Although inverter-driven hydraulic elevators(HEL's) have advantages over traditional valve-controlled HEL's energy efficiency and performance they need robustness in performance and stability to accomodate nonlinearities big parametric variations and resonances in mechanical-hydraulic inner system. In this paper a robust controller based on DGKF/$\mu$ mixed approach is applied to a HEL system with carring capacity of 24 persons for Incheon International Airport. The results of a test tower(T/T) has shown good ro-bustness in performance and stability of the proposed controller thereby proving a feasibility of this robust controller-based approach for other HEL problems.

공학윤리 : 윤리이론의 선택의 문제에서 덕윤리

적용될 윤리 이론들 간의 충돌 문제를 해결하는 것은 응용윤리로서 공학윤리의 최대의 과제이다. 윤리이론들 간의 충돌 문제에서 창의적 중도를 찾기 위해서는 다양한 윤리이론들이 적용되어야 하는데, 이때 윤리이론들은 규범성과 도덕의 최소조건인 공평성을 포함하는 이론이어야 한다. 그런데 적용할 윤리이론들이 공리주의와 의무론 두 가지 정도로 제한된다면 원리들 간의 충돌문제를 넘어서 창의적 중도를 찾기는 쉽지 않을 것이다. 그래서 이 논문은 규범성과 공평성을 포함하지 않는다는 점에서 공학적 문제 해결에서 비교적 소홀히 다루어 진 덕 윤리가 윤리이론 선택의 문제에서 하나의 적극적인 대안이 될 수 있는지를 검토하였다. 그 결과 덕윤리도 행위지침력을 가진다는 점과 규범적 구조가 두 가지 규범윤리이론과 다를 바 없다는 점 그리고 도덕의 최소개념으로서 공평성을 포함하고 있는 윤리이론으로 간주될 가능성이 있다는 점이 드러났다. 따라서 공학적 윤리 문제분석을 위한 윤리 이론의 선택 문제에서, 좀 더 구체적으로 말하자면 의무론과 공리주의 이 두 가지 규범윤리들 간의 충돌 문제를 극복할 수 있는 제3의 길을 찾는 문제에서, 덕윤리는 반드시 고려해야 할 윤리 이론으로 주목될 필요가 있다. Resolving the conflict of between ethics theories is the best task of engineering ethics as applied ethics. we must use several ethics theories in order to search out a creative middle way in the problem of conflicts between ethics theories. And these ethical theories need to involve a norm and an impartiality. By the way, if we use only two theories(i,d. utilitarianism and duty ethics) in choosing ethical theories, we are not easy to find out a creative middle way. This paper examined whether the virtue ethics can be an active alternatives in choosing ethical theories. Virtue ethics has been neglected relatively in engineering ethics, because it do not contain a norm and an impartiality. But it is possible that virtue ethics also contain an act-guidance, a normative structure such as two normative ethical theories(that is, utilitarianism and duty ethics) and an impartiality as a minimum condition of morality. Accordingly, in choosing ethical theories for resolving engineering ethical issues, in other words, in the problem of finding the third way for dissolving the conflict between utilitarianism and duty ethics, virtue ethics is one that need to be considered.

