From ancient times up to the present time, all of Eastern people, including Koreans, tries to find out the fundamental characteristics of nature in the transmigration and change. They called the origion of continous order in such mutation To (the way of truth and justiceon the nature and human being: the principles of order.) This To the order of nature and the universe at the same time it was the order of morality. As the order of nature or morality is rulled by To, only those who fallowed Tao in completing themselves or any King who did so in managing a state, could really complete themselves and could really rule his state in peace. In an artist who is painting also, only who follow To can be respected as a great artist, as a completed artist. To is the basis of Lo_thought and JaM thinks To to be the most important beauty in the objective things. For a true artist (as in the case of other philosophers, painting work itself must be the very thing to cultivate To joining the universal order of To) he must live togther with To and express it as art. The effects of beauty in the Eastern Painting does not lie in a richness of flesh or something like a geometrical molding but beauty of nature and cleanliness. That is created by the dynamic rhythm and moving brush, the changing illution in many different kind made by the ink and colors. In a painting the relation to the object can be accomplished in a balanced harmonization of reality and emptiness. As a result, the world of painting is very close to the minds of human being and the Eastern aesthetics is based on the Eastern Philosophy. Therefore To becomes the basis and not only of the morals and ethics but also of eastern To aesthetics.

In the last few years the use of electronic sources, according to the development of information technology. has become increasingly necessary. But, there is nobody who checks the reliability of information found on the Web, CD-ROMs, online databases. Usenet Newsgroups or electronic journals because it is easily modified in any time and users may not always access the same sources. So, when citing those electronic sources, it is necessary to provide a proper bibliographic citation which enables readers to identify and obtain the work. Although, until today, any bibliographic format is not uniformed yet. This paper briefs the history of the international efforts for the standardization of the bibliographic references for electronics sources. And then, this article deals with the prescript based on ISO 690-2 as the reasonable solution for citing electronic sources, describing the basic specifications for data elements and their prescribed order. The author also describes the Spanish form on the above mentioned bibliographic format and discusses several problems associated with it.

Hyun Jae advocated with Mimul, Gogub, and 4 great masters in end of won, Hanggong-mang, Wangmong, Ojin, and Yechan as the main veins in a picture of the calligraphic school, standing against the opinion of Oh's schools. Due to a strong process in special Myung culture, however, they reflected the change of the consciousness of beauty in the creation and distribution of the study of Yangmyung. He developed Muninharon which Sodongpa and Mundong had created. However, although his pen and ink-oriented Kangnam school was an ideal style of painting through a high level of practice, his easy techniques and locations left much to be deprived of an important creativity. considering this point, he wanted to follow this special meaning. But, he failed and his followers did not want. In the era of Chung, because culture-loving Emperors, Kanghee and Gunung, prefered to Sumuk, the calligrphic school as well as painters followed Hyun Jae's style of painting. They inclined toward the idea of Pyungdamchunjin and conventional world seeking for peaceful living, rather than searching for the new formative consciousness.
{三國史記} 記事와 寺址로 본 新羅 成典寺院의 數에 대한 疑問

三國史記 職官誌에는 新羅寺院 중 四天王寺 등 7個所의 寺院에 成典이라는 官府가 있었던 것으로 기록되어 있다. 그러나 新羅 最大의 寺院이었던 皇龍寺는 成典寺院에서 누락되어 있어 그 기록의 신빙성에 대하여 일찍부터 疑問이 提起되어 왔다. 本稿는 이러한 疑問을 解消하기 위한 한 방법으로 慶州에 있었던 新羅寺院 중 三國史記에 記載된 回數와 현재 남아있는 寺址를 검토하여 興輪寺, 三郞寺, 普門사 등 22개 寺院에는 成典이 設置되었을 가능성이 높은 것으로 보았다. 그 밖에도 成典寺院이었던 奉聖寺, 奉德寺, 奉恩寺가 가까운 거리에 위치하였다면, 현재 慶州驛 일대에 해당하는 城東洞 2寺址가 奉恩寺址일 可能性이 있다는 점을 指摘하였다.
