used for local governments to make the inventory of greenhouse gases as well as to set up its reduction strategy.
탈수상태가 Paneth cell에 미치는 형태학적 영향

This experiment was performed to study morphological responses of Paneth cells in the intestina glands of rats following acute dehydration and during convalescence. Fifty healthy adult rats weighing about 200 gm each were divided into three groups: normal, dehydrated, and convalescent. The rats dehydrated by absolute restriction of drinking water were sacrifices on the 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, and 5 th day, and the convalescent ones permitted to drink water ad libituir after a 5-day restriction were killed on the 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th and 10 th day. All of the experimental animals were kept under a constant room temperature and humidity. Duodenal specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin solution, embedded in paraffin wax, sectioned 6,q thickness, and stained with hematoxylin-eosin and Masson's trichrome stains. The numbers of Paneth cells were counted in the axial section of 20 intestinal glands and in 3 types of Paneth cells classified according to their granularities arithmetically weighted granulation indices were obtained using a semiquantitative method. Morphological changes of the cells, especially, of their granules, were also observed. Results were as follows: 1. The number of Paneth cells in the intestinal glands of rats decreased following an acute dehydration and showed a decrease of about 37% on the 5 th day from the beginning of restriction of drinking water. Degranulation of the cells increased under dehydrated condition and cells which showed pyknotic changes of the nucleus and uneven distribution and irregularities in size and staining reactions of the granules were frequently seen on the 5 th day. 2. Paneth cells of rehydrated rats showed morphological recovery in some degree within 5 days and then were remarkably restored and nearly normal on the 10 th day after rehydration. 3. Considering the above findings, Paneth cells are so affected by dehydration as to show a degenerative state and morphological and functional recovery of the cells after rehydration are slow compared with that of the other epithelial cells of intestinal rnucosa.
