배리어 옵션이 내재된 지수연동형 보험상품의 가격결정

지수연동형 보험상품(EIA: Equity-indexed annuities)은 주식시장의 수익률과 연계하여 보험상품의 수익률이 결정되며 주식시장의 수익률이 낮은 경우에도 최소보장 수익률이 제공되는 상품이다 EIA의 수익률은 주가 수익률에 일정 비율을 곱하고 이 값과 최소보장수익률과 비교하여 높은 값을 수익률로 정의한다. 여기서 주가수익률에 곱하는 일정비율을 참여율(Participation rate)이라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 수익률을 결정하는 주가지수와 일정수준을 넘는 여부를 결정하는 주가지수를 다른 지수로 사용하는 Outside Barrier가 내재된 보험 상품을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 Outside Barrier조건의 결정을 계약기간 전체가 아닌 계약기간의 일부분으로 선정한 것이 특징이다. 이러한 수익률 구조를 반영하는 가격 공식을 기댓값 계산을 통하여 유도하고 수치해석 기법을 이용하여 최소보장이율, Rebate, barrier 수준, 주가 변동성, 상관계수 및 관측기간 등의 변수가 참여율의 결정 에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한다. Equity-indexed annuities(EIAs) provide their customers with the greater of either the return linked to the underlying index or the minimum guaranteed return. Insurance companies have developed EIAs to attract customers reluctant to buy traditional fixed annuities because of low returns and also reluctant to buy mutual funds for fear of the high volatility in the stock market. This paper proposes a new type of EIA embedded with an outside barrier option with flexible monitoring period in order to increase its participation rate. It also derives an explicit pricing formula for this proposed product, and discusses numerical examples to show relationships among participation rate, barrier level, index volatility and correlation.

However, KIOSK case of a patient in a way that directly Import latency time was soon. Import of three ways: in terms of efficiency and excellent CD Autoloader way, the patient waiting time in terms of ease of use and KIOSK was excellent. In addition, with the introduction of CD Autoloader with KIOSK Joint of the items waiting time of patients and patient satisfaction rating is considered to be a major contribution.

생존기간을 고려한 생애소득대체율의 추정

Replacement rates which shows the ratio of retirement income relative to preretirement income is used for a valuable evaluation measures while discussing social security benefit levels or the adequacy of retirement income. However, replacement rates has been only used for an index for evaluating benefit level at the time of retirement or specific retirement period in advanced research projects. This article analyzes how much the uncertainty of survival has an influence on retirement income, and shows replacement rates in conformity with the period of survival as an index. The researchers named this index lifetime income replacement rates. Analysis based on this index shows both life replacement income rates of 38.3% in men's case and of 41.1% in women's case while enrolled for 20years in three pension plans - national pension, retirement pension and individual annuity. 소득대체율은 은퇴 전 소득 대비 은퇴 후 소득이 어느 정도 인지를 나타내는 지표로써, 사회보장제도의 급여수준이나 노후대비소득의 적정성을 논할 때 매우 유용하게 사용된다. 기존 연구들은 소득대체율 개념을 통해 은퇴시점이나 특정 은퇴기간의 은퇴소득을 진단하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 생애에 초점을 두고 생존기간에 따라 소득대체율이 어떻게 변화하는지 살펴보았으며, 생존기간에 따른 소득대체율을 하나의 지표 값으로 나타내어 분석하였다. 이를 생애소득대체율로 명명하였으며, 분석결과 3대 연금에 모두 20년 가입 시 남자의 생애소득대체율은 38.3%, 여자의 생애소득대체율은 41.1%로 예상된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how internal marketing affects self-efficacy and hospital image in university hospital nurses. In addition, it was to identify which factors of internal marketing is the most important factor perceived by the nurses. The sample consisted of 228 nurses working in one university hospital located in Changwon city of Gyeongnam province. The measurements included internal communication (5 items), empowerment (5 items), reward (3 items), education and training (5 items), working environment (3 items), leadership (5 items), self-efficacy (5 items), and hospital image (8 items) based on a review of related previous studies. Survey data were analyzed employing SPSS version 20.0 and AMOS version 20.0. The nurses rated internal communication (0.887) of the internal marketing sub-factors the most important, while they evaluated working environment (0.802) the lowest. The internal marketing perceived by nurses has a positive effect on self-efficacy (0.476) and hospital image (0.674). Nurses" self-efficacy also had a positive effect on hospital image (0.226). The findings reveal that the managers should build a positive climate of internal marketing activities in order to enhance nurses’ self-efficacy and hospital image.

