        소매점 판매원의 라이프스타일 및 판매행동과 직무만족 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of salesperson’s lifestyle, selling behaviors on strategic management of salesperson. So this study not only examines differences in the salesperson’s lifestyle, selling behaviors and job satisfaction but also analyses the impact of salespersons' lifestyle and selling behaviors on job satisfaction.The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the result of analyzing differences in the lifestyle according to the characteristics of sex, age, academic background, income is no significant difference. Second, the result of analyzing differences in the selling behavior according to the characteristics of sex and marriage is significant difference. Third, the result of analyzing differences in the job satisfaction according to the characteristics of store type is significant difference. Salesperson working at the exclusive agencies is most high job satisfaction. According to the result of examining the relationship between salespersons' lifestyle and the selling behaviors, job-oriented lifestyle has positive effects on the customer orientation and hospitality orientation. Finally salespersons' job satisfaction is positively affected by the job-oriented lifestyle and hospitality-orientation selling behavior. 본 연구의 목적은 전략적 판매원 관리에 요구되는 판매원의 라이프스타일 및 판매행동을 분석하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 판매원의 라이프스타일 인구통계적 특성에 따른 판매원의 라이프스타일과 판매행동, 직무만족도 차이를 검증하며, 판매원의 라이프스타일 및 판매행동이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한다.분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 변수에 따른 판매원의 라이프스타일의 차이를 검증한 결과 성별, 연령, 학력, 소득에서는 통계적인 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 변수에 따른 판매원의 판매행동 차이 검증한 분석결과 연령, 학력, 소득, 근무유형, 점포유형을 제외한 성별, 결혼여부에 따른 차이만을 보이고 있다. 셋째, 인구통계학적 변수에 따른 판매원의 직무만족도에 대한 차이를 분석한 결과 점포유형 중 전속점이 직무만족도가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 라이프스타일과 판매행동의 관계에 대한 검증한 결과는 사회지향형 라이프스타일은 판매지향성과의 관련성만을 보여주고 있어, 사회지향형 라이프스타일을 가진 판매원일수록 판매지향성이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 판매원의 판매행동과 직무만족도의 관계를 검증하기 위해 실시한 회귀분석 결과 친절지향성만이 직무만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        Thermocycling이 금속과 레진시멘트간의 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of thermocycling on bond strength between metal and resin cement according to thermocycling, and to observe the bond failure modes with optical microscope(X30). For this purpose, Super-Bond C & B and Panavia 21 resin cement were used. Metal specimens were made of Vera-Bond and the surface of specimens were sandblasted with $50{\mu}m$ aluminum oxide. All experimental groups were stored in $37^{\circ}C$ distilled water for 72 hours, followed by thermocycling between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$ with 15 second dwell time. 500, 1000, 2000 cycles of thermocycling were executed and the tensile bond strength was measured by Instron Universal Testing Machine(Model 4201) The obtained results were as follows : 1. Super-Bond C & B and Panavia 21 did not show statistically significant difference accor-ding to thermocycling test(P>0.05). 2. Super-Bond C & B specimens exhibited statistically significant higher tensile bond stre-ngth than Panavia 21 for all experimental groups(P<0.05). 3. Super-Bond C & B exhibited mixed mode failure with partial adhesive and partial cohe-sive failure, and most of Panavia 21 exhibited cohesive failure and some mixed mode failure.

      • 사이버 거래 방식에 있어서의 매체 풍부성이 사용도에 미치는 영향 : 사이버 증권을 대상으로

        국내의 사이버 증권거래 시장은 전 세계적인 인터넷 산업의 성장과 주식 시장의 호황에 힘입어 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있다. 그러나 국내의 경우 사이버 증권거래 시장의 상당부분을 차지하고 있는 대부분의 중견 증권사들이 고객들에게 만족할 만한 수준의 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 그리고 사이버 증권에 대한 연구도 아직까지는 현황분석에 그치고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 매체 특성과 사회적 요인이 투자자들의 거래 방식선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석함으로써 현재 국내 증권사들이 주목하여야 할 요인들을 제안하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 매체선택이론의 합리적 선택 모형과 사회적 영향이론을 근간으로 해서 거래방식의 선택에 영향을 미치는 매체 특성과 사회적 요인을 도출하고자 한다.

        Cao-MgO-SiO₂-P₂O -CaF₂계 생체활성 결정화 유리의 기계적 성질에 미치는 ZrO₂및 Al₂O₃의 분산 강화 효과

        Bioactive glass-ceramics can form tight chemical bonds with bone, however, their poor mechanical properties may limit their clinical applications. Alumina ceramics show good biocompatibility and high strength but can't form chemical bonds with bone. Hydroxyapatite ceramics and bioglass form chemical bonds with bone but their strength and fracture are relatively low. Glass ceramics containing apatite and wollastonite crystals can form tight chemical bonds with bone and show relatively high strength and fracture toughness. Bioactive glass-ceramics toughened by alumina and tetragonal zirconia polycrystals show relatively high mechanical strength. Both bioactive and high strength ceramics will be widely applicable to many clinical applications. In this study, bioactive glass-ceramics toughened by alumina and zirconia polycrystals were fabricated, and crystallization behavior, biaxial flexure strength, fracture toughness, and bioactivity were measured. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The major crystaline phase in the matrix glass were observed to be apatite, wollastonite, and β-TCP. 2. Biaxial flexure strength and fracture toughness values were more improved by the dispersion toughening of alumina and zirconia, and the improvement of mechanical strength was more higher in the dispersion toughening of zirconia than that of alumina. 3. The bioactivity, which was evaluted from apatite formation in the simulated body fluid, was higher in the dispersion toughening of Zr-O₂than that of Al₂O₃.

        치과용 비귀금속 합금과 전장용 강화형 복합레진의 인장결합강도

        Recently the 2nd generation laboratory composite resins were introduced. Although the mechanical properties of these composite resins have been improved, there were some disadvantages such as discoloration, low abrasion resistance and debonding between metal and resin. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tensile bond strength between non-pecious dental alloy(verabond) and four veneering reinforced composite resins ; Targis(Ivoclar Co., U.S.A.), Artglass(Kulzer CO., Germany), Sculpture(Jeneric Pentron Co., U.S.A.), and Estonia(Kurary Co., Japan). All test metal specimens were polished with #1,000 SiC paper, and sandblasted with $250{\mu}m$ aluminum oxide. After then. according to manufacturer's instructions metal adhesive primer and veneering resins were applied. All test specimens were divided into two groups. One group was dried in a desiccator at $25^{\circ}C$ for 3 days, the other group was subjected to thermal cycling($2,000{\times}$) in water($5/55^{\circ}C$). Tensile bond strength was measured using Instron Universal Testing machine and the fractured surface was examined under the naked eyes and scanning electron microscope. Within the limitations imposed in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1. In no-thermal cycling groups, there were no significant differences between Estenia and VMK68 but there were significant differences between Targis, Artglass, Sculpture and VMK68(p<0.05). 2. In no-thermal cycling resin groups, the highest tensile bond strength was observed in Estenia and there were significant differences between Estenia and the other resins(p<0.05). 3. Before and after thermal cycling, there were significant differences in tensile bond strength of Targis and Artglass(p<0.05). The tensile bond strength of Artglass was decreased and that of Targis was increased. 4. In no-thermal cycling groups, Artglass showed mixed fracture modes(95%), but after thermal cycling, Artglass showed adhesive fracture modes(75%).