인성교육을 위한 한 방법으로서 철학상담의 가능성

본 논문은 인성교육의 한 방법으로서 철학상담의 가능성을 모색하였다. 흔히 철학상담은 그 자체로 인성교육을 포함하고 있다고 생각하지만, 인성의 개념과 인성교육의 방향에 대한 분명한 이해가 선행되지 않는다면 철학상담을 인성교육의 한 방법으로 구체화하기 어렵다. 이에 필자는 종래의 인성교육의 문제점과 새로운 인성교육의 방향을 선행 연구를 통해서 논의하였다. 그 결과 종래의 인성교육은 인성의 개념을 전체적인 관점에서 이해하지 못하고 있다는 점과 새로운 인성교육은 방향만을 제시할 뿐 구체적인 방법에 관한 논의가 부재하다는 점, 그리고 철학상담의 한 부분인 윤리상담은 개인의 세계관을 구성하는 다양한 측면을 모두 포괄하지 못하므로 새로운 인성교육의 방향과 목적에는 다소 한계가 있다는 점을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이에 필자는 시대적 요구를 반영하는 새로운 인성교육의 한 방법으로서 철학상담의 가능을 모색하였다. 철학상담은 철학함의 주요 주제인 세계관 해석을 중심에 놓고 있다. 철학상담은 개인의 인성을 반영하는 세계관을 비판적으로 검토하고 재정립할 수 있도록 도와주는 철학함의 본질적 활동이다. 그리고 이러한 활동 자체가 철학상담과 인성교육의 목표와 요소들이 맞닿아 있는 지점이다. 오늘 날 새로운 인성교육이 요구하는 합리적 사고와 창의적 문제해결 능력은 대부분 대학의 인문교양 교육이 추구하는 핵심 역량들이다. 이러한 핵심 역량에는 철학상담의 한 접근법으로 비판적 사고가 기초해 있다. 자신의 세계관을 비판적으로 검토해서 재정립하는 철학상담의 활동은 그 자체로 인성교육의 한 방법으로 적절하게 적용될 수 있다. This paper sought the possibility of philosophical counseling as a method of personality education. We often think that philosophical counseling itself includes personality education. But it is difficult to embody philosophical counseling as a method of personality education unless a clear understanding of the concept of personality and the direction of personality education is preceded. Therefore, I have discussed the problems of conventional personality education and the direction of new personality education through prior research. As a result, the conventional personality education does not understand the concept of personality from the whole point of view, and the new personality education suggests only the direction, but there is no discussion about the specific method, and since ethics counseling, which is a part of philosophical counseling, does not cover all the various aspects that constitute an individual`s world view, there are limits to the direction and purpose of the new personality education. Therefore, I sought the possibility of philosophical counseling as a method of new personality education reflecting the demands of the times. Philosophical counseling centers on the interpretation of worldview, which is the main theme of philosophy. Philosophical counseling is an essential activity of philosophy that helps to critically review and redefine the world view that reflects the personality of an individual. This activity itself is the point where the goals and elements of philosophical counseling and personality education are right. Rational thinking and creative problem solving abilities required by the new personality education today are the core competencies of universities` liberal arts education. Critical thinking is based on these core competencies as an approach to philosophical counseling. The activity of philosophical counseling, which critically reviews and reestablishes its own worldview, can be appropriately applied itself as a method of personality education.

