용매추출과 원자흡수분광법에 의한 혈청시료중 카드뮴의 분리 및 정량

미량의 카드뮴을 KSCN용액에서 착이온을 생성시키고,4차아민염을 유기용매인 MIBK에 녹여서 카드뮴을 추출 분리시키는 실험을 수행하였다. 추출용기로 분액깔대기 대신 나사식 마개가 있는 시험관과 비중이 물보다 작은 희석제를 사용하여 상분리를 하지 않고 신속하게 분석할 수 있었고, 분석시 방해가 거의 없고,선택성이 높으며, 22배의 농축효과를 나타냈다. 검출한계가 0.7 ppb로 극미량의 카드뮴도 용이하게 분석할 수 있었고, 제안된 분석법을 혈청 중의 카드뮴 분석에 적용한 결과, 종래의 trichloroacetic acid법과 비교하여 표준편차가 2.8이하로 재현성이 높았으며, 극미량의 카드뮴을 불꽃 원자흡수분광법으로 정량 가능하였다. 유기층으로 추출된 카드뮴착염은 장시간 안정하였고, 또한 추출 메커니즘을 규명하몄다. Trace amount of cadmium was quantitatively extracted with 1% Aliquat 336-MIBK from 0.2M KSCN and 0.01M-HCl. Test tubes with a screw cap stopper were used for extraction in place of conventional separating funnels and organic solvents used were less dense than water. In this analysis, 22 times concentration effect was achieved with higher selectivity without interference. The detection limit of cadmium was 0.7ppb, therefore trace cadmium was easily analyzed by this method. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cadmium in blood serum and extraction mechanism was elucidated.
Smith-Hieftje(SH) 및 $D_2$ 바탕보정장치가 부착된 흑연로 원자흡수분광법을 이용한 혈액 중 카드뮴 분석

혈액 중 미량 카드뮴 분석에 전기로 장치가 부착된 원자 흡수 분광광도계(GFAAS)를 사용하였다. 시료를 1% Triton X-100으로 10배 희석시킨 다음 회화 온도 500$^{\circ}C$에서 Fork platform흑연 튜브를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 결과 처리는 피크 면적법과 피크높이법으로 비교하였다. 양쪽 모두 우수한 값을 얻을 수 있었으며 SH 바탕보정법과 $D_2$ 바탕보정법에 의하여 얻은 검출한계는 각각 0.02ng/mL와 0.01ng/mL이고 상대 표준편차는 1.0ng/mL 종도에서 5%이내였다. 분석의 정확성을 평가하기 위하여 노르웨이 Nycomed Pharma사의 Seronorm (Trace Elements Whole Blood)을 분석, 비교 검토 하였다. The analysis of trace cadmium in blood by using 10 folds diluted samples with 1% Triton X-100 and Fork platform tube at the ashing temperature of 500$^{\circ}C$ has been performed by GFAAS. In this study, good analytical results were obtained from peak area and peak height methods. The detection limits of SH and $D_2$ arc background correction are 0.02 ng/mL and 0.01 ng/mL, respectively. Relative standard deviation is within 5% at the level of 1.0 ng/mL.

Trace amount of manganese in blood was selectively extracted with 2% Aliquat 336-MIBK from O.OlM-Na₂C₂O₄ solution. of various liquid anion exchangers were tested, Aliquat 336 was found to be most efficient. The detection limit for the determination of Mn was 0.037 ppm and proposed method was applied to the analysis of Mn in standard blood.

The rate constant of the nucleophilic addition reaction of hydrogen cyanide to p-Nitrostyrylphenylsulfone were determined at various pH and a rate equation which can be applied over wide pH range was obtained. Analysis of the equation suggest that below pH11, the nucleophilic addition reaction of hydrogen cyanide to p-Nitrostyrylphenylsulfone is initiated by the attack of hydrogen cyanaide molecule on the activated carbon double bond, and above PH 13 cyanide ion is the only nucleophile to p-Nitrostyrylphenylsulfone.
액체-액체추출과 원자흡수분광법에 의한 토양중 미량 코발트(Ⅱ)의 정량에 관한 연구

A rapid and selective extraction system for the subsequent determination of trace Co(Ⅱ) by atomic absorption spectrometry has been proposed. The quantitative extraction of Co in thiocyanate and nitric acid media was achieved with Aliquat 336-MIBK. The detection limit of Co was 1.1 ppb and analysis of Co in NBS sample was performed by the proposed method.

A determination method of trace Pb(11) by solvent extraction and AAS has been described. Micro amounts of Pb in 0.1M sodium thiosulfate solution can be quantitatively extracted into 1%Aliquat 336-MIBK solution. 500-fold amounts of Ba(11), Cr(Ⅵ), Ca(11), Ag(1) and Si(Ⅳ) do not interfere with the determination of Pb, except Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ). Absorption curve up to 8 ppm Pb in amine-MIBK solution obeys Beer's law. The developed method has been applied to synthetic water.

A selective and highly sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace lead(Ⅱ) with extraction, stripping steps and replacement by copper. The Cu(DDTC)₂complex has maximum absorbance at 435nm and obeys Beer's law in the range of 0.5∼2.5ppm. The molar absorptivity and Sandell's sensitivity are 3.65 x 10⁴L/mol.cm and 10-³㎍/㎠ respectively. The proposed method was applied for the analysis of lead(Ⅱ) in synthetic water.

The reaction rate constants of the nucleophilic addition of t-Butylmercaptan to p-Nitrobenzylidenemalononitrile were determined at wide pH ranges by means of spectroscopy, and the rate equations which could be applied to the experimental results were obtained. According to this experiment, below pH 9.0, the addition of only neutral molecule Is initiated, at pH 9.5∼l2.0 the addition of mercaptan molecule and mercaptide anion occur competitively, and above pH 12.5 Michael type of addition proceeded completely.

A rapid and selective extraction system for subsequent determination of micro-grams of Zn by atomic absorption spectrometry has been proposed. The quantitative extraction of Zn in thiocyanate and sulfuric acid media was achieved with Alamine 336-MIBK. The possible composition of the Zn-thiocyanate complex extracted into the organic phase was presumed as ?? from the extraction data. The detection limit of Zn was 0.9ppb. Analysis of Zn in agricultural water was performed by the proposed method.
