        探析章太炎政治活动与其古文经学

        琴地樹(Kum Ji Soo) 동북아시아문화학회 2007 동북아 문화연구 Vol.1 No.12

Two streams of political development during the Chinese Revolution(Xin Hai Revolution : 辛亥革命) were reformism and revolutionism. The leader of the reformism was Kang You Wei(康有爲), and the protagonist of the revolutionism was Sun Wen(孫文). However, in terms of the development of revolutionist ideology, it is hard to find anyone who played a more important role than Zhang Tai Yan in inspiring revolutionist spirit and propagating revolutionist idealism in the forefront of the revolution. What is interesting is that the two groups of ideologists took different academic approaches as Kang You Wei and his colleagues pursued Chinwenhsueh(今文??,Jinwenjingxue) whereas Zhang Tai Yan and his comrades Kuwenhsueh. Disputes involving the Chinwenhsueh and the Kuwenhsueh that were revived at the end of the Qing Dynasty were of paramount academic concern, and as the academic disputes evolved in combination with political disputes about revolution versus preservation of the empire, it was evermore complicated. Should confrontation between the two be viewed as just an academic divarication? Where did it stem from? What does it mean? These are the questions that the study aims to answer. The scope of the study is divided into the period when Zhang Tai Yan studied at Gu Jing Jing She(古?精舍), the period when he was engaged in renovation, and the period when he transformed himself into a revolutionist, and the study also examines and analyzes his change in attitude on Chinwenhsueh. As for Zhang Tai Yan"s attitude on Chinwenhsueh, he initially embraced both Chinwenhsueh and Kuwenhsueh but later transformed himself on a gradual basis rejecting the Chinwenhsueh while adhering to the Kuwenhsueh. What is noteworthy is that Zhang Tai Yan"s change in attitude on Chinwenhsueh takes place at the same time as his transformation to a revolutionist from a reformist. This attitudinal change was also requested by the revolutionist era. Opposition against Chinwenhsueh, a basis for reformism, was confrontation in the political arena of revolution going beyond the academia. Zhang Tai Yan is recognized as the last scholar of Kuwenhsueh, but it needs to be noted that he was not a Kuwenhsueh scholar from the first place. His attitude on Chinese classics changed in phases according to political activities. Academic and political phenomena during the Chinese Revolution were characterized by confrontation between revolutionism and reformism and contrast between the Chinwenhsueh and the Kuwenhsueh like two sides of a coin.

        從文化融合觀点探討儒學與中醫學

        琴地樹,金甫勳,琴坰樹 대한동의병리학회 2001 동의생리병리학회지 Vol.15 No.3

Traditional culture, especially the value system of Confucianism that one of its main stream is represented 「Nei Sheng Wai Wang(內聖外王)」. that is, 「Xiu Shen Qi Jia Zhi Guo Ping Tian Xia(修身 齋家 治國 平天下)」 is established the highest goal in life, inside moral self-culture is regarded as a premise and the base in outside goal achievement. In recognition to the relation between an individual and society, they adhered to attitude of 「Tian Xia Wei Gong(天下爲公)」. In this process, his values is formed that 「truth is nobler than power and virtue is more valuable than position」. As such values of Confucianism flow in and unite into Traditional Chinese Medicine, a medical practitioner's an outlook of morals is formed and strengthened. Once in a while, when realization of confucian values through advance into a government post is understood that it is impossible, Being transformed to promulgate 「yi de(醫德)」 made a term named 「ru yi(儒醫)」 represented. Xiang(相) and the Doctor of medicine(醫) which represent realization of morality through go into an official position pursued Liang Xiang(良相) or Liang Yi(良醫) under a common goal that is realization of national salvation and relieve a person. In result, the idea that which is formed unless being the prime minister, we would be a good doctor became a proverb that transcended space-time being in everyone's mouth till today. Thus, mutual harmony in two different culture systems of Confucian culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine formed a peculiar speculative method in traditional culture and have caused a lot of influence in deciding an action mode.
