This research was done to improve competitive power of local economy in preparation for the comming era of informationized society. The scope and the content of computerization in local industry is divided into four fields. First area is to establish information system to meet the information needs from firms, residents, and society as a whole. Second area is computerization of products and management to improve competitive power. Third area is to find more markets for export oriented companies which located in local area. Fourth area is to integrate information networks which were already made and which will be made in the future. Tasks of computerization in local industry are suggested in this research as follows; First task is to establish information infrastructure to share the data and information of industrial entities and research institutes which are located in local area. Second task is to foster strategic industries which are expected to grow well and have a huge impact to the region. Third task is to establish information network which provide data and information of local products, buyers, and local firms. Fourth task is to educate persons in local firms, research institutes and organizations which are related to local industries.

This study aims to identify the kinds and quantity of conflicts arising during the initial construction phase when conflicts occur the most with the greatest impact. Arbitration data from Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and cases of lawsuits filed with the Supreme Court were analyzed. Previous researches conducted by Project Management Institute and the research methodology of Pareto Analysis were used. Causes for conflicts by stage were surveyed and examined, and an effective method for addressing and managing conflicts for project managers were proposed.

Due to increasing problem of depletion of traditional fossil fuel such as coal and petroleum alongside of effort to contral Carbon Dioxide gas emission, need of alternative energy becomes top priority. Amongst many alternative energy solutions, Piezoelectric energy harvesting system, transforming wasted kinetic energy such as pressure and vibration to electronic energy, became top research. Unfortunately, only research regarding battery efficiency in Piezoelectric energy harvesting system is widely conducted on. There are hardly any research regarding system installation in structure yet. Thus, this paper is conducted by Piezoelectric energy harvesting system and monitoring system installed in university building"s hallway and stairs with 50 of two different types of gender subjects. With gathered data from different accumulation of energy between modules, video analysis with footprint distribution ratio of subjects, this paper presents analysed data of different accumulation of electricity with differentiation of module install location along with aspect of accumulation of electricity. Also, this paper predicted the amount of generation of electricity in the same area through analysis of electricity accumulation based on distance between modules.

본 논문에서는 연직바람관측장비에 적용 가능한 64배열 능동위상배열안테나에 대한 연구 결과를 기술하였다. 주요 구성부인 위상배열안테나는 인접 안테나와 격리도를 개선한 Bended 다이폴 안테나의 형태이며, 시스템 파라미터 분석에 근거하여 64개의 단일 송수신 모듈을 설계하였다. 특히 단일 송수신 모듈은 위상 및 감쇄 제어 기능이 있어, 능동위상배열안테나의 핵심 역할을 한다. 이를 통해 개발된 64배열 능동위상배열안테나는 적합한 안테나 이득 및 빔폭 특성과 함께 전자적 제어에 의한 20° 빔 조향 각도에서 왜곡 없는 우수한 방사 특성을 확인하였다. 그러므로 본 논문에서 개발한 64배열 능동위상배열안테나는 연직바람관측장비 개발에 적용 가능함을 검증하였다. In this study, we demonstrate the results of a 64-array active phased antenna for radar wind profiler. The main part, the active phased array antenna, had the form of a bent dipole antenna with improved isolation from the adjacent antenna. Based on the system parameter analysis, 64 transmit/receive modules(TRMs) were designed. In particular, the TRMs have the function of phase/attenuation control, which plays a key role in the active phased array antenna. Measurement results of the 64-array active phased antenna, with a 20° beam steering angle with electronic control, showed the proper antenna gain, good beamwidth characteristics, and excellent radiation characteristics without distortion. These results indicate that the active phased array antenna can be applied to radar wind profilers.

When there exist diverse competitive industries, establishing Pan-regional innovative cluster and regional cooperative system, is one of the core strategies of regional development today. Pan-regional cluster of high-tech medical industries in Chungcheong area could generate a synergy effect by connecting the industrial production of Osong and Ochang, business in Sejong City with the R&D infrastructure in Daedeok Innopolis. Since biomedical industries develops through several steps, division of research and R&D, co-sharing of technology and knowledge by way of global network happens naturally. Three steps in establishing great sphere cluster of high-tech medical industries in Chungcheong area are desirable to control risks. Major task of establishing cluster in initial stage is preparing growth engine of Chungcheong Area by synthesizing the functions of Daejeon - Osong and Ochang all together. When R&D and production functions of Sejong and Osong are normally performed with infrastructure in the regions are nearly set, internalization of functions in each regional base is needed to activate establishing cluster. Major tasks in global expansion stage are making Chungcheong biomedical cluster to be global herb in high-tech biomedical R&BD and to be included in one the five international innovative clusters.

Governments worldwide agreed that Green Growth is the foremost strategy to ensure environmental and economic sustain-ability of today. Green Economy includes activities of development and investment of alternative and recycling energy. This definition means that the global climate change stems from the increase of carbon dioxide and the solution of this problem is converting current industries to low carbon centered ones. The aim of this paper is to suggest strategies of fostering green business for Daejeon Metropolitan City after selection process of green business. Main research method of this paper is reviewing policy documents of central and lical governments and interviewing with officials in charge of establishing economic plan of Daejeon Metropolitan City. Four industries such as green IT, converged industries in green technologies, industries in green environment, and industries in LED parts were selected as green with low carbon and representative future industries of Daejeon. Five strategies of fostering green business for Daejeon City, as a research result, were recommended in this paper after reviewing global trends and domestic circumstances of green growth industries with low carbon. Four strategies of fostering green industries with low carbon for Daejeon Metropolitan City are building clusters, accelerating startups and supporting growth of industries, supporting R&D and commercialization, introducing cap and trade system. Tasks for Dajeon Metropolital City in the future are how to acquire domestic and foreign investors for green industries with low carbon in Daejeon Region.
