        Recently we emphasize the role of construction work's supervision, which is rasing its head, for the protection of an insolvent construction and the ensurance of quality control in the lesson of the big accident of Sampung Department Store and Chonjuuam center. Government has been carrying out the Responsible Construction System to get rid of an insolvent construction at a construction site since January 1 in 1994. But it is urgent to revise systematically for early fixing of supervision system and related system according to the construction market on August in 1995. In the case of Korea, depending on making a construction we didn't experience a supervision. We must grope the revision of its system and the access to the international level. We have to reflex and revise is operation system which pass current with overseas construction market. We must diminish confusion and an unnecessary friction with over seas companies which take part in domestic construction works. Ultimately, We have improve techniques of domestic supervisor and expert supervision companies. It will contribute to the turning for the advanced system. Accrodingly I will try for early fixing of special supervision system in Korea. For this I analyzed the construction supervision system to solve. We come to the conclusion by analyzing several countries construction system USA, ENGLAND, JAPAN ect.

        진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 학습부진 중학생의 자아존중감 및 성취동기에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of a career exploration group counseling program which was to improve the self-esteem and achievement motives of underachievers. The hypotheses for this study were first, the self-esteem levels in the experimental group participating in the career exploration group counseling program would be improved more than that of the control group. Second, the achievement motives of the experimental group would be enhanced more than that of the control group. The subjects of the study were consisted of the experimental and control groups by 16 underachievers respectively in D middle school, Daegu, Korea. 12 sessions of the career exploration group counseling program were carried to the experimental group for 90 minutes each. The result of this study were first, the self-esteem scores of the experimental group were statistically more increased than that of the control group. It was proved that the program revealed great effects on improvement of the self-esteem. Second, the experimental group was indicated to significantly enhanced in the total scores for the achievement motives compared to the control group. These results proved that the career exploration group counseling program showed the positive effects on achievement motives of middle school underachievers. Based on the results of this study, there should be enough considerations of providing underachievers with various group counseling programs in middle schools. 본 연구는 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램이 학습부진 중학생의 자아존중감 및 성취동기에 미치는 효과를 규명하는 데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구 가설은 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 학습부진 중학생은 통제집단보다 자아존중감이 향상될 것이다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 학습부진 중학생은 통제집단보다 성취동기가 향상될 것이다. 연구 대상은 대구광역시에 소재한 D중학교 1학년 학습부진 중학생 32명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 16명씩 무선 배정하였다. 측정도구는 김희화와 김경연(1996)이 한국의 아동 및 청소년용으로 개발한 자아존중감 척도를 수정, 보완하여 사용하였다. 성취동기를 측정하기 위한 검사로서 McClelland(1965)의 성취동기 이론에 입각하여 문선아(2002)가 개발한 척도를 사용하였다. 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램은 Chapman(1976)의 진로탐색 프로그램, 교육인적자원부(2003)에서 제작한 양성 평등한 진로지도를 위한 지침서 및 이현림(2007a)의 긍정적 사고훈련 프로그램을 참고하여 연구자가 연구목적에 적합하게 재구성하여 사용하였으며, 총 12회기로 구성되었다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 자아존중감은 학업 및 전반적 자아, 친구 관련 자아, 성격적 자아, 신체 능력 자아, 교사 관련 자아 및 자아존중감의 전체에서 통제집단보다 유의미한 향상을 보여 주었다. 둘째, 진로탐색 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 성취동기는 미래지향성, 자신감, 책임감, 도전의식, 과업지향성 및 성취동기의 전체에서 통제집단보다 유의미한 향상을 나타내었다.

        대학의 제도적 기반 형성과 학술 여건(1945~1955)

        This paper focused on the meaning of the university as the academic condition. It covered the enlargement of higher education, the disciplinary classification systemof university and the university governance system. The size of higher education greatly expanded for 10 years after liberation. The expansion is particularly concentrated in universities, private schools, schoolsin Seoul and Kyoungki Province and certain departments. The rapid increase inquantity of higher education institutes became the base of stable and continuousacademic activities, and the condition for the active migration of researchers. The disciplinary classification system of university-college-(faculty)-departmentwas institutionalized and “the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences” appeared asan unique method of organizing academic units. Its appearance and curriculumintensified the liberal-arts-like nature of academic disciplines belonging to it andblocked the securement of their academic identities and professionalism. Also, the introduction of the “council” system as a way of university managementincapacitated professor autonomy and set conditions for strengthening the controlof the government and self-censorship.

        1920년대 민족협동전선과 반기독교운동 - ‘허시모사건’을 중심으로 -

        Through the Independence Movement in 1919 Korean knew that Independenceof nation is established by the power to overcome the colonialism only. But thenationalism of Korean is not sufficient to resist the colonialism of Japan. So thekorean national movements are necessary for not only the highest duty but alsoprofit in living. To establish a strong movement the Seoul Group made the issueHaysmer’s Event in 1926 which happened in 1925. Koreans considered Japanese’brutalities as Haysmer’s brutalities. Through the criticising the Haysmer’s EventKorean blamed the Japanese’ exploitations and suppressions. After the Russo-Japanese War, American pressed Japanese who had lived inAmerica by the racism and the Immigration laws. Japanese wanted to abrogatethe Immigration laws in U.S.A. and in Canada. To remove the oppressions ofAmerican, Japanese amplified the anti-american movement in Korea so that they helped Korean’s anti-american movement through the Haysmer’s Event. The Seoul Group had power in Korean communism. But Comintern deniedthe Seoul Group’s importance and situation. The Seoul Group should solve theproblems by increasing the influence and organization. In addition the Seoul Groupwould get the method of manipulate the mass in national movement. The criticisingthe Haysmer’s wicked acts is a model case for the Seoul Group to increase theSocial influence, and methods of getting members and being enlarged the teamsand organizations in children movement. The Seoul Group made use of Japanese’ anti-americanism in promoting themovement of mass and children. The help of japanese made the Seoul Groupenlarge organization, gain the new members and be supported by the social agreement. The Seoul Group developed the national movement through the variouskinds of the mass movement. But the Japanese oppressions and the ChosunCommunist Party’s maneuvers were made the Seoul Group lose the initiativein making the Korean National Cooperative Front Lines. But the Seoul Groupparticipated the Singanhoe and worked hard to motivate the national movement. The Seoul Group called Singanhoe as the Party of the Korean National CooperativeFront Lines. So the Seoul Group criticised the theory of proletarian Hegemony which insistedby the Chosun Communist Party. They made use of their experience about theHaysmer’s Event. They insisted the importances of mass activities in revolutionand discarded the proletarian hegemony for the independence of Korea. Theywanted to stimulate the national movement in number continuity and activityby stirring the mass movements.
