Uniconzole과 Ancymidol 엽면처리가 국화의 生長에 미치는 影響

Foliar applied uniconazole and acymidol inhibited plant height in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. Greater retardation appeared in treatment of 10 ppm applied twice 7 day apart, than in once application of 20 ppm concentration of growth retardants. Also, greater retardation appeared in 15 day than in 45 day after application. Uniconazole was more effective than ancymidol in controlling height after 45 day. "Beksan" plant growth was inhibited most effectively by uniconazole, but "Choyeonbek" was inhibited less than the others in Chrysanthemum species. Plant height was decreased by treatments, while stem diameter was increased as compared to nontreatments. After treatments, plants had a move intense green color than control plants. There was a 29.7% increase in chlorophyll content in 10 ppm concentration of uniconazole.

The effects of varying concentration and durations of alachlor[2-chloro-2', 6'-diethfrl-N-(methoxymethyl) acetanilide] treatment on oat.(Avena sativa. .L) growth were siudied. Oat were treated with concentrations ranging from Ix10-7M to Ix10-3M of alachlor. Inhibition of root growth was more sensitive than inhibition of shoot in treatment of alachlrir. Alachlor had little effect on the germination and sprouting of oat. After 24h treatment, 21%, and 36% inhibition of root growth occurred at 1x10-6M and 1x10-5M, respectively, while did not cause inhibition of root growth occurred at 1x10-7M concentration at same exposure period. The highest concentration of alachlor(10-3M) inhibited root growth(66%) for 6hr. Lower concentration required more time to inhibit the same rate of growth as higher concentrations.
수질개선을 위한 Fixation과 Air Jet System 개발

This paper presents development of a fixation and an air jet system for water quality improvement. The fixation is a dredging machine that scoops or suctions sediment from the bottom of waterways. The air jet system is a system to blow air and water in the water for water quality improvement. A fixation and an air jet system are designed and their proto type models are made for water quality improvement. Overall structures of the two are introduced.
