향후 RPA 도입이 관세사 업계에 미치는 영향과 대응 전략

본 연구의 목적은 최근 AI를 결합한 로봇 프로세스 자동화(RPA) 도입이 대두되고 있어, 향후 관세사 업계에 미치는 영향과 대응방안을 검토하여 시사점을 제안하는데 있다. 세무전문가 분야 역시 이를 인식하고 빅데이터 애널리틱스를 활용한 세무전략 수립 및 자문 등 세무서비스 다각화, 컨설팅 교육과 훈련시스템의 유연성 요구, 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 참여, 의사소통 방식의 변화와 데이터 구축 및 획득, 활용의 대응 방안을 마련하고 있다. 한국관세사회도 최근 관세사의 RPA 도입 가능성 등 현황 파악과 향후 도입에 대비하여 이메일 첨부파일 인 보이스를 다운로드하여 광학문자판독(OCR)을 통해 신고내용을 분석하는 업무에 RPA 프로그램 시현을 실시한 바 있다. 또한 A관세법인의 경우, 현재 RPAAI 프로그램을 도입하여 통관 업무의 30%를 자동화한 사례도 있다. RPA 도입이 관세사업계에 미치는 영향은 대기업 등의 자가통관 증가, 관세사무소 간 경쟁심화, 통관업무 위주 관세사무소의 경쟁력 하락, 통관업무 보수료 인하 등으로 예상된다. 이에 대한 대응 전략은 법규준수 관련 서비스 강화(관세업무의 다각화), 고부가가치 서비스 확대 및 전환, FTA 비즈니스 모델 개발 등 통관전 무역계약단계에서 컨설팅 강화, RPA 서비스 개발 및 구축에 적극적 참여 등을 들 수 있다. 또한 본 연구는 관세사의 RPA 서비스 시장 진출에 따른 관세사법 제2조의 관세사 업무영역 추가 확대, RPA 프로그램의 법인격 부여, 관세법과 관세사법에 따른 RPA 수출입 신고 업무 가능 여부 및 업무 가능 범위 등에 대한 검토연구가 필요하다는 시사점을 함께 던져주고 있다.

호텔 고객서비스 접점 직원의 성격유형에 따른 직무만족과 직무성과 차이분석

The purpose of this study is to prepare base data to improve job satisfaction and job performance of hotel customer service employees by identifying their personality types. The result is as follows. First, the K-mean cluster analysis conducted to identify personality types classified employees into three groups: Cluster 1, the extraversion-friendly group; Cluster 2, the sensitive group; and cluster 3, the extraversion-sincere group. Second, the extraversion-friendly group showed higher job satisfaction than the sensitive group. Third, the extraversion-friendly group showed higher job performance than the sensitive group. Findings from the study suggest the importance of identifying personality types of hotel employees to improve their job performance and job satisfaction. In addition, a job program that considers the personality characteristics of each employee should be implemented to enable employees to perform their duties enthusiastically and with motivation.

유아의 성별에 따른 부적응 행동 지도 프로그램 개발 및 적용

The purpose of this study was to review previous studies on children’s sex-type differences in brain development and in maladjusted behavior, to develop an assessment of maladjusted behavior and teaching methods, and to explore the effects of the teaching program. To analyze the effects of the program for maladjusted behavior by children’s sex-typed, the experiment treatments were conducted with 26 children for 40 minutes 2 times per week, a total of 10 times. The results are as follows. Sex-type differences in behavior problems, externalizing behavior problems, aggressive behavior problems, and attention deficit-hyperactive behaviors occurred for boys, while internalizing behavior problems and anxiety behaviors occurred for girls. In conclusion, the program for maladjusted behavior by children’s sex-type was effective. 본 연구는 유아의 성별에 따른 부응 행동을 지도하기 해 성별에 따른 부응 행동 지 도 로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하는 것을 목으로 한다. 이를 해 본 연구에서는 첫째, 유아의 성별에 따른 부응 행동 지도 로그램을 개발하고, 둘째, 로그램을 용 하여 그 효과를 검증하다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 유아의 성별에 따라 부응 행동이 다른 양상을 보이는지 살펴본 결과 남아는 외화, -공격 행동이 더 많이 나타났고, 여아는 내 재화, 걱정-불안 행동이 더 많이 나타났다. 한 유아의 성별에 따른 부응 행동 지도 로 그램을 실시한 결과 남아는 K-CBCL에서 외화 행동(t=6.022, p<.001)에서 유의미한 차이를, PBQ에서는 -공격(t=9.867, p<.001), 걱정-불안(t=6.798, p<.01), 과잉행동 산만(t=10.14, p<.001)에서 유의미한 차이를 보다. 여아는 K-CBCL에서 외화 행동(t=1.098, p<.05)과 내재 화 행동(t=7.117, p<.001)에서 유의미한 차이를, PBQ에서는 -공격(t=7.989, p<.01), 걱정-불 안(t=11.892, p<.001), 과잉행동 산만(t=7.091, p<.01)에서 유의미한 차이를 보다. 본 연구에서 시행 된 유아의 성별에 따른 부응 행동 지도 로그램이 남아와 여아들의 부응 행동 감 소에 효과인 것으로 나타났다.

