        한국 체육의 물적 토대 형성과정과 변화 전망

        The purpose of this study was to look on change of sports function of central administration department and sports function of local administration department, sports organization and human power which form sports infrastructure of 21 century as method for overcoming crisis conditions of Korea sports in the end of the twentieth century. In research result many change viewed to be rise up in sports infrastructure of 21 century. First, government will reduce intervention of market and emphasis role of market in 21 century. Also, government will reduce welfare division which responsible to government and will reduce intervention on sports of government. But sport for all have to maintain intervention of government until nongovernment organization and citizen will be operated autonomously in Korea. Also, government have to take charge of top level sports continuously. Second, Korea sports in the twentieth century generally depends revenue source on national treasury and seoul olympic sports promotion fund. But private resources will be superior to public resources in 21 century. This will be possible to through enterprise sponsorship, club dues by sports club's activation an own sport marketing of sports organization. Third, intervention width on sports of local government will increase by development of local self-government autonomy and sports for all works of central government will transfer to local government largely. Also, sports organizations in 21 century will exert himself for local's sports club and promotion of sports for all.

        중등학교 교사임용 선정경쟁시험 체육사 및 체육철학 문항 분석

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the questions given in History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E. of secondary school teacher appointment examination. Method: To achieve the purpose of the research, this study covered 50 History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E. questions out of a total of 520 questions from the 2002-2020 academic year, which were published on the website of the KICE. In order to analyze the questions set for the target, the following research results were derived using (1) the percentage of questions and points per year and (2) "Teacher's Qualification Criteria and Evaluation Areas and Assessment Content Elements of the marked subject physical education" as the questionnaires frame. Results: First, questions of History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E. accounted for 9.6 percent of the total 520 questions, with 50 questions coming out, and the scores accounted for 122 out of 1,990 points, accounting for 6.1 percent of the questions. Second, 16 questions were given in the 'History of Korean P. E.', and 4 questions were given in the 'P. E. idea'. Conclusion & suggestion: Based on these results, this study proposed that (1) the proportion of questions in History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E. should remain constant in the entire questions, (2) equalization of the percentage of questions in History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E. subarea, (3) increased weight of convergence questions between areas of History of P. E. and Philosophy of P. E., and (4) Development of University Textbooks in the Field of Physical Education Philosophy 본 연구의 목적은 중등교사 임용시험 중 체육사 및 철학 분야에서 출제된 문항을 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 한국교육과정평가원에서 공개하고 있는 기간(2002~2020학년도) 동안에 19년간 출제된총 520문항 중 체육사 및 철학 분야 50문항을 분석 대상으로 하였다. 분석 대상으로 설정한 문항 분석을 위하여 (1) 연도별 문항 및 배점 비율과 (2)「표시 과목 체육의 교사자격기준과 평가 영역 및 평가 내용 요소」를문항분석틀로 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 중등교사 임용시험에서 체육사 및 철학 분야는전체 520문항 중 50문항이 출제되어 9.6%의 문항 비율을 차지하고 있으며, 그 배점은 1,990점 중 122점을 차지하여 6.1%의 점수 비율을 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육사 및 철학의 세부 영역별로 ‘한국 체육사’에서 16문항이 출제되어 가장 출제 빈도가 높았고, ‘체육 사상’에서 4문항이 출제되어 가장 출제 빈도가낮은 것으로 나타나 영역별 출제의 편중이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 도출한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 ‘체육 교과 전체 문항에서 체육사 및 철학 영역의 문항 비중 유지’, ‘체육사 및 철학 내에서 단원 간 출제비중 균등화’, ‘단원 간, 단원 내 융합형 문항 출제 비중 증가’, 그리고 ‘체육철학 분야 대학 이론서의 개발’을제안하였다.

        해방후 학교체육의 이념과 그 결정요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate concept of Physical Education and factors which have been effected on Physical Education after korean liberation, 1945 to 1955. In these educational, social, political situations, some important factors are as follows; First, desire of democracy and new concept of new Education Second, consolidation of the anti communism because of the cold war and korean war Third, recognition about realities of physical educators who have taught the students at school. Due to these factors, the concept of Physical Education is focused on the democratization and popularization. But it has recognized a minor subject which strengthen health and physical training.

        홀로그래피 간섭계를 이용한 횡변위와 종변위의 동시 측정

        서로 대칭되는 이중 조명을 이용한 홀로그래피 네파간섭계를 구성하여 횡변위와 종변위를 동시에 측정하였다. 물체파와 재생파의 간섭을 일으킨 후 위상이동법으로 변위위상도를 작성하였으며 최소제곱법맞춤으로 위상도의 잡음을 제거하였다. 이러한 방법으로 네파간섭계의 두 광로에 존재하는 위성의 차와 합에 대한 정보를 구하였으며, 파장 632.8 nm인 헬륨-네온 레이저 광선에 대하여 종변위와 횡변위는 각각 정밀도 .lambda./40 및 .lambda./100 이내로 측정되었다. We set up a four-wave holographic interferometer using a symmetric dual-beam illumination which is to measure in-plane and out-of-plane displacement simultaneously. In order to acquire the displacement phase map we applied the phase-shifting method and removed the noise of the phase map with least-squares fitting. In this approach the access to information relative to both the difference and sum of phases existing in the two arms of four-wave holographic interferometer was allowed. As a result, in-plane and out-of-plane displacement was measured to the accuracy of λ/40 and λ/100, respectively at λ=632.8nm

