파이프라인 하이퍼큐브에서의 효율적인 정수 정렬 알고리즘

본 논문에서는 파이프라인 하이퍼큐브(pipelined hypercube)에서의 몇 가지 기본적인 라우팅 문제에 관해 연구하고, 그 연구 결과들을 이용하여 0과 p^(0(1))(p의 상수 승) 사이의 n=p^(1+1/k)(k>0)개의 정수를 p-프로세서 파이프라인 하이퍼큐브에서 효율적으로 정렬(sorting)할 수 있음을 보인다. 본 논문에서 고려될 정렬 알고리즘은 columsort[9]와 cubesort[4]이다. Cubesort는 p-프로세서 파이프라인 하이퍼큐브에서 O(k³(n/p)) 시간에 수행될 수 있음을 보인다. 이 알고리즘은 k가 상수일 때 O(n/p)의 시간 복잡도를 가지므로 최적 알고리즘이 된다. Columnsort도 k가 상수일 때, p-프로세서 파이프라인 하이퍼큐브에서 O(n/p) 시간에 수행되어 최적 알고리즘이 된다. In this paper, we present some basic routing algorithms on the pipelined hypercube, and by using these algorithms we show that n=p(1+1/k)(k>0) elements can be efficiently sorted on the p-processor pipelined hypercube when each of these elements is an integer between 0 and p^(0(1)). We consider columnsort[9] and cubesort[4] algorithms. Cubesort can be performed on the p-processor pipelined hypercube in O(k³(n/p)) time, and it is an optimal algorithm if k is a constant. Columnsort can also be performed in O(n/p) time, which is optimal, on the p-processor pipelined hypercube if k is a constant.

In this study, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) filaments were prepared by the wet spinning process, and the coagulation behaviors of HPMC dope and the morphology of wet spun HPMC filaments were investigated. THF, acetone, and iso-propanol showed a partial coagulation strength for HPMC dope though they did not produce a filament form. On the other hand, a high temperature water could coagulate the HPMC dope due to the gelation character of HPMC solution. However, the temporarily coagulated HPMC filament returned to a solution state when it came out of the coagulation bath. This problem, due to the reversible gelation behavior of HPMC, could be solved by adding salts in the water (coagulant). As the salt concentration increased in the coagulant, the coagulation strength was improved resulting in a reduced fiber forming temperature. Furthermore, ammonium sulfate was turned out to be the most effective salt to enhance the coagulation of HPMC in aqueous salt solution. The thermo-rheological measurements revealed that ammonium sulfate was the most effective in reducing the flocculation and the gelation temperatures among salts tested. The HPMC filament could be produced finally with the help of second coagulation bath containing organic solvent. Among the organic solvents, isopropanol was the best coagulant yielding the highest post drawing ratio of HPMC filament. The SEM observation indicated that the wet spun HPMC filament had irregular surface and cross section. The surface of HPMC could be smoother when the salt concentration was reduced to 8%.
BIM기반 고속도로 공사 물량산출 신뢰성 검토 및 활용

In case of applying the BIM method in the civil engineering of irregularly shaped structure, BIM method began to be introduced in the current building engineering area compared with the expected effects of the relatively high construction productivity has been recognized. In this paper, I have developed quantity calculation algorithms applying it to earthwork and bridge construction, tunnel construction, retaining wall construction, culvert construction and implemented BIM based 3D-BIM Modeling quantity calculation. Structure work in which errors occurred in range between -6.28% ~ 5.17%. Especially, understanding of the problem and improvement of the existing 2D-CAD based of quantity calculation through rock type quantity calculation error in range of -14.36% ~ 13.07% of earthwork quantity calculation. It's benefit and applicability of BIM method in civil engineering. In addition, routine method for quantity of earthwork has the same error tolerance negligible for that of structure work. But, rock type's quantity calculated as the error appears significantly to the reliability of 2D-based volume calculation shows that the problem could be. Through the estimating quantity of earthwork based 3D-BIM, proposed method has better reliability than routine method. BIM, as well as the design, construction, maintenance levels of information when you consider the benefits of integration, the introduction of BIM design in civil engineering and the possibility of applying for the effectiveness was confirmed. In addition, as the beginning phase of information integration, quantity document automation program has been developed for activation of BIM. And automatically enter the program code number, linkage and manual volume calculation program, quantity document automation programs, such as the development is now underway, and step-by-step procedures and methods are presented.
1-Deoxynojirimycin 생산 균주 Bucillus subtilis MORI 3K-85의 단백질 분석

In our previous study, we isolated and characterized a 1-deoxynojirimycin (DNJ)-producing bacterium, Bacillus subtilis MORI, from chungkookjang, a Korean traditional food. B. subtilis MORI was subjected to γ-irradiation and the resulting bacteria were screened for increased DNJ production. A mutant was identified that produced 7.6 times more DNJ and named B. subtilis MORI 3K-85. In this study, the protein profiles of both strains were compared by one-dimensional and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (1-DE and 2-DE, respectively) under both native and denaturing conditions. The 1-DE native-PAGE and 1-DE SDS-PAGE analyses identified 5 and 7 bands, respectively, that were found at higher concentrations in B. subtilisMORI 3K-85 than in B. subtilis MORI. Similarly, 2-DE analyses identified 20 protein spots which were found at higher concentrations in B. subtilis MORI 3K-85. The peptide mass profiles of these 20 proteins were analyzed by MALDI-TOF and compared with peptide sequences of B. subtilis and B. amyloliquefaciens in the MASCOT database. This screening suggested that three dehydrogenases, an aldolase, a synthetase, an isomerase, a reductase, and a peroxidase are elevated in B. subtilis MORI 3K-85. Based on this data, one or more of the elevated 8 enzymes might be related to the DNJ biosynthetic pathway.