새만금해역에서 밀도성층의 계절 변동

Seasonal and tidal variations of density stratification in the Saemangeum waters are investigated based on synoptic CTD observations between July 2003 and September 2005. CTD data used in this study are those obtained after closing the dike No. 4 and before closing the two final gaps, the Sinsi and the Garyeok, on the Saemangeum tidal barrier. A total of 19 field campaigns comprehend a wide temporal spectrum, that is, four seasons, spring and neap tides, and high and low waters. In addition, ADCPs were anchored and CTDs were cast at three stations for 25 h in July 2005. Water columns are vertically homogeneous in autumn and winter. The vertical homogeneity persists in spring but with an occasional weak stratification in the northern part of the Gogunsan Islands. Increased freshwater runoff tends to stabilize the water columns and strong density stratification is established in summer. The mean potential energy anomaly (PEA) in summer used as a stratification parameter is the largest (27.7 J m-3) in the northern part of the Gogunsan Islands where the Geum River discharge dominates, the smallest (16.9 J m-3) is in the inner area of the barrier, in between the two (21.6 J m-3) in the southern part of the Gogunsan Islands. Whereas the stratification is generally strengthened in summer, strong winds or large tidal currents over the shallow depths frequently destratify the water column near the mouth of river runoff inside the tidal barrier. Periodic stratification, the development of stratification on the ebb and its breakdown on the flood, occurs in the mid-area inside the barrier induced by the tidal straining, which can also be found in the results of 25 h observation.

가변흘수(可變吃水)를 갖는 힌지형(型) 조파기(造波機)에 의한 조파현상(造波現像)을 다룬 2차해(次解)가 제시(提示)되었다. 피스톤형(型) 조파기(造波機)의 경우도 무한흘수(無限吃水)를 갖는 힌지형(型) 조파기(造波機)의 경우로서 함께 취급되었다. 2차해는 평면조파판(平面造波板)에 의해 생성(生成)되는 파(波)가 서로 다른 파속(波速)을 갖는 스토우크스 2차파(次波)와 2차자유진행파(次自由進行波)로 구성(構成)됨을 보여준다. 2차(次) 자유진행파(自由進行波)의 진폭(振幅)은 천해영역(淺海領域)에서 상대적으로 크고, 심해영역(深海領域)에서는 스토우크파(波) 진폭(振幅)의 10% 이내로 감소(減少)한다. 깊은 흘수(吃水)를 갖는 (수로(水路)바닥 가까이 힌지점(点)에 있는) 조파기(造波機)일수록 천해(淺海)와 중간수심(中間水深) 영역(領域)에서 진폭(振幅)이 작은 자유진행파(自由進行波)를 생성(生成)하나, 심해역(深海域)에서는 그와 반대의 현상(現像)을 보인다. A complete solution, exact to second-order, for wave motion forced by a hinged-wavemaker of variable-draft is presented. A solution for a piston type wavemaker is also obtained as a special case of a hinged-wavemaker. The laboratory waves generated by a plane wave board are shown to be composed of two components; viz., a Stokes second-order wave and a second-harnomic free wave which travels at a different speed. The amplitude of the second-harmonic free wave is relatively large in shallow water and decreases to less than 10% of the amplitude of the primary wave in deep water. Wavemakers with relatively deeper draft (i.e., hinged near the bottom) generate the free waves of smaller amplitude in shallow and intermediate water depths than the wavemakers with shallow draft. However, the opposite is predicted by theory in deep water.

Clutter signals are undesired for radar detection. Clutter signals can be categorized as volume, land, and sea clutter. These unwanted signals disturb radar by detecting the target. To increase detection accuracy, the radar must be able to differentiate clutter signals from the target and remove cluttering signals. Therefore, it is important to understand the characteristics of clutter signals. In this paper, we review the characteristics of land clutter signals and the methods used to generate them.
