Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the specialized content knowledge (SCK) of novice and expert artistic swimming coaches. Research questions were whether there were any differences in (1) error detection, (2) instructional task presentation, and (3) SCK index scores between the novice and expert coaches based on players’ performance level. Method: Ten (novices= 5 and experts= 5) coaches participated in this study. Error detection was analyzed using the absolute value of the difference between the judges’ and the coaches’ evaluation scores. The content analysis was used for the error descriptions. Instructional task presentation was compared using content map. Data were analyzed using both descriptive and non-parametric analyses. Results: Findings showed that the novice coaches focused on the basic skill errors while expert coaches focused on the technical skill errors. The SCK index score of expert coaches was higher than that of novice coaches. Coaches used extension tasks more frequently than any other categories of content developments. The novice coaches used informing tasks more than any others to improve the performance errors. Conclusion: Findings suggested that artistic swimming coaches should develop their SCK to improve athletes’ performance. Coaches were different in their SCK with the different levels of performers.

本態性高血壓患者 33例를 對象으로 Labetalol (TrandateR) 300∼900mg 經口投與로 60.6%의 降壓效果를 보았으며 副作用으로 起立性低血壓을 少數에서 보였다. The clinical trial conducted on 33 patients with essential hypertension using labetalol during a period of six months in Paik Hospital yielded the following results: Their age ranged from 30 to 76 years c ̄ mean 52 years. Eighteen cases were male and 15 cases were female. The daily effective dose were ranged from 300mg to 900mg and duration of medication was from four week to 24 weeks (mean 10 weeks). Twenty (60.6%) of 33 cases showed antihypertensive effect. Among them six (18.2%) exhibited excellent effect, while 14(42.4%) revealed good result. In most of them antihypertensive effect was seen within two weeks trial persisting thereafter as well. As to its side effects, 3 cases complained of orthostatic dizziness and 2 cases difficulties in urination and constipation.
3D CAD 수업에서의 플립드러닝 기반의 PBL 교수학습법 효과 연구

이 연구는 플립드러닝 기반의 PBL을 활용한 3D CAD 수업이 전문지식 습득과 인재양성에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 동의대학교 기계자동차로봇부품공학부 3학년 학생들에게 플립드러닝 기반의 PBL 수업을 구현하였으며, 만족도 및 효과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 학생들은 대체로 교과목, 교수방법, 비대면 정보교류 등에 대체로 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, '자동차 CAD 및 실습' 교과목에 대한 지식 습득 및 과정에서 자기주도학습, 문제해결력, 책임감, 성실성, 소통능력 등이 향상되는데 플립드러닝 기반의 PBL이 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 보였다. 특히 비대면 학습에서도 공학설계수업이 효과적으로 운영될 수 있다는 사실이 입증됨으로써 앞으로 실기 교과목의 영상교육 활용에 기여가 있기를 바란다. 본 연구는 추후 연구를 위한 중요한 지표로서 수업 개선을 위한 정량적 지표로 사용할 예정이다.

This study analyzes the effect of CAE class using PBL on professional knowledge acquisition and competency enhancement. The PBL class was applied to 3rd grade students of Dong-Eui University's Department of Automotive Engineering, and a one-year course, and a survey was conducted on satisfaction and effectiveness in the first and second semesters, respectively. With a significant difference in the survey for each semester, satisfaction in the second semester was found to be high, and satisfaction with non-face-to-face information exchange and team activities was high. In addition, it was evaluated to have a positive effect on the improvement of individual competency such as knowledge of subject, command-led learning, problem-solving ability, and communication. This study has educational implications in that it can be used as a quantitative indicator for class improvement and can be used as basic data for course operation. 이 연구는 PBL을 활용한 CAE 수업이 전문지식 습득과 역량 제고에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 동의대학교 자동차공학과 3학년 학생들에게 1년 과정의 교과목에 PBL 수업을 적용하였으며, 1학기와 2학기에 각각 만족도 및 효과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 각 학기별 설문조사에서 유의미한 차이로 2학기의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 비대면 정보교류와 팀 활동에 대해서는 만족도가 높게 나왔다. 아울러 교과목에 대한 지식과 기주도학습, 문제해결력, 의사소통 등의 개인 역량 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가됐다. 본 연구는 수업 개선을 위한 정량적 지표로 사용될 수 있으며, 교과목 운영의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 교육적 함의가 있다.

In the field of medical and marine industries, antibacterial surfaces have been emerged as one of the most important issues. Recently, many researchers have been studying antibacterial surfaces to kill bacteria or prevent the adhesion of bacteria. In their researches, various materials and structures are suggested to inhibit the adhesion of bacteria or kill the attached bacteria. However, chemical materials such as antibiotics or metal could be toxic. Moreover, frequent use of antibiotics causes super bacteria having resistance to antibiotics. In this study, nano-pillar structured surface was fabricated using polyurethane acrylate (PUA) and the mechanically induced antibacterial function was confirmed based on the fabricated nanostructures. Nanostructures can damage the bacterial membrane of Gram-negative bacteria through stretching of bacterial membrane via interaction with the nanostructures and the bacterial membrane. Consequently, the proposed transparent, flexible and nanostructured PUA films can be one of promising candidates for antifouling and antibacterial surfaces which can be applied in various industries.
