본 연구는 송도 해변축제의 관람객 만족도에 대한 다변량 분산분석과 3단계 회귀분석과 Big-Data분석을 통한 관람객 규모 및 산업연관 분석을 이용한 경제적 파급효과분석을 통해 성과평가를 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 송도 해변축제 ‘프로그램 만족도의 경우 5.9776, 행사시설 만족도 5.8658, 서비스 만족도 6.0224, 행사정보 전달성 5.6554’로 나타났으며 매개변수로 사용된 전반적 만족도는 6.0192, 종속변수로 사용된 재방문 의사는 6.0990으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다변량분산분석(MANOVA) 결과 관람객의 성별 및 거주지역별 특성에 따른 만족도 차이는 발생하지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 3단계 회귀분석 결과 매개변수인 전반적 만족도는 종속변수인 재방문 의사에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전반적 만족도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 항목은 서비스 만족도가 재방문 의사는 프로그램 만족도가 가장 크게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Big-Data 분석 결과 송도 해변축제 기간 동안 참여한 관람객의 경우 인천광역시 연수구(지역 주민) 44,061명 71.9%가 참여한 것으로 나타났으며, 인천광역시 연수구 이외 거주자(타지역 방문자)는 17,334명 28.1%가 방문하여 축제기간 전체 관람객 인원은 61,295명으로 나타났다. 넷째, 산업연관분석을 이용한 경제적 파급효과 분석결과 생산유발효과는 3,001.07백만원, 부가가치유발효과는 1,176.31백만원, 수입유발효과 255.45백만원이 발생하였으며 취업유발효과는 36.9명으로 나타났다. This paper analyzes the performance of Songdo Beach Festival. This analysis method employs Multivariate Analysis of Variance(MANOVA) and Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis, Big-Data Analysis, the Input-Output Analysis which are designed to measure the performance of Songdo Beach Festival. The summary of the results is as follows. First, as a result of visitor satisfaction analysis, program satisfaction was 5.9776, event facility satisfaction was 5.8658, service satisfaction was 6.0224, event information delivery was 5.6554, overall satisfaction was 6.0192, and intention to revisit was 6.0990. Second, as a result of analyzing difference in satisfaction by gender or residential area, there were no significant difference in satisfaction and intention to recommend. Third, as a result of the Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis, the mediating variable, overall satisfaction, was found to have a moderating effect on the dependent variable, intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of Big-Data analysis, it was found that 44,061 people(71.9%) of the visitors who participated during the Songdo Beach Festival were from Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City(local residents), and 17,334 people(28.1%) lived outside of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City(visitors from other regions). The total number of visitors during the festival period was 61,295. Finally, as a result of analyzing the economic ripple effects of the Songdo Beach Festival, the total expenditure effect was 502.2 million won in production, 192.5 million won in value-added, 38.0 million won in income, and 6 people employed, respectively.

본 논문의 목적은 연기금 투자자의 투자행태와 연기금 투자자의 투자행태가 주식시장 및 다른 투자자의 투자행태에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 KOSPI 주가지수 수익률과 연기금투자자와 기관투자자, 외국인투자자, 개인투자자의 순매수대금비율을 VAR모형과 회귀분석(OLS)을 통해연기금 투자자의 투자행태가 주식시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주가지수 수익률은 -1차에서 연기금과 기관투자자의 순매수대금비율에 부(-)의 유의미한 영향을 주고 있으며 외국인 투자자에게는 정(+)의 영향을 개인 투자자의 경우 -3차에서 유의미한 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연기금 투자자의 순매수대금비율은 -3차에서 주가지수 수익률에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타나 연기금 투자자의 순매수는 주가지수의 상승에 유의미한 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주가지수가 전일대비 상승한 날을 대상으로 한 회귀분석결과 연기금 투자자의 투자행태는 주가지수 수익률에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 반대로 주가지수 수익률이 하락한 거래일을 대상으로 한 회귀분석결과에서 연기금 투자자의 순매수대금비율은 주가지수 수익률에 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to investigates Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior in the Korea Stock Market, using daily data for the time period from Jan, 04, 2010 to Dec, 30, 2014. This analysis method employs the 5×1VAR(vector-autoregression) model and OLS(Ordinary Least Square), which are designed to measure the effect of Pension-Fund Investor behaviors on the Korea Stock Market. The outcome of the research is summarized as follows. First, VAR analysis shows that KOSPI market returns have a statistically significant negative effect on Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior and Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior is influence to positive effective on the KOSPI market returns change. And then we can not find of relationships between Pension-Fund Investor and Institutional investor's trading behavior. Second, OLS analysis shows that KOSPI market returns is influenced by Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior. Pension-Fund Investor is influence to positive effect on the bull market but it is influence to negative effect on the bear market Overall results suggest that Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior is not same to Institutional investor's trading behavior. And Pension-Fund Investor's trading behavior is influence to positive effective on the KOSPI market's price stability.

