To analyze effects of the measured results, two-way repeated measures analysis of variance (RM-ANOVA) and contrast test was carried out by each variable. The statistical significance level was set for α=.05. The results of this study are as follows: the health-related physical fitness significantly were increased in the cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, power after the 12 week's tennis lifelong education program(p<.05). The purpose of this study is to identify determinants of employment on college graduates who study hospitality and tourism in their undergraduate years. Two years data of college graduates in 2018 including academic performances and extra curriculum activities were gathered from school and 1:1 interviews. In order to select influential variables from the students' data that produce meaningful implications on employment determination, researchers conducted a careful literature review and refined meaningful variables determining employment. The determinants were primarily divided into 4 major dimensions of knowledge, experience, skills/ability, and attitude for the preliminary categorization. Based on the in-depth literature review, this study suggested key variables representing each category as core determinants of employment for further empirical analysis. A binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the significant impact of each variable on employment. The result showed that the most influential variable affecting employment was the work related experience, followed by the industry knowledge. For future studies, more samples and variables need to be used to further study how each variable affects employment. The findings of this study and the research approach using empirical data of student performances and activities would lay a foundation for future studies.