        홀로그래피 간섭법을 이용한 층상평행판의 내부결함 탐상

        층상평행판의 접착불량을 홀로그래피 간섭법을 이용하여 가시화함으로써 내부결함을 비파괴 탐상하였다. PZT로 측정 대상을 진동시키면서 실시간 홀로그래피 방법으로 접착불량의 특징이 간섭 무늬에 이상무늬로 나타나는 특성주파수를 찾고, PZT의 위치를 변화시키며 시간평균법으로 홀로그램을 구하였다. 재생된 상에서 결함 부분을 영상처리한 후 이들을 합성하여 층상평행판의 전체 면적에 걸친 내부결함 분포를 구하였다. A laminated plate which contains debonds is visualized and evaluated nondestructively by holographic interferometry. Characteristic vibration frequencies of the plate are found in which debonds appear as anomalies in the fringe pattern for realtime holography. A set of time-average holograms for the vibrating plate are generated at various positions using a piezoelectric transducer, and the anomalies in each reconstructed hologram are enhanced through image processing. The images are added together to show the distribution of debonds for the whole area of the test plate.

        The purpose of this paper is to examine the current status of physical education so that its objectives and nature may be ascertained and an appropriate course of development might be found. According to Erich Fromme, the approach to life can be seen as either possession oriented or existence oriented. In the possession oriented mode even knowledge is seen as something which is possessed. Current physical education is based on the possession oriented approach. It is imperative then that physical education must reorient itself so that it might serve the existence oriented mode of being and facilitate the quest for the significance of this mode of being. As to the question of “Why is the recovery of this knowledge of existence inseperable from physical education?”. The reason lies in the fact that existence is experiential and physical education is the most fundamental of all forms of education when it comes to the experience of human existence. Physical activity is not an act of observation but requires direct participation. The thing which enhances this experience is the imagination. The imagination helps us take the experience of human movement to a higher level. The point which physical education must convey is that which the individucal personally discovers through direct experience. Therefore the essence of physical education can be summed up as “realization through movement.” In distinguishing the approach of physical education from other approaches, the following three points are salient; 1. Physical education emphasizes experiential physical activity. 2. The significance of expression is emphasized. 3. A physical way of thinking is emphasized. Be offerring the experience of physical activity to students, the beauty of human existence can be discovered and the significance of that kind of lifestyle might be realized. physical education then, in the midst of a diminishing sense of humanity seen in our mechanized civilization, will play a vital role in rediscovering this humanity and restoring its original from to mankind.

        한국체육복지정책의 발전과정

        The purpose of this study was to describe welfare policy of Korea and apply welfare policy development process of Korea to welfare policy program of sports division. Welfare policy in Korea has been changed facility accommodation protection and the deprived relief before 1980's into local welfare and indoor welfare, policy applied to the whole public after 1980's.Welfare policy of 21 century will be propelled establishment of community-centered welfare policy and the deprived relief, family welfare and environment welfare, hygiene and health welfare, medical welfare and so forth. Welfare policy in sports division has been limited elite athlete and coach before 1980's. But welfare policy in sports division in 1990's magnified sports welfare program about the whole public and the deprived. Directions of sports division's welfare policy in 21 century in consideration of welfare policy development process: First, government have to extend application object of sportsman welfare Program. Second, government have to support welfare program in sports welfare dimension for the handicapped, the aged and so forth. Third, there is a great need of welfare service delivery system' refinement in sports division. Fourth, government have to run welfare program in sports division for the whole public integratively and systematically. Fifth, there has need to be apply sports welfare Program social welfare policy's program.

      • 체육시설관리체계 확립에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to establish the managing system of P.E. & Sport Facility. In order to meet this purpose, first of all the concept of P.E. & Sport Facility and management was riewed, and the basic direction for the policy of managing system of P.E. & Sport Facility was established. On the base of the direction, the plan for enlargement of using facilities and the plan for rationalization of managing facilities was presented. The plans are as follows: 1. When the P.E. & Sport Facilities are insufficient, the managing system will be helpful for enlargement of using facilities . Public P.E. & Sport Facilities should be build up the authorities campaign and the usager’s organization. . School P.E. & Sport Facilities should be prepared the usage rule between school and neighbors. . private P.E & Sport Facilities should be arranged the leader of sport for all and prepared the supporty system for financial help. 2. The rationalization of managing P.E. & Sport Facilities consist of the rationalization of the institution and the rationalization of the maintenance of it. . From the rationalization of the institution, a establishment of the official requirement on the facilities and periodically, a grasp of presentation condition the facilities should be requested. . For the rationalization of maintenance of the facilities, a consideration on the manage and a check up of the facilities and a establishment of the system on repair the facilities should be requested.

      • 體育槪念에서본 身體性의 哲學的 考察

        It is a matter of common knowledge that the korea word corresponding to physical education, that is "CHEIUK", came into being as an educational concept in the latter half of the eighteen-seventies. Although "CHEI" in Korea means "Body" and "UK" means to educate", if we try to solve the concept of physical education, we should try to clarity the concept of education rather than body. Because the foundation of the meaning of physical education lies in the concept of education. But a characteristic trend of the arguments on the concept of physical education in Korea is the fact that the existing studies have been concentrated on the noun "body", and a peculiar domain on the philosophical research to "body" has been made up. This study first aims to clarify the korea properties of this domain, moreover to grasp the reasonable meaning of "bodiness" in the concept of physical education. The tendency to substantialize bodiness and the emphasis on monism of mind and body are korea characteristics on the philosophical theories to the "body". But these arguments contain some issues undermining the foundation of the concept of physical education. The consideration of the bodiness in physical education should be placed a focus on the point that the "physical" in physical education is an adjective or an attribute. The bodiness in physical education should be understood on the categoric basis of "συναμιζ" used by Aristotle.
