FOM Solution을 활용한 제조공정 데이터의 신뢰도 향상

Many small- and medium-sized enterprises in Korea are introducing smart factories to maintain competitiveness. The smart factory collects and monitors production process and equipment data in real time. When an abnormality occurs, the smart factory can immediately identify the problem, minimizing equipment downtime and product defect and increasing corporate profits. In this study, 4M (human, machine, material, method) data, a key element of manufacturing, was collected and analyzed to build a smart factory, and the reliability of the collected data was very high. The reliability of the data was verified using the factory operation management solution and improved through on-site customized training. The data for the manufacturing site were collected, applied, and verified from small and medium-sized enterprises that manufacture automobile parts.

The principal purpose of this study is to clarify the geomorphological characteristics in location of villages. Generally the villages in Korea are categorized in three kinds at the viewpoint of geomorphological location ; the villages located at the tributary valleys surrounded by hills, the villages located at the intermontane basins and the villages developed at the plains. 1) The tributary valleys surrounded by hills are appropriate for the terraced paddy fields and location of the villages. The reasons are that tributary valleys have little possivility of floods with small scale streams in it and its gradients are gentle. 2) In Korea, there are a large number of intermontane basins, where gentle slopes are developed at the foot, of the mountain. The gentle slopes are utilized as the tillage, and the dissected valleys are suitable for the location of villages. 3) In the regions where the are distributed widely, the villages locates around the flat low hills, and the alluvial plains are utilized as the paddy tields.

기지국 및 중계기용 DR Filter에 사용되는 서포트의 유전특성

Support is the component used to fix the dielectric resonator (DR) onto the filter assembly for the base and/or relay stations in mobile telecommunication systems. The dielectric constant, quality factor and temperature coefficient of resonance frequency are of prime coneorn when choosing a material for such application. Alumina is one of candidate materials and becomes more popular over insulating polymers. In this paper, the effect of impurity addition on the microwave dielectric properties, especially quality factor values into two grades of commercially available raw materials is discussed. the results are then compared to those obtained from commercial support produced from commercially available formulated powder of proprietary composition.

1) 求禮地域의 西施川 상류에 위치한 산동분지는 심층풍화를 받은 화강편마암의 차별적 침식에 의해서 이루어진 폐쇄형 산간분지이다. 2) 산동분지의 발생과 확대는 섬진강의 지류인 西施川을 침식기준면으로 한 풍화물 削剝과 산지의 사면후퇴에 의해서 이루어졌다. 따라서 산동분지의 산록에 발달한 완사면은 분지의 발생 확대과정에서 발달한 침식사면이다. 즉 산동분지의 산록완사면은 사력퇴적물로 덮혀있으나 근본적으로 기반침식면의 형상을 닮은 침식사면이다. 3) 산록완사면은 오랜 기간에 걸쳐 풍화와 침식을 되풀이함으로써 上,中,下의 3개 지형면이 발달하였다. 上位面은 山地의 斜面後退에 의해서 발달한 始原的 緩斜面에 해당되고, 中位面과 下位面은 上位의 완사면이 再浸蝕을 받아 낮아진 지형면이다. 4) 산록완사면에는 운반영력이 다양한 퇴적물이 덮혀있다. 상위 완사면에는 대체로 산지의 사면 후퇴와 관련된 퇴적물이 덮혀 있고, 중위완사면 지역에는 대체로 洪水性의 布狀的 流水 퇴적물이, 그리고 하천연안에는 河川的 流水에 의해서 운반된 퇴적물이 덮혀있다. 西施川 유역의 下位 완산면 일부지역에는 洪水性 流水와 관련된 岩塊 내지 巨礫堆積物이 덮혀있다. 5) 山洞盆地에 분포하고 있는 島狀의 암석구릉은 풍화물 削剝에 의해 분지의 지형면이 낮아지는 과정에서 風化基底面이 地表에 노출되어 형성된 지형인데 반해서 완사면 上端部의 구릉들은 분지의 확대과정에서 이루어진 지형이라고 생각된다.

Two cases of gas containing brain abscesses were presented with the findings of the brain CT scan and plain skull X-rays. The first case was the otogenic cerebellar abscess due to the gas forming anaerobic gram negaitve bacillus infection (Bacteroides Melaninogenicus). The second case was left frontal epidural abscess of paranasal sinus origin which showed no growing organisms in culture study. Prompt surgical drainage of the purulent material and gas from the abscess cavity were necessary to prevent the expansion of the gas and pus collection in the abscess cavity.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between landform and location of settlements in Korea. 1) In the middle and southern rigion of Korea, low relief denudation surfaces and erosion besins are distributed here and there. The former is developed dominently in the area near to western coast while most of the latter in intermontane regions of the inland. 2) It is assumed that most of the erosion basins and denudation surfaces have been formed by differential weathering and erosion of granite. The basins can be classifed not two kinds according to the shapes of basins surrounded by the mountain: The one is the opened basin surrounded by hills or mountains on all sides but one which is opened into a low relief plain. The ohter is the closed basin surrounded by the hill or mountain on all sides. 3) On the whole the villages are distributed in the area where the denudation surfaces of low relief are developed wide. The clustered villages are generally located around the denudation surfaces while the dispersed villages on the denudation surfaces. 4) In general, larger cities are located in the opend basins and smaller cities or towns are formed in the closed basins. 5) Seoul, Taegu and Kwang-ju are located in the opened basins and Choonchun is in the closed basins.
