So systematic approach of the GEUKWON(極元)-Philosophy, the next task meaning in the Korean philosophy. 소래 김중건은 일제 식민지치하라는 역사가 만들어 낸 비운의 이상주의자다. 일찍이 한학을 익혀 서당을 운영했고, 신학문에 눈을 뜬후에는 국내와 만주를 무대로 수많은 학교를 세워 신교육에 헌신했다. 1909년 천도교에 입교하여 그의 사상적 포부를 바탕으로 조국독립을 꾀하려 했으나, 기존의 천도교단을 통한 독립운동에 크게 낙담을 했다. 그리고 고향으로 낙향한 뒤 독자적인 우주관을 정립하고 천도교 교단의 개혁을 촉구하는 등, 진보적 외침을 토해냈지만, 오히려이로 인해 출교를 당했다. 그 후 김중건은 잡지를 발행하여 사상계몽과 독립의식을 고취시키다 일제에 체포되는 등의 우여곡절을 겪었고, 북만주의 황무지 지역에 어복촌을 건설하여 공동 생산과 공동 분배가 이루어지는 이상적농촌공동체를 세우기도 했다. 이 어복촌의 공동체에서는 평소 교육과 군사 훈련이 동시에 이루어졌기 때문에, 만주사변 이후 부대를 일으켜 일본군과 전투를 벌이기도 했다. 이러한 역정에서 만들어진 철학이 극원철학이다. 주인이 주인 노릇을 할 때 사람이 곧 하늘이요하늘이 곧 사람이 된다고 외쳤던 그는, 한국적 사유관념이 녹아있는우주관·절대자관·인간관·세계관 등을 극원철학 속에 폭넓게 나타냈다. 우선 종교적인 교(敎)가 아닌 법(法)이나 도(道)를 강조하면서, 이론적·수리적 원종교(元宗敎)를 내세웠던 김중건의 자취에서 하느님관념이 확연 드러난다. 또한 그가 세운 원종교(元宗敎)의 원종(元宗)이 우리 전래의 종사상(倧思想)과도 밀접하다는 것도 확인할 수 있다. 한편 원·방·각 관념이 극원철학의 한 부분에 짙게 드러나고 있는데, 하늘·땅·사람에 연결시켜 설명한 김중건의 여러 내용에서그러한 사고가 그대로 투영된다. 더불어 그는 극원철학의 핵심 가운데 하나인 ‘원(元)’을 조물주의 개념으로 인식하였고, 하늘이란 땅과사람과 더불어 천·지·인 삼재(三才)의 권능으로 인식하였다. 또한인간의 문제 역시 3수의 논리로 파악했으며, 이러한 3의 수리가 곧‘1·3·3·1[一而分三 會三歸一]’의 원리로 운용됨을 피력했다.

