      • A novel 11CN-labeling approach to aryl compounds and peptides using palladium complex

        Since the nitrile group is commonly found in natural products and bioactive molecules, many scientists’ interest has been focused on the usage of nitrile group. Novel reactions for 11C-labelling using nitrile group have been developed, and novel preparation protocols of biomolecules labeled with 11C have been studied. In this highlight review, recent researches for the novel labeling reactions using nitrile group are illustrated.

      • 고유수용성신경근촉진법 팔⋅다리 굽힘패턴이 반대측 다리의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of arm⋅leg flexion patterns of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on the muscle activation of the contralateral lower extremity. Methods: In this study, Electromyogram MP150(Biopac system, USA) was applied to 20 healthy male subjects. Unilateral arm flexion- abduction- external rotation pattern and Unilateral leg flexion- adduction- external rotation with knee flexion pattern were applied within mid range of the supine position for measurement. The muscle activation of vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius(medialis) muscle of the contralateral lower extremity were compared and analyzed during the applications. Results: The results of this study were summarized as follows: There was a statistically significant difference in the muscle activation of vastus lateralis and biceps femoris between the arm and leg patterns(P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the muscle activation of gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior between the arm and leg patterns(P<0.05). Conclusion: contralateral vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles show the higher muscle activation in the leg pattern than one in the arm pattern. .

      • 닫힌-사슬 운동이 뇌졸중 환자의 체중지지율과 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of closed-chain exercise on weight supporting rate change within hemiplegic side and static dynamic balance ability in stroke patients. Methods : The subjects of the study were 13 hemiplegic patients who carried out closed-kinematic chain exercise program over 6 weeks. The exercises of the program are stand to sit with stall bar, stair-up & down by a hemiplegic leg and bridging exercise crossing the non-hemiplegic leg onto the hemiplegic leg. Each exercise was carried out over 3 sets of 10reps. Results : The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. After intervention, there was a statistically significant change in the weight supporting rate within hemiplegic and non-hemiplegic side(P<0.05). 2. After intervention, there was a statistically significant change in the static balance(FICSIT-4) ability(P<0.05). 3. After intervention, there was a statistically significant change in the dynamic balance(FSST, TUG, FRT) ability(P<0.05). Conclusion : The results of the study suggests that closed-chain exercise program in stroke patients improves their weight supporting rate and enhance the static dynamic balance.

        치료적 운동프로그램이 편마비 환자의 정적·동적 균형 수행력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of closed kinematic chain exercise and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercise on the static dynamic balance performance of hemiplegic patients in order to suggest them therapeutic intervention methods. Methods : The subjects of this study were 18 hemiplegic patients grouped into 2 subgroups according to the exercise program. one group of closed kinematic chain exercise carried out sit to stand, Hooklying with pelvic lift(bridging) and stair-up & down by a hemiplegic leg. The other group of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercise carried out leg flexion-extension pattern in supine position, leg flexion pattern in standing and stabilizing reversal exercise in stating position. Each exercise was carried out over 3 sets of 10reps. Results : The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. For both groups, there were statistically significant changes in the static balance (FICSIT-4) performance after exercise program (p<.05). 2. For both groups, there were statistically significant changes in the dynamic balance (FSST, TUG, FRT) performance after exercise program (p<.05). 3. In the comparison between both groups, there was no statistically significant difference in the static dynamic balance performance (FICSIT-4, FSST, TUGT, ER) after exercise program. Conclusion : As the results of the study shows closed kinematic chain exercise and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation exercise affect the improvement of hemiplegic patients'' static dynamic balance performance, it is supposed that these exercises could be therapeutic exercise program in clinical situations.

      • 菜蔬裁培地 土壤과 菜蔬類의 有機塩素系 殺虫劑의 殘留評價

        Evaluation of levels of organochlorine pesticide in vegetables and agricultural soil samples were analysed by GLC equipped with electron capture detector. The result obtained were summarized as follows; Total mean residues of organochlorine pesticide in soil increased in the order of tomato soil(0.27ppm). cucumber soil(0.042ppm), marsh mallow soil(0.046ppm), cabbage soil(0.03ppm), sweet potato soil(0.080ppm), carrot soil(0.090ppm). crown daisy soil (0.095ppm). garlic soil(0.105ppm). spinach soil(0.158ppm). and lettuce soil(0.166ppm). Total mean resideues of organochlorine pesticide in vegetables increased in the order of crown daisy(0.002ppm). tomato(0.002ppm). cabbage(0.007ppm). cucumber(0.008ppm). carrot(0.009ppm). sweet potato leaf(0.012ppm,) marsh mallow(0.013ppm) garlic(0.015 ppm) and lettuce(0.038ppm). Levels of residue in soil was 5~10 times higher than those of vegetables. The similar trend appeared between levels of residue in soil and those of vegetables. a-BHC and r-BHC were detected in a11 soil and vegetable samples. The mean residue levels of PCNB. heptachlor, p.p’-DDE and dieldrin in all soil samples were ND~0.004ppm. 0.001~ 0.017ppm. T.~0.031ppm and T~0.032ppm. respectively, but those of in vegetable samples were hardly detected. In spite of high detection frequencies of BHC and DDT in vegetables. the levels of BHC and DDT pesticide residue in vegetables were found fairly low and were far lower than the tolerences for respective vegetables recommended(0.50ppm. 1.0~7.0ppm) jointly by FAO and WHO of United States.

      • 고유수용성감각 운동프로그램이 편마비 환자의 균형 수행력에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the proprioceptive exercise program on balance performance in order to the suggest hemiplegic patients the therapeutic intervention. Methods : In this study, Proprioceptive exercise program was applied to 11 hemiplegic patients for 6 weeks as follows: First of all, hemi leg flexion-extension pattern was applied in a supine position. Secondly, alternated leg flexion pattern was applied in a standing posture with one hand support on the unstable platform. Thirdly, rhythmic stabilization techniques were applied in a standing posture on the unstable platform. Results : Significant differences were observed the chronic low back pain patient for VAS, BBS. Chronic low back pain patient improved all test. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1. After intervention, there was a statistically significant change in the dynamic balance (FSST, TUG, FRT) performance(p<.05). 2. After intervention, there was also a statistically significant change in the static balance (FICSIT-4) performance(p<.05). Conclusion : The result of the study suggests that muscle strength exercise by the intervention of proprioceptive exercise program improves the hemiplegic patients' static and dynamic balance performance.