『순수이성비판』에서 순수직관의 문제

『순수이성비판』에서 순수직관은 그 의미와 성격이 아주 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 사실은 적어도 『순수이성비판』 안에서 순수직관과 관련한 불일치한 논증들이 존재한다는 점을 드러낸다. 칸트는 <선험적 감성론>에서 무한양으로서 순수직관(직관의 형식)은 전체가 부분을 선행하며 부분이 전체를 전제한다고 주장하고, 반면에 <선험적 분석론>에서(형식적 직관과 관련되는) 외연양으로서 순수직관은 경험적 직관과 마찬가지로 공간과 시간도 그것의 부분을 총괄해줄 종합을 전제한다는 주장을 도입한다. 직관의 형식으로서 시·공간이 통일을 가지지 않는다면 한갓 수다성에 불과할 것이다. 시·공간은 순수직관으로서 통일을 가진다. <감성론>에서 이 필연적 통일은 마치 시·공간에 고유한 속성인 것처럼 다루어지고 있지만, 순수한 직관으로서 시·공간이 통일을 가질 수 있는 것은 감각에 의거할 수 없는 자발적인 종합작용을 전제하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 통일은 시·공간이라는 순수한 직관과 더불어 주어지지만 그렇다고 순수직관들 속에 포함된 본성으로서 주어지는 것은 아니다. 시·공간의 통일은 각지의 종합의 선천적 조건이다. 이로써 칸트의 불일치한 논증구조의 이유가 밝혀진다. 즉 <감성론>에서 칸트는 무한양으로서 순수직관 즉 직관의 형식으로서 시·공간은 모든 감각에 논리적으로 선행한다는 점을 주로 설명하고자 했으며, 선천적 직관표상의 근원적 획득의 문제는 자발성의 능력에 대한 분석이 이루어지는 <선험적 분석론>에서 다루고자 했기 때문이다. 따라서 순수직관에 관한 이러한 불일치 내지 모순은 칸트가 <선험적 감성론>과 <선험적 분석론>에서 행하는 과제상의 차이에 기인할 뿐이다. The mean and character of pure intuition in Kant"s Critique of Pure Reason are of important but different. This indicates that kant"s arguments on pure intuition are discordant. In the Aesthetic kant asserts that whole precedes parts and parts premises whole as the character of pure intuitions as infinity quantity. On the other, he asserts in the Analytic that pure intuition as extensive quantity(involved in formal intuition) premises a synthesis of spatial and temporal parts. Space and time as forms of intuition are a mere multiplicity without unity. It is only as pure intuitions that they possess unity. This necessary unity was treated in the Aesthetic as if it belonged to space and time in their own right, but space and time, as pure intuitions, possess unity only because they presuppose a synthesis which does not belong to sense at all. Unity therefore given along with the pure intuitions of space and time, but it is not given in these intuitions. This unity space and time is an a priori condition of the synthesis of apprehension. Hereby the cause of kant"s discordant arguments is clarified. In the Aesthetic kant explained mainly that space and time(as infinity quantity) as form of intuition premises all sense logically. In the Analytic which deals with function of spontaneity, he treated the problem of pure intuitive representation. Therefore, kant"s discordance on pure intuition do only come from a difference in the Aesthetic and the Analytic.

웹기반 게임평가 시스템의 설계 및 구현

게임 출시 이전 적절한 시점에서의 효율적이고 경제적인 게임평가는 게임개발사에겐 매우 중요한 일이다. 본 연구에서는 효율적이고 빠른 게임평가를 위하여 MMORPG, FPS, 웹게임과 같은 대표적 게임 장르에 따라 서로 다른 웹기반 게임평가 모델을 설계하고 이를 시스템으로 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템의 평가모델은 게임성, 경쟁력, 기술력, 수익성, 시장성의 평가 분야로 이루어져 있고, 각 장르별 평가 특성을 반영하기 위하여 공통평가 요소와 장르별 평가 요소로 나뉘어 설계되었다. 제안한 시스템은 게임업체에서 제작중인 2개의 게임에 적용하였으며, 그 결과를 기술한다. Effective and Economic game evaluation before game publishing is very important for game development company. In this paper, we designed and developed an effective web based game evaluation system according to three major game genre including MMORPG, FPS, and web game. The proposed evaluation model consists of five evaluation items such as game interest, competitiveness, technology, earning power, and market value and has common evaluation items and independent ones according to game genre. To reflect characteristics of each game genre, we divided evaluation items into common evaluation elements and individual ones according to game genre. We applied the proposed system to two real games of a game development company and showed the result.

2D nanomaterials were widely studied due to their excellent physical and chemical properties. However, growth and fabrication strategies to large and high quality 2D nanomaterials were still challenging. In this study, we showed the noble synthesis and fabrication method for large-scale and high-quality 2D silver nanosheet using interface assembly with hydrogel and peptides bio-templates. We studied from the physical phenomena of hydrogel assembly process at the air/solvent interface to applied method of silver 2D crystal growth with multilayering hydrogel and silver assembly process. Furthermore, we used peptide assembly to assist 2D growth of metal ions at interface. We expect our methods could applied to various 2D nanomaterial-based applications.
