        With the rapid spread of Internet broadcasting, it diversified like a profitable models, gatherings, organizations and individual models. Most of the existing broadcasting systems(public wave, cable TV, Radio). are constructing and preparing Internet broadcasting and professional independent Internet broadcasting system continuously come into being day by day all over the world. They broadcast their own contents to the object of the world. Netizen who hold home-page come into era their own broadcasting system. It enables them to manufacture audio & video their concerns and feel like informing contents very easy. It result from with the popularization of digital-camera and cam-code, Internet related technology development, all kinds of moving-image solution or version for open to mass-production of manufacturing tools of home-page and cultivation for their life through the cyber-space. Audio using by moving-image solution and in case video-file stored in VOD, it can be defined wide concept of Internet broadcasting. There is unofficial figure that in order to construct Internet broadcasting is indispensable for broadcasting equipment/server and every kind of network system sales turnover steadily increased. The company which already constructed web or home-page preparing the Internet broadcasting and Internet related educational institutes response curriculum courses Internet-PD and Web-jockey. Universities create the boom of Internet broadcasting and number of Inter net broadcasting systems are considerably increased when graduates advance into society in near future. Development of Internet broadcasting can be possible in that Internet-space is in harmony with broadcasting and communication possesses great value as new media. Internet broadcasting will be an axis of hegemony in the fields of broadcasting system draw near.

      • 인터넷방송의 시스템구성과 영상포맷 방법에 관한 연구

        In case of 24 hours operation, the perforrnance of incoding equipment is important. Sufficient perforrnance and stability is more required because of continuous incoding during 24 hours operation. On the side of perforrnance and stability, it had better separate real server and web server. It is paid attention to the capacity of hard disk in case of storage for live broadcasting as a file and charged person have to handle the storage of remain data case by case because it is too difficult to automate. And on the basis of suitable streaming number to access dedicated line/server, in case of Easystart 60 server, it is fit to easystart server up to 512K and also it is possible for T1 to use. In case of professional server, it is used for above T1 and the streaming number would come out if it could calculate 20K!1 stream. This case is exceptional for Lan users Transfer rate file size quality. 28.8kbps 120-150KB/min 0.25 fbs. 56.6kbps 300-350KB/min 10 fbs 128kbps 540-600KB/min 15 fbs, in case of ps>fbs, it is set up on the basis of picture size, 160X120 size. The quality of real video file would be changed according to the manufacturing method of source. The file size is variable for sourcing or incoding stage. And also it is too hard to see good picture and not easy to manufacture because the bigger the size of picture is, the less the quality of fbs is. Especially in case of big avi file, it is difficult to manage because almost size is more 100MB. So, the best equipment is required for live. In general, it is used for big volume hard disk. Even though the capacity is different from each content, approximately 20M어.our is required on the basis of 56K. However, we can expect 30M/hour because two case (for 56k and 28.8 k)is manufactured in plenty. We have to decide the capacity of storage equipment according to what amount of content/hour we have. In case of VOD service, we need approximately 4.5GB-5GB if it could be expected contents 100 EA(90min).

        In this paper, the way that input power factor as a control variable is provided as one unit is projected. From the view of practical system, capacitance and TCR reactor are to have internal resistance, therefore, the efficiency and precision of the control decrease. In case that reactive power or reactive current are used as variable, internal resistance loss and control deviation, as much as the reactor of system can not be acuratly dealed and as distortion reactive power, cause an error in reactive power compensation and power*factor improvement. According to this point of view, this paper could provide the unit power factor improvement control by using the input power*factor as a control variable. As a result, the input power factor which has state deviation error of±2[%] of controller can be preserved, and basically, Var system used in this experiment was supposed to compensate the reactive power. So there is little effect on decreasing of harmonics content but quite good result on harmonics suppression is achieved by using the simple first order of high field filter.

      • 붉가시나무 조림지에서 묘목 단간처리에 따른 노루피해 패턴

        This study was conducted to understand damage effects of Roe Deer (Capreolus capreolus) on the seedlings of Evergreen Oak (Quercus acuta) with the cutting of main stems before planted at Jeju Experimental Forests. Six plots in size of 20 × 20 m had been setup from the middle to the end of March, 2007, and planting after cutting the main stems of seedlings had been conducted to increase survival rate of the seedlings, and we monitored experimental and control plots to know the damage effects of the deers. Experimental plots were designed at the width of 3 m fields after clear-cutting, and they was adjacent with the buffer zone in size of 2 m covered with vegetation covers. Seedlings were planted at interval of 1 x 1 m, they were at 8 rows and 20 lines per plot. Two rows among them had been treated as half cutting at main stems. Total 647 seedlings had been planted, 168 seedlings were belong to half cutting's plots and 479 were to control plots. As a result, half cutting did not increase the survival rate of seedlings, and it increases the ratio of deer damage. Damaged seedlings showed significantly the lower height than undamaged did. Therefore, it would indicate that planting the seedlings over 90 cm in height would decrease the damage from deer at study areas. And, we suggest the damage factors on Quercus acuta as apical bud grazing, bark rubbing, and leaf grazing, we made the flow chart to decide the damage factors in the field.

