중등수학영재의 수학적 창의성에 대한 고찰

The purpose of this study is to investigate how the mathematical creativity of middle school mathematical gifted students is represented through the process of problem posing activities. For this goal, they were asked to pose real-world problems similar to the tasks which had been solved together in advance. This study demonstrated that just 2 of 15 pupils showed mathematical giftedness as well as mathematical creativity. And selecting mathematically creative and gifted pupils through creative problem-solving test consisting of problem solving tasks should be conducted very carefully to prevent missing excellent candidates. A couple of pupils who have been exerting their efforts in getting private tutoring seemed not overcoming algorithmic fixation and showed negative attitude in finding new problems and divergent approaches or solutions, though they showed excellence in solving typical mathematics problems. Thus, we conclude that it is necessary to incorporate problem posing tasks as well as multiple solution tasks into both screening process of gifted pupils and mathematics gifted classes for effective assessing and fostering mathematical creativity.

부등식의 풀이에 대한 연구

Students might find different solutions to the quadratic inequalities according to the range of the number representing the character of the inequalities. They have confusion when the roots of a quadratic inequality are complex numbers since the character of the inequalities generally represents the real number in the mathematics textbooks. Therefore we suggest that we must explain definitely the range of the number representing the character for each inequality question.

고립단어 인식 시스템에서의 거절기능 구현

고립단어 음성인식 시스템이 실용적이 되려면 인식 대상 이외의 단어를 거절할 수 있는 기능이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 집단화된 음소 모델과 likelihood ratio에 의한 후처리 방법을 사용하여 거절기능을 구현하는 방법을 제안하였다. 기본적인 음성인식 시스템은 단어 단위 연속 HMM을 사용하였고, 6개의 집단화된 음소 모델들은 음성학적으로 균형잡힌 음성 데이터베이스를 이용하여 훈련된 45개의 문맥독립 음소 모델들로부터 통계적 방법에 의하여 생성되었다. 22개의 부서 명칭을 대상으로 한 화자독립 고립단어 인식시스템에서 거절성능을 시험하여 본 결과, 가장 높은 확률값과 두 번째 높은 확률값을 가지는 후보단어들 간의 차이값에 의하여 거절기능을 수행하는 기존의 후처리 방법보다 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이 집단화된 음소모델은 인식 대상 어휘가 다른 고립단어 인식 시스템에도 재훈련 없이 그대로 사용될 수 있다. For the practical isolated word recognition system, the ability to reject the out-of -vocabulary(OOV) is required. In this paper, we present a rejection method which uses the clustered phoneme modeling combined with postprocessing by likelihood ratio scoring. Our baseline speech recognition system was based on the whole-word continuous HMM. And 6 clustered phoneme models were generated using statistical method from the 45 context independent phoneme models, which were trained using the phonetically balanced speech database. The test of the rejection performance for speaker independent isolated words recogntion task on the 22 section names shows that our method is superior to the conventional postprocessing method, performing the rejection according to the likelihood difference between the first and second candidates. Furthermore, this clustered phoneme models do not require retraining for the other isolated word recognition system with different vocabulary sets.

The purpose of this study was to complement the weaknesses of the existing research results that were presented in a fragmented manner and analyze the changes in the techniques and acting of the world class players for the horizontal bar category that was manifested after the modification of the scoring rules. This study seeks to present resourceful information that could help the elite gymnasts to develop unique acting and to improve their performance that will help them to produce superb results in the international tournaments. Towards this end, five national team members who participated in the 2011 World Championships and the five outstanding players who made it to the finals of the horizontal bar category in the 2011 World Championships were analyzed based on the new ruling system applied since 2009. SPSS 19.0 program was used to process the collected data. Frequency distribution was calculated according to the purpose of the data analysis, and average (M), standard deviation (SD) and percentage(%) were subjected to the statistical processing. Results on the two groups" averages were verified with the significant level of p<.05 through the t verification of the independent sample. As for the Difficulty Level C, average of the group of the national team members was 2.00 while the average of the world class gymnasts was manifested significantly with 0.80(t=2.449, p<.05). As for the Difficulty Level D, average of the group of the national team members was 4.60 while the average of the world class gymnasts was manifested as not significant with 5.40(t=-.943, p<.05), which was a regretable result. As for the Difficulty Level E, average of the group of the national team members was 1.00 while the average of the world class gymnasts was manifested significantly with 2.80(t=-3.674), class gymnasts was manifested significantly with 0.80(t=2.449, p<.05). As for the Difficulty Level D, average of the group of the national team members was 4.60 while the average of the world class gymnasts was manifested as not significant with 5.40(t=-.943, p<.05), which was a regretable result. As for the Difficulty Level 3, average of the group of the national team members was 1.00 while the average of the world class gymnasts was manifested significantly with 2.80(t=-3.674, p<.01). 행정적 관점에서 본 선교사 토털케어