일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상

That is the resurrection of DANGUN-faith, that the sovereign people and get that BAEDAL-country’s sacred cause, along with, nation BAEDAL-country’s building has served at the same time a religious justification. Hangul movement due to the background of JooSiKyeong are represented, the basis of nationalist history, DANGUN ideology in the struggle and the spiritual background of the foundation was firmly established. In addition, the background of the armed struggle of DAEJONGGYO, based on ‘敎學一如(the religion and school is one)’and to sustain the spirit of ‘軍敎一致(the military and religion is one)’, of course, from the background and activities of the Provisional Government,even the spirit of DANGUN had been in hiding. Period of Japanese imperialism, the independence movement in the mental background of DANGUN, indeed, have exerted the influence of NaCheol produced. This DANGUN-faith oriented point of the philosophical attributes of love itself, ‘You and I’ and not ‘our’ life-oriented and effective, ‘a closed society’ beyond the ‘open society’ is to promote, ‘alone worth living’ and not ‘worth living together’and in that connection, I’ve found in the The people talk of the possibility of the world’s liberal interpretation would also remained open. 우리 민족사에 있어 단군은 민족 구난의 상징적 존재였다. 단군구국론이란 바로 이러한 의식을 통해 민족의 위난을 극복코자 했던 우리의 정서를 말한다. 단군이라는 정신가치가 우리 민족 현대사 미친영향은 크다. 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 민족사회 전반에 혁명적인변화를 가져왔기 때문이다. 물론 이와 같은 단기간의 혁명적 영향력의* (사)국학연구소 연구원132 仙道文化 제 10 권뒤에는, 대종교가 갑자기 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리 민족사의 바닥에 연면히 흘러온 단군신앙의 현대적 부활체로써, 당시대의 많은 지식인들이 대종교를 신앙 또는 국조숭배를 통한 국교적(國敎的) 정서로 인식했던 것과 관련이 있다. 단군정신의 항일투쟁 무력적인 측면이나 문화적인 측면, 그리고사상적 측면 등 다양하게 나타나지만, 그 정신적 배경은 역시 단군으로 일치된다. 즉 대종교의 중광을 통한 단군신앙의 부활은 민족의 성지인 배달국토를 되찾아야 한다는 주권적 명분과 함께, 배달국이상향 건설이라는 종교적 명분이 동시에 작용했던 것이다. 주시경 등으로 대표되는 한글운동의 배경이나, 김교헌 등의 민족주의사학의 바탕, 그리고 신규식 등의 활동으로 만들어지는 사상투쟁의 토대에는 단군이라는 정신적 배경이 굳게 자리하고 있었다. 또한 북로군정서 등의 대종교 무력투쟁의 배경에도 교학일여(敎學一如)를 통한 군교일치(軍敎一致)의 정신이 지탱하고 있었음은 물론, 임시정부 태동의 배경이나 활동에서도 단군의 정신 깊숙이 숨쉬고 있었다. 일제시기 민족운동의 정신적 배경으로 대종교를 일으킨 나철 등의지도층의 영향력은 실로 지대했다. 그것은 그들이 단군정신 상징하는 인물들로서, 수많은 교도들을 거느리고 그들 스스로가 개인의 영달과 명예를 뒤로한 채 멸사봉공(滅私奉公)을 통한 살신성인의 길을기꺼이 걸어갔기 때문이다. 특히 이러한 정신을 통한 항일투쟁의 과정에서 종교나 이념을 초월하여 단군정신으로 합심하였다는 것은, 우리 민족의 역사적 경험이 일깨우는 바와 같이, 우리에게 있어 단군의 상징적 의미가 무엇이라는 것을 분명히 가르쳐준 교훈이었다. 한편 투쟁의 질적(質的)인면에서도 단순한 증오와 구축을 위한 싸움이 아니라, 철학이 있는 싸움ㆍ정사(正邪)를 구별하는 싸움을 가능케 한 것도 바로 단군정신이다. 일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상ㆍ김동환 133이것은 단군정신의 궁극적 지향점인 홍익인간이라는 철학적 속성자체가 ‘너와 나’가 아닌 ‘우리’를 지향하는 삶이요, ‘닫힌 사회’를 넘어 ‘열린 사회’를 도모하는 것이며, ‘끼리만 사는 가치’가 아닌 ‘더불어 사는 가치’와 연결된다는 점에서, 근자에 회자되는 민족에 대한세계주의적 해석의 가능성도 열어두었던 것이다.

Assessment of Influenza Vaccine Immunogenicity in Immunocompromized Host During 2009 Influenza Season: A Single Institution Experience

