중도 장애학생을 위한 학교 및 사회에로의 전환 수행능력 평가도구 개발

>본 연구는 중도 장애학생을 위한 전환교육에 관한 이론과 선행연구들을 고찰하고, 그들을 위한 전환 수행능력 평가도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 먼저 전환교육의 개념과 정의를 고찰하고, 전국의 5개 지체부자유 특수학교에 재학생 중 지체부자유와 정신지체를 수반한 166명을 대상으로 개발한 전환 수행능력 평가도구를 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 중도 장애학생을 위한 학교 및 사회에로의 전환 수행능력 평가 도구는 대근육기술, 소근육기술, 신변자립, 인지기술, 의사소통, 사회성기술의 6개 영역의 110문항으로 구성되었다. 그 도구의 문항간의 평균, 표준편차, 반응비율 등을 통한 분석과 하위영역간의 상관계수 검증을 통한 평가 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 산출하였다. 마지막으로, 중도 장애학생을 위한 학교 및 사회에로의 전환 수행능력 평가 도구의 효율적 이용 방안과 그 적용방안을 제시하였다.<key-words> Transitional Skills Checklist, severely handicapped, transition education Development of transtion skills checklist in school and community for student with severely handipped攀* (교신저자, 제1저자) Daegu University : hmpark@daegu.ac.kr

The purpose of this study is to investigate rehabilitation training status of school of the physically handicapped, according to problems of the present status to find improval solutions. The subject schools are nationwide 15 schools of the physically handicapped, sended questionaire to the 15 schools but reutrned questionnaire was from 13 schools of the physically handicapped. Returned questionaire ratio was 87%. The period of the questionaire inspection from Nov. 20, 1991 to Dec. 25, 1991. According to the results, some improval solutions provided as follows; 1st, it need to be organized rehabilitation training comettee that rehabilitation training teacher and general teacher participate rehabilitation training in the school of the physically handicapped. 2nd, rehabilitation training materials and books required to the developed about rehabilitation training guidance contents and organization. 3rd, guidance system of the rehabilitation trainning will need to be various with handicapped conditions and needs. 4th, rehabilitation trainning time will be operating to the student's performance, inservice training also need to be sufficient for the rehabilitation trainning teacher's professional skill improvement. 5th, physical therapist who graduated vocational college need to be increase general education knowledge except for physical therapy. Also teacher who graduated department of special remedial education need to be acquire professional skills at each field.
韓.日 肢體不自由學校 敎育에 관한 意識의 比較硏究 : 肢體不自由兒童의 母親을 中心으로

This study attempts to comparative analysis on educational attitudes of physically handicapped student's mothers. The subjects were 28 Korean mothers and 30 Japanese mothers. Subjects were asked to sort the Q-Cards on nine-range normal scale, which contained 60 educational attitudes about physically handicapped students. The results were as follows: 1) The attitudes of Korean-mothers group strongly showed progressive teaching method, environment and traditional education goal in the school education. 2) The attitudes of Japanese-mothers group largely showed progressive education environment and progressive education goal in the school education. 3) Both Korean-mothers group and Japanese-mothers group showed traditional attitudes and progressive attitudes in the 2nd factor. 4) In the total tendency, Korean-mothers group largely showed traditional attitudes on school education. As a remarkable traditional attitudes in Korean mothers, we can think confucian influence have operated strongly on attitudes of Korean education. We can indicate Confucian education and traditional attitudes have common points which strengthen vocation, learning ability and competency in the handicapped children education. In orther to maximum develop handicapped children's uniquness, personality and potential competency, extensive attitudes need us in the handicapped children education.