토털케어 철학의 기본적인 원칙은 선교회의 리더십이 선교사역의 성과에만 관심을 가져서는 안 되며 소속 선교사들이 자신들의 영적, 정신적, 정서적 활력과 육체적 건강을 개발하고 유지할 수 있도록 지원하는 분위기를 만들어가는 것에 우선권을 두어야 한다는 것이다. 적, 정신적, 정서적 활력은 개인적인 차원에서 뿐만 아니라 기관의 차원에서 구성원 상호간에 서로를 도와 성장하고 생동감 넘치는 그리스도 중심의 관계를 갖는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 활력은 선교사들의 삶의 모든 영역에서 나타나서 선교사들이 계속적으로 사역의 목적에 헌신하도록 하며, 현재와 미래에 대한 긍정적 기대, 안정감, 방향 감각과 만족감 등을 갖도록 한다. 선교회의 리더십이 기관 차원에서 파송/후원교회와 전문가 등과 협력하여 조직적으로 이러한 일이 이루어지도록 하는 것이 토털케어의 행정적인 측면이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 일을 하기 위해서는 구체적으로 최소한 다음과 같은 프로그램이 필요하며 선교회는 행정적으로 이러한 프로그램이 시행되도록 해야 한다. - 위기 상황에 대비한 선교사들의 훈련 - 선교사들의 일생을 통한 멤버케어(Member Care)와 선교사 상담 - 선교사들 상호간의 상담 훈련 - 외부 전문기관과의 연계 - 기관으로서의 위기상황 대비 그리고 모집과 선발 단계에서부터 훈련, 파송, 현지 사역, 재입국, 위기, 사역 변경, 은퇴와 노후생활에 이르기까지 선교사와 그 가족의 생애에 김동화 행정적 관점에서 본 선교사 토털케어 61 각 단계별로 이러한 프로그램이 적절하게 시행되도록 계획하고 실행하도록 하는 것이 선교행정의 핵심적인 역할이라고 하겠다. 선교행정은 선교사를 케어함에 있어 선교기관이 적절한 케어 프로그램을 잘 시행해 나가고 선교사들의 어려움과 갈등을 적절하게 해결해나가야 할 윤리적 책임이 있으며, 인사사항에 대한 비밀 유지 적절한 상담가와 컨설턴드를 확보하는 것, 각종 검사가 적절하게 시행되고 그 결과도 오용되지 않도록 해야 한다. 21세기의 상황은 세계화와 기독교의 중심이동 등으로 선교사역에도 큰 도전을 주고 있다. 다문화 그룹이 늘어나고 비서구 지역 선교사들이 크게 늘어나는 것과 테러와 분쟁 등이 빈번하게 일어나고 선교사로서의 신분을 감추어야 하는 경우가 대부분이며, 다양한 구성원으로 인해 팀워크도 어려워지고 있다. 한국 선교기관은 보다 나은 토털케어를 위해 국제적인 파트너십 관계와 고도의 정보통신 기술을 적극적으로 활용하고 전문성을 가진 평신도들이 참여하도록 하는 노력이 필요하다. 아울러 순회하는 멤버케어 팀을 구성하고 목회서신을 통해 선교사들을 격려하고 기도의 뒷받침을 더욱 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 장기적으로는 행정가들을 위한 목회관리 교육과 훈련을 강화하고 목회관리 전문가를 양성하며 상담 등 다양한 분야의 전문가들을 확보하고 선교사 토털케어를 위한 네트워크를 형성하는 노력을 강화해야 할 것이다.