목 적 : 인플루엔자는 소아암 환자에게 이환율과 사망률이 높은 질환이나 소아암 환자에 대한 예방 접종률은 낮은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 소아암 환자를 대상으로 인플루엔자 예방접종의 면역원성과 부작용에 대한 평가를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 2009년 10월부터 12월까지 원자력의학원에서 인플루엔자 예방접종(SK influenza IX vaccine$^{(R)}$)을 받은 25명의 소아암 환자를 대상으로 연구를 시행했다. 예방접종일과 접종 후 30일 뒤 2회에 걸쳐 채혈하였고 혈구응집억제 항체가를 측정하였다. 백신의 면역원성은 접종 전과 접종 후 30일의 혈구응집억제 항체가 1:40 이상인 피험자 비율, 접종 후 30일의 항체 양전율, 접종 전과 접종 후 30일 사이의 GMT 증가 배수로 평가하였다. 결 과 : 본 연구대상자 중에서 심각한 예방접종관련 부작용을 경험한 대상자는 없었다. 접종 후 혈구응집억제 항체가 1:40 이상을 보인 피험자의 비율은 H1N1 항원에 대해 68%, H3N2 항원에 대해 40%, B 항원에 대해 36%였다. 항체양전율은 H1N1 항원에 대해 12%, H3N2 항원에 대해 16%, B 항원에 대해 20%였다. GMT 증가 배수는 H1N1 항원에 대해 0.9, H3N2 항원에 대해 1.2, B 항원에 대해 1.8이었다. 결 론 : 본 연구의 대상자들은 인플루엔자 백신에 대해 제한적인 면역반응을 보였으나 일부 대상자들에게서 항체 양전이 나타났고 심각한 예방접종관련 부작용이 없었던 점을 고려할 때 소아암환자를 대상으로 매년 정기적인 인플루엔자 예방접종이 추천된다. Purpose : Although influenza is regarded as one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality in children with cancer, the actual vaccine coverage remains poor. We conducted evaluation of immunogenicity and safety of influenza vaccine in children with cancer. Methods : In this study, 25 children with cancer who received influenza vaccine (SK influenza IX vaccine$^{(R)}$) at the Korea Cancer Center Hospital between October and December 2009 were analyzed. Blood samples of patients were collected twice (at the beginning of this study and at 30th day after vaccination) and their antibody titers were measured using the hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) assay. Immunogenicity of the influenza vaccine was assessed by seroprotection rate on days 0 and 30, seroconversion rate on day 30, and mean fold increase (MFI) of geometric mean titer (GMT) of HI between days 0 and 30. Results : Any of the subjects in our study did not experienced serious adverse events after influenza vaccination. Seroprotection rates were 68% for H1N1, 40% for H3N2, and 36% for B. Seroconversion rates were 12% for H1N1, 16% for H3N2, and 20% for B. MFIs were 0.9 for H1N1, 1.2 for H3N2, and 1.8 for B. Conclusion : In the study, we found a limited protective immune response to influenza vaccine, among subjects with cancer. However, some subjects showed seroconversion, and there were no severe adverse events among all subjects, supporting the recommendation of annual influenza vaccination in children with cancer.

중․대형 오피스빌딩의 B2B 서비스품질이 성과변수에 미치는 영향

So far, office building service quality has been studied on the causality between service quality and customer satisfaction based on the SERVQUAL and SERVPERF model without the distinction of consumer and industrial goods. However, the office building B2B service quality is to be made by the research focusing on the B2B service quality at the point of view of the producer or business activities, because the office building B2B service quality is involved in the production factors or intermediate consumer goods. This study focused on the mediating roles of these three construct-office building B2B service quality, relationship satisfaction and relationship retention-in predicting tenant loyalty (contract renewal and word of mouth). All the hypotheses of positive relationships among good B2B service quality, relationship satisfaction, relationship retention and loyalty are statistically accepted. According to these results, landlord and property manager of medium/large scale office building must differentiate their properties in the B2B market and retain tenants. Also, they need to increase existing tenant’s satisfaction rather than one-year-before tenant satisfaction to achieve a higher loyalty (tenants retention and word of mouth) in the long run. 외국은 물론 국내에서도 오피스빌딩의 서비스품질은 소비재와 생산재의 구분 없이 주로 Parasuraman et al.(1985; 1988)의 SERVQUAL과 Cronin & Taylor(1992)의 SERVPERF의 모형을 기초로 한 서비스품질과 고객만족과의 인과관계에 대한 연구가 주를 이루어 왔다. 하지만 오피스빌딩의 서비스품질은 임차인이 회사인 경우에는 B2B 산업재로서 생산활동에 재투입되거나 영업활동을 위한 중간소비재로서의 B2B 서비스품질이라는 점에 초점을 맞추어서 연구가 수행되어져야 한다는 것이다. 본 논문의 목적은 B2B 산업재로서의 오피스빌딩의 B2B 서비스품질이 임차인에게 주는 관계만족, 관계유지 및 임차인 충성도(계약갱신/구전의도)와의 인과관계의 영향을 분석하기 위하여 B2B 산업재의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였으며, 이를 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 결과로는 B2B의 산업재로서의 오피스빌딩의 B2B 서비스품질은 관계만족과 관계유지에 정(+)의 영향을 준다는 가설이 지지되었으며, 또한 관계만족은 관계유지를 통해서 간접적으로 뿐만 아니라 직접적으로도 임차인 충성도(계약갱신/구전의도)에 영향을 준다는 점을 가설검정을 통해서 확인하였으며, 모두 정(+)의 영향을 준다는 점이 밝혀졌다. 연구의 결과에 따라서 임대인이나 부동산자산관리회사는 시장에서 임차인 유지(tenants retention)와 경쟁적인 위치를 점하기 위해서 자신들의 빌딩을 차별화시키는 전략이 필요하다. 또한 임대인들은 임차인 유지와 임차인의 충성도를 이끌어내기 위하여 임차인과의 장기적인 관계유지(relationship retention)를 지속해 감으로써 임차인들로부터 계약갱신과 구전의도와 같은 임차인 충성도(tenant loyalty)를 유발시킬 수 있다.

