특수체육현장에서 지도자의 TGMD-2 매뉴얼 적용에 관한 연구

It is mainly used for TGMD-2 to assess the motor ability of children with disabilities in adapted physical activity. However, this is not known whether to apply to a child with a disability because it developed to the normal children, suitable for children with disabilities in adapted physical activity. The purpose of the present study was to explore whether it is appropriate to assess motor ability of children with disabilities, And to explores the points to note when using the TGMD-2 for children with disabilities. 4 specialists, 2 experts, and 17 children with disabilities took part in this study. Specialists ware classified as novice and expert by experience. Children consisted of developmental disability, autism, and intellectual disability. Experts ware chosen as the people over 10 years professional experience. It took with the camera to observe how the TGMD-2 used in the adapted physical activity field. And the specialists ware interviewed by semi-structured interview. There are some problems to measure children with disabilities by the TGMD-2. And skilled specialists showed that more considering the characteristics of children with disabilities than unskilled specialists. These results suggest that it is not appropriate to apply the TGMD-2 to children with disabilities. However, if there isn’t a testing tool for children with disabilities and use the TGMD-2, specialists should be carefully used.
큰양송이 Portobella 균주의 배양조건 및 형태적 특성

국내외에서 수집된 큰양송이(포토벨라)의 균주와 양송이 ASI707을 공시하여 균사체 배양조건과 균주별 자실체의 형태적 특성을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 퇴비추출배지에서 균사생장이 우수하였고, 최적배양온도는 25℃, pH는 7.0 이었다. 균사생장에 가장 적합한 탄소원으로 Sucrose와 Starch, 질소원으로는 Malt extract가 선발되었고, 최적 C/N율은 10이었다. 인공재배한 자실체는 공시균주간에 갓크기, 갓두께 등에서 큰 차이가 없었으나 개체중은 25.8~33.8g 내외로 균주간에 다소 차이를 보였다. 공시균주 중 KME59007은 다발성으며 평당 수량도 44.6kg으로 가장 많았다. The compost dextrose(CD) medium was selected as an optimum liquid culture media for Portobella(Agaricus brunescens). The optimal conditions for the mycelial growth of Agaricus brunescens were 25 and pH 7.0. Sucrose and soluble starch were favorable to mycelial growth. Malt extract and ammonium nitrate appeared to be more favorable than the other kinds of nitrogen sources. The optimum C/N ratio was about 10.When the collected Portobella strains were compared with growth characteristics, KME 59007 appeared the highest of 44.6kg/3.3m².
느타리버섯 신품종 육성 연구(I) : 병재배용 신품종『진미』느타리버섯의 특성

병재배 느타리버섯의 품종 다양화를 위해 단핵균주교잡에 의해 육성된 진미느타리버섯의 균사생장적온은 25∼30℃, 버섯발생 및 생육온도는 15±1℃이고 갓색은 회색이며 얕은깔대기형으로 발이수가 많았다. 배양일수는 20℃에서 22일, 초발이 소요일수는 4일이며 가늘고 긴형으로 농가실증시험에서 병당수량은 145.9g으로 높은 편이었다. 버섯의 갓색과 갓형태, 이형개체 발생,, 균사생장량, 종균배양기간 등에 대한 균일성도 양호하였고, 세균성 갈변병에 대한 저항성은 소정도로 나타났으나 푸른곰팡이병은 발생되지 않았다. 또한 균사 활력이 강하고 15 이하에서는 진한회색을 나타내며 육질이 부드럽고 대가 백색으로 깨끗한 직립형의 특성을 보유하고 있다. Jinmi oyster mushroom(Pleurotus ostreatus) were bred in Mushroom Research Institute, Gyonggi Province A.R.E.S in 2003. This oyster mushroom were bred and cultivated one after mating single spores collected from K3-2 and ASI2018-249. The major characteristics of the mushroom are showing a lot of pinheadings, the gray-colored and infundibuliform pileus. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was around 25∼30℃ and that for the pinheading and growth of fruitbody was around 15±1℃. Around 22 days at 20℃ were required for incubation of Jinmi and the yield was shown high by 145.9g/bottle.
느타리버섯 신품종 육성 연구 - 저온성 느타리버섯 신품종 『설안』-

Seolan, a new variety of oyster mushroom was developed by Mushroom Research Institute, Gyonggi Province Agricultural Research and Extension Services in 2005. It was bred with mating between monokaryotic strains isolated from KME35124 and F·X3. The major characteristics of the mushroom are showing a lot of pinheadings, the gray-colored and infundibuliform pileus. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was around 26∼30℃ and that for the pinheading and growth of fruitbody was around 10∼15℃. Incubation period was required around 25 days with bottle culture and about 23days in Poly Prophylene(P.P) plastic bag culture. The yield were shown high by 138.8g/bottle and 250.9g/P.P bag.

Hukbaek oyster mushroom were bred and cultivated one after mating spores from Aenutari 1-ho irradiated to X-ray and Byungnutari 1-ho. The major charateristics of the mushroom are showing that pileus is blackbrown and stems are pure-white and straight. The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth was around 25∼30℃ and that for the pinheading and growth of fruitbody was around 14∼16℃. Around 20 days at 20℃ were required for incubation time and the yield was shown high by 142.8g/bottle. When the cultivating temperature is over 17℃ the color of pileus becomes gray-brown.