DNA 결합 단백질 억제(Inhibitor of DNA binding protein) 또는 분화억제(Inhibitor of differentiation) 인자인 Id는 네 종류(Id1-4)가 있으며, 세포의 증식과 분화, 혈관 형성 및 세포자가사멸 등에 정 또는 부의 조절인자로서 널리 알려져 있다. 하지만 아직까지 번식생리 분야에서 이들 유전자들의 발현이나 기능에 관해 알려진 것은 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 쥐 난소에서 난포의 발달에 따른 Id3 mRNA의 발현 양상을 살펴보고자 실시하였다. 쥐에게 PMSG 주사 후, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 및 48시간째에 난소를 회수하여 고정, 탈수 및 파라핀 포매를 실시하였다. In situ hybridization 실험을 위하여 anti-sense와 sense Id3 cRNA 탐침자를 제작한 다음 난소 절편에 반응시켰다. 반응이 끝난 난소 절편은 NTB-2 유광제에 노출시킨 후 현상액에 반응시켰다. 모든 처리가 끝난 슬라이드는 H&E 염색을 실시한 다음 현미경하에서 hybridization 감도를 1+에서 4+로 구분하여 평가하였다. 난자에서는 Id3 mRNA 감도가 원시와 제1차 난포에서 ≥2+으로 확인되었으나, 제2차, 우성 및 배란전 난포에서는 1+ 이하로 관찰되었다. 한편, 과립막세포에서는 우성과 배란 전 난포에서 Id3 mRNA가 3+ 또는 4+로 강하게 발현되는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면, Id3 mRNA는 난포의 발단 단계 또는 난포세포에 따라 특이적으로 발현하는 것으로 보아 난포의 발달과 밀접한 연관이 있을 것으로 사료된다. Inhibitor of DNA binding protein or inhibitor of differentiation(Id) is largely considered as positive and/or negative regulators of proliferation, differentiation, angiogenesis, and apoptosis. The four Id genes(Id1, Id2, Id3, and Id4) were known in mammals. However, little is known about the expression and function of these genes in reproductive physiology. Among them, this study was conducted to analyze the expression pattern of Id3 mRNA on folliculogenesis in rat ovary. After PMSG administration, the ovaries were obtained at 3, 6, 12, 24, 36, and 48 hrs, fixed, dehydrated, and paraffin embedded. For in situ hybridization, anti-sense and sense Id3 cRNA probes were prepared and applied to the ovarian section. The ovarian sections were coated with NTB-2 emulsion. After that, the slides were developed and counterstained with hematoxylin and eosin staining. The hybridization signal was estimated on a scale of 1+ to 4+. In oocyte, the intensity of Id3 mRNA in primordial and primary follicles was scored at ≥2+, but the intensity was less than 1+ in secondary, dominant, and preovulatory follicles. In granulosa cells, the Id3 mRNA was strongly expressed(3+ or 4+) in dominant and preovulatory follicles. Taken together, Id3 mRNA was expressed specifically at follicle stages and follicular tissue and might be closely related with follicle development.