        학교교육정보화는 기존 형태의 교육을 정보화 사회에 적합한 교육으로 재구성함에 있어, 정보기술을 기반 기술로 활용하여 교육의 내용과 방법, 교육의 형태를 다양화하고 개선하는 노력이다. 이러한 노력에 참여하는 개체에는 학교 내 구성원들을 포함하여 주변 시스템들이 존재한다. 이 개체들이 공유하며 교환하는 내용은 바로 지식과 정보이며, 이 지식과 정보들을 교사가 효율적으로 활용하고 생성하며 학생이 스스로 습득할 수 있도록 지원하는 중심에 바로 지식과 정보의 축적과 배분을 담당하고 있는 임무의 학교 도서관이 있어야 한다. 학교 도서관이 자동화되고 현대의 다양한 정보 형태들을 수용하는 디지털도서관으로서 중심에 위치하여, 그 주변의 시스템들과, 그리고 학교 도서관 간, 공공 도서관과의 연계를 통해 보다 풍부한 지식을 편리하고 효율적인 방식으로 학교 구성원들이 활용할 수 있도록 통합적인 환경이 구축되어야 한다. 이를 위해 반드시 요구되는 학교 디지털도서관의 기능들을 논한다.

      • Development of “Nest Finder System” and its Application in Forest Ecosystems

        We developed the “Nest Finder System” to detect the breeding ecology of cavity nesters. Nest Finder System is composed of three parts, camera, transfer and recorder parts. In camera part, we utilized three types like pin camera, CCTV camera and endoscope with CMOS lens. Electricity and information was transferred with cable lines, and the information were directly recorded into sony digital recorder (GV-HD 700) or hard disk. To survey the breeding status of cavity nester, we disassembled the cone lens (TVC-MN4428C) applicable to enter the natural tree hole ranging no less than 30 mm. To support the camera and transfer part reaching at the hole located about 15m height, we used a couples of carbon poles in size of 1.8m, and its slender ending part was designed to fit each other. Nest Finder System can be applied to monitor breeding status of forest wildlife including cavity nesters, canopy nesters and aquatics. We discussed the potential problem in applying the equipment and analyzing the obtained data. Nest Finder System enable us to monitor the inner part of nest located at the upper part of trees not only coniferous and deciduous forests, and it can be applied to monitor the breeding ecology of aquatic organism.

      • 아파트선정의 입지분석에 관한 연구

        Korea has limited land and substantially lower ratio of urban area at 6.2% as at the end of 2006 in comparison to that in Japan at 7.1% and England at 13%. Accordingly, burden on residential units in the case of residents of Seoul, in terms of price of residential units in comparison to annual income, at 7.5-fold is much higher than Tokyo at 5.6-fold and London at 4.7-fold (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, 2008.08.24). In the process of rapid and high economic growth, unbalanced concentration of population between capital regions and outlying regions was induced, with total of 24,472,000 people, which accounts for 48.9% of total population of Korea at 50,034,000, are concentrated in the capital regions (Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon), with the rest of the population of 25,562,000 at 51.15 living in outlying regions, resulting in phenomenon of extreme concentration of population in the capital regions. According to the data in 2007 by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, total number of households in Korea is 12,271,500 with total number of residential units at 12,366,000. Accordingly, the ratio of residential units to number of households at 100.8% exceeded 100% However, the average ratio of residential units to number of households in the capital regions, in which there is severe shortage of available residential units, is 91.8% with Seoul at 83.8% and Gyeonggi at 94.2%. On the other hand, the average ratio for the entire country is 107.1%and 104.3% for Busan while that for Seoul is 91.3%. Accordingly, the number of residential units has exceeded the number of households in the outlying regions. This was caused by rapid development of new urban centers and satellite cities in the vicinity of the capital regions, thereby resulting in maximum level of effect of influx of populations into the capital regions. This has further caused severe urban problems such as traffic congestion, shortage of available residential units, pollution and crimes in the capital regions. Construction of apartment can substantially assist in resolving such shortage of residential units and elevate the effective value of available land by increasing convenience of users and population density of limited land. However, disorganized development of apartments induce new problems in cities, with increase in traffic congestion, demand for water supply and sewage output, and demand for administrative services as the most severe problems. Although construction of apartments, from the perspective of effective utilization of land, is a positive means of solving housing problem, disordered construction of apartment will bring about boomerang effect. On the basis of the table of analysis of location of apartment presented in this Study, the factors that effect apartment one wishes to purchase include region, floor area, brand name, residential estate, total floor area to land area ratio, policy, and public preference. Now is the time in which the importance of selection of location of apartment is being highlighted, because purchase is being decided in accordance with oneself and family, location of one’s work place and price of the target apartment. Through more systematic and planned selection of the location, one can enable enjoying of convenience and pleasantness of residence and daily life through better selection of location of apartment that enables flux of larger number of population. Accordingly, selection of location of apartment that can satisfy desires of all consumers, suppliers as well as issuers of license and permits.