Characteristics of a type-II n-MoS2/p-Ge van der Waals heterojunction

A few-atomic-layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) film on Si/SiO2 substrates grown by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition was investigated. The few-atomic-layer MoS2 film was subsequently transferred onto a (100) p- Ge substrate to build a van der Waals n-p heterojunction. The as-grown few-atomic-layer MoS2 film and the MoS2/Ge heterostructure were characterized atomic force microscopy, spectroscopic ellipsometry, high-resolution scanning transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy analyses, photoluminescence (PL) measurements at room temperature (RT, 300 K), and type-II band alignment of the heterostructure determined by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy. The RT-PL measurements showed dominant peaks at 1.96 and 1.8 eV for the as-grown MoS2 and red-shifted PL peaks for that transferred onto Ge. We examined the electrical characteristics of the few-atomic-layer MoS2 by forming a type-II band alignment van der Waals heterojunction with a highly doped p-Ge. The heterojunction solar cell exhibited an open-circuit voltage of 0.15 V and a shortcircuit current density of 45.26 μA/cm2. The external quantum efficiency measurements showed a spectral response up to approximately 500 nm owing to the absorption by the few-atomic-layer MoS2 film.

체육수업 팀 정체성 척도 개발 및 타당화

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a measure of team identity in physical education class. Method: To develop a measure of team identity in physical education class, the research was conducted by dividing it into the scale development stage and the validity stage. In the scale development stage the results to review domestic and international group identity measurements showed that Cameron (2004)’s Three-Factor Model of Social Identity is best suited for physical education classes. Therefore, The scale of Cameron (2004) was modified to suit the team activities of the physical education class. In addition, 14 additional questions considering the characteristics of physical education classes were developed, and a preliminary measure of three factors of 30 questions was developed. The final preliminary measures were conducted by receiving responses from 1,269 middle and high school students to analyze the validity of the scale. Results: The validity of the developed scale was studied by dividing it into internal structure analysis and external relationship analysis. As a result of conducting an exploratory factor analysis on the preliminary measures, 16 questions of the three factors were confirmed. A confirmatory factor analysis resulted in satisfactory. RMSEA, TLI and AVE of team sports activities were significantly higher than those of individual sports and other activities after school. The higher the team entitativity was, the higher the score of team tie, team affection, & team centrality was. The results showed that team tie and team centrality significantly predicted team entitativity. These results indicated that Team Identity Scale for the Physical Education Class (TISPEC) developed in this study was valid. The selection and interpretation of the lower factors in scale development, the utilization of methods, and expected effects for future research as an educational meaning were discussed. Conclusion: Team identity scale for physical education class developed in this study is the validity.