아버지의 학력에 따른 가정에서 자녀에게 책 읽어주기에 대한 아버지 인식 및 실천

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 가정에서 자녀에게 책 읽어주기에 대한 아버지의 인식 및 실천 수준을 살펴봄으로써 자녀의 독서활동에 아버지의 양육참여를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 B광역시에 위치한 유치원에 자녀를 보내고 있는 학부모들 중 아버지 260명을 대상으로 분석결과를 제시하였다. 연구도구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 가정에서 자녀에게 책 읽어주기에 대한 아버지의 인식 및 실천 수준을 알아보고자 연구자가 고안한 연구도구이며, 내용타당도 검증을 마친 최종설문지를 활용하였다. 자료처리 및 분석을 위해 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)과 Fisher exact test를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 연구결과 가정에서 자녀에게 책 읽어주기에 대한 아버지의 의식 수준은 높았으며, 부분적으로 아버지의 학력에 따라 가정에서 자녀에게 책 읽어주기에 대한 아버지의 인식 및 실천 수준에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 이러한 결과는 아버지들이 가정에서 자녀를 위한 책 읽어주기 활동을 원활하게 하고 아버지의 양육참여도를 높이기 위한 방안 마련에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the father’s perception and practice of reading books to children at home and to find ways to increase the parent’s participation in the children’s reading activities. Method: For this purpose, we analyzed the results of 260 fathers who are sending their children to kindergartens and daycare centers in B Metropolitan. The questionnaire was by the researchers to find out the level of father’s perception and practice of reading books to children at home based on previous studies, and the final questionnaire, which has been tested for content validity, was used. For data processing and analysis, one-way ANOVA and Fisher exact test were performed. Results: The father’s level of consciousness about reading to children at home was high, and the father’s educational background was partially different in the father’s perception and practice of reading to children at home. Conclusion: These results are expected to help fathers facilitate reading activities for their children at home and to increase their parenting participation.

작중인물과 인식의 제문제

『그대 아직도 꿈꾸고 있는가』의 주인공 차문경은 김혁주와의 사이에 존재하는 인식상의 중대한 착오를 인지했음에도 불구하고 자신의 개인적 행복과 충만을 위해 김혁주의 편에 서서 문제를 은폐한다. 김혁주가 재혼에 성공한 후 홀로 남은 차문경이 혼자 아이를 낳아 온갖 사회적 난관을 극복하며 키운다. 그 아이가 학령(學齡)에 이를 즈음 김혁주가 아들의 입적을 제의한다. 10년 가까이 자신의 친자임을 부인하던 김혁주가 대를 잇겠다는 이기적 목적 때문이었다. 차문경은 이를 결국 허락한다. 오랜 사회 제도에 대한 개인의 저항은 어렵지만 차문경은 너무나 쉽게 김혁주의 제안을 받아들인다. 위의 사실들은 차문경의 인식의 불철저성을 드러내고 있다. 「꿈꾸는 인큐베이터」의 주인공 ‘나’는 인식의 미성숙성과 비합리성에 빠져있다. ‘나’는 물건을 잃어버리고 망연자실해 있을 때마다 남편이 현명한 방법을 통해 물건 찾기를 도와주었다. ‘나’는 남편의 친절과 호의가 자신의 건망증을 악화시켰다며 역겨움을 드러낸다. 이런 감정은 아들을 낳기 위해 자신이 행한 여아 중절에 남편이 공범자일 것이라는 확신과 연결되어 있다. 자신의 여아 중절은 재산권을 쥐고 있던 시어머니의 강요에 의한 것이었는데 재산 상속의 유혹으로부터 자유롭지 못했던 남편의 동조 내지는 묵인이 있었을 것이라는 추측이 있을 뿐이다. 이것은 ‘나’의 인식의 미성숙성을 보여준다. ‘나’는 여야 중절에 대해 죄책감과 불안감을 깊이 숨기고 살아왔다. 그러나 그 죄책감과 불안을 대하는 ‘나’의 태도는 비합리적이다. 조카의 유치원 행사에서 우연히 만난 잡지사 기자는 아들이 없는데도 불행하지 않고 행복감으로 충만해 있었다. ‘나’는 이런 모습이 위선이고 거짓임을 밝히기 위해 집요하게 추궁한다. 이러한 행위는 자신의 내부에 존재하는 여아 중절에 대한 불안과 죄책감을 오히려 과도한 남아선호의식으로 위장하고 있는 것이다. 이는 ‘나’의 인식의 비합리성을 드러내고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. Park Wan Seo refers to a woman to be desired. Namely the subject woman. The purpose of this paper is pursuit to the subject woman that writer thinks. The object works of this paper are Do you have a dream yet and 「A dreamy incubator」. Cha Mun Kyung, a heroine of Do you have a dream yet hides a serious fallacy between Kim Hyuk Ju. Kim proposes that entry in the family register of Cha Mun Hyuk. Cha Mun Kyung accepts this propose without another opposition. It indicates inconsistent of her recognition. ‘I’, a heroine of 「A dreamy incubator」 fall into immaturity and irrationality of recognition. ‘I’ don’t estimate rightly to husband’s assistance to her amnesia. Because ‘I’ think that husband is complicity to her artificial abortion. ‘I’ have the liability for a crime and uneasiness to artificial abortion. But ‘I’ don’t regret her fault rather than ‘I’ arm predominance of man over woman. In consequence of inconsistent, immaturity, irrationality of recognition, the heroine of two novels become more distance toward the subject woman. Park Wan Seo expects appearance of the subject woman through unsubject woman.
