In modern society there are great varieties an complex factors in the meaning of wage, and thus wage system has to be decided and operated reasonably and rationally. In order to make wage system reasonable and rational wage system has to follow the principle, "equal wage for equal work, based upon the original meaning that wage is the reward of labor. The application of such a principle can be solved by introducing the job wage system. But still there are lots of enterprises which even now uses the traditional and conservative wage systen. Fortunately, a small number of the government enterprises are now operated effectively by introducing the changed job wage system. which is adjusted to Korean enterprises. The purpose of this study is to promote efficiency of work through scientific wage management system and to duplicate the thchnical abilities of military aircraft depot maintenance, and to strengthen air power and to build up the base for independent national defense through encouraging the motivation of work by showing the reasonable way of introducing the wage system to the military-employed technicians who are in charge of the military aircarft depot maintenance.

Dynamic behaviors of an automatic dynamic balancer are analyzed by a theoretical approach. Using the polar coordinates, the non-linear equations of motion for an automatic dynamic balancer equipped in a rotor with the bending flexibility are derived from Lagrange equation. Based on the non-linear equation, the stability analysis is performed by using the perturbation method. The stability results are verified by computing dynamic response. The time responses are computed from the non-linear equations by using a time integration method. We also investigate the effect of the bending flexibility on the dynamics of the automatic dynamic balancer.

Nonlinear Vibration of a flexible circular ring is studied in this paper. Based upon the von Karman strain theory, the nonlinear governing equations are derived, in which the in-plane bending and extension displacements as well as the out-of-plane bending displacement are fully coupled. After discretizing the governing equations by the Galerkin approximation method, we obtain the linearlized equation by using the pertubation method. The results from the linearlized equations show that the in-plane displacement has effects on the natural frequencies of the out-of-plane displacement.

1970년대에는 한반도 안보상황의 악화로 자주 국방을 위한 기본병기를 국내 생산하기로 하고 방위산업을 건설하기 시작하였다. 국방예산의 절감과 세계 첨단무기 획득만을 고집한다면 군이 소요로 하는 무기체계를 해외에서 직접 구매하여 사용할 수 밖에 없다. 그러나 방위산업은 국가안보산업이고 국방비는 유사시를 대비한 보험료와 같은 성격의 비용이기 때문에 방위산업의 당면현안을 함부로 방치할 수도 없는 게 또한 현실이다.

This study proposes a methodology with which the optimal damper positions of the feeding system in a CD-ROM drive are determined to removal the harmful tilting vibration modes. For this purpose, vibration characteristics of the feeding system are identified by a theoretical modeling as well as vibration experiments. We perform the modal testings using the impact hammer and shaker; furthermore, we establish a vibration model due to the rigid-body motion. The analysis and experiments show that the feeding system has three rigid-body vibration modes in the low-frequency region and two of them come from the tilting modes. We show that the tilting modes can be removed by determining the damper positions.

A finite element analysis for a rotating cantilever beam is presented in this study. Based on a dynamic modeling method using the stretch deformation instead of the conventional axial deformation, three linear partial differential equations are (derived from Hamilton's principle. Two of the linear differential equations show the coupling effect between stretch and chordwise deformations. The other equation is an uncoupled one for the flapwise deformation. From these partial differential equations and the associated boundary conditions, two weak forms are derived: one is for the chordwise motion and the other is fur the flptwise motion. The weak farms are spatially discretized with newly defined two-node beam elements. With the discretized equations or the matrix-vector equations, the behaviors of the natural frequencies are investigated for the variation of the rotating speed.

Dynamic behaviors are analyzed for a flexble spinning disk with angular acceleration, considering geometric nonlinearity. Based upon the Kirchhoff plate theory and the von Karman strain theory, the nonlinear governing equations are derived which are coupled equations with the in-plane and out-of-planedisplacements. The governing equations are discretized by using the Galerkin approximation. With the discretized nonlinear equations, the time responses are computed by using the generalized-$\alpha$ method and the Newton-Raphson method. The analysis shows that the existence of angular acceleration increases the displacements of the spinning disk and makes the disk unstable.
Gastric Polyps and Protruding Type Gastric Cancer

Gastric protruding lesions are frequently encountered by health screening esophagogastroduodenoscopy. They can be classified into epithelial lesion and subepithelial lesion. Epithelial gastric lesions are generally divided into benign and malignant. Benign lesions include some types of polyps, i.e., hyperplastic polyp, fundic gland polyp, and gastric adenoma. Malignant lesions include carcinoid, early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer. They can be accurately diagnosed by magnifying endoscopy or narrow band imaging. Here, I will discuss benign and malignant epithelial lesions of the stomach.
