For this study, the multi-degree of freedom analysis model of torsional vibration was developed. This model is combined with mass moment of inertia and torsional spring in two wheel drive and four wheel drive vehicle. We compared and analyzed torsional vibration characteristics by natural frequencies and mode shapes which are obtained by free vibration analysis of this model. And we studied torsional vibration contribution of driveline elements by performing the forced vibration analysis of engine excitation torque. The validity of this model is demonstrated by the field test. The reduction effect of the torsional vibration along the driveline design factor is presented by the analytical results.

Torsional vibration is to vibrate strongly when the ignition pulses of the engine is excited with natural frequency of driveline. Torsional vibration like this can cause various noises as rattle and booming. For this study multi-degree of freedom analysis model of torsional vibration, which is combined with mass moment of inertia and torsional spring, was developed toward two wheel drive, four wheel drive and torsional vibration characteristics were compared and analyzed through the natural frequences, mode shapes and frequency response characteristics which was acquired by the simulation of it. The pertinence of that model was proved by the field test and the outcome of the simulations coincided with feeling test. Therefore, four wheel drive simulation model is considered to be useful thing for reducing torsional vibration of driveline and developing full-time four wheel drive vehicles.

Eigenvalue analysis of vibration mode and an analysis by frequency response among the methods of predicting gear noise are related with transmitting sound of vibration. In this study we intended to reduce the vibration noise of differential gear by reducing torque fluctuation of drive pinion shaft which causes vibration noise of differential gear in rear wheel drive vehicles. For this we developed multi-degree of freedom analysis model in which mass moment of inertia and torsional spring combined and we examined the influence of torsional vibration of driveline elements by performing forced vibration analysis of engine excitation torque. We studied the methods for reducing torsional vibration of driveline according to the design factor of propeller shaft and examined the effect reducing vibration in differential gear by flexible coupling.

The noiseㆍvibration characteristics of Hypoid gears which were made from three separate materials(SCM, TSCM, SNCM) under the identical process were investigated for the sake of durability improvement of differential gear compatible with low level noise gear set. For this study, we developed a rig experimental equipment which can perform close noiseㆍvibration experiment of differential gear. Consequently, we could analyze the noiseㆍvibration charateristics of final reduction gear by materials, and also we observed changes in both metallic structure and hardness according to the materials of pinion gear. In addition to this, the correlation between the vibration of the differential gear and the interior noise of the passenger vehicles was proved by analyzing the results of rig vibration experiment and field noise test.
Schizandrin함량이 높은 음료개발올 위한 오미자 (Schizandra chinensis Baillon) 추출조건

오미자를 이용한 고기능성 음료개발을 위하여 이번 연구에서는 추출조건별로 오미자의 기능성분 함량 및 anthocyanin 색소에 대한 최적 추출조건을 설정하였다. 분쇄하지 않은 오미자를 이용해서 추출한 경우, Bl값은 차이가 없었으나, schizandrin은 20% 수준에 그쳐 최종적으로 분쇄한 오미자를 시료로 설정하였다. 분쇄한 오미자는 $40^{\circ}C$, 75% ethanol로 추출했을 때 schizandrin 함량이 가장 높았으며, Bl 값은 온도와 ethanol 함량이 높아 질수록 감소하였다. 높은 기능성과 제품의 관능성을 고려할 때 schizandrin 함량과 Bl값을 최적으로 만족하는 조건은 분쇄 오미자를 $46^{\circ}C$에서 24% ethanol을 사용하여 3시간 추출했을 경우 높은 값을 얻을 수 있었다. Omija (Schizandra chinensis Baillon) has five lignans such as schizandrin, gomisin A, gomisin N, gomisin C and schizandrin C. Its major constituent, schizandrin, has a deterrent effect on nephrotoxicity of cisplatin, blood sugar and an ulcer of the stomach. In this study, we have investigated optimized extraction condition to make high functional beverage by quantifying schizandrin and measuring of browning index. Browning index was used as an index of color deterioration of anthocyanin. Browning index was decreased according to increment in extraction temperature and ethanol concentration. The optimum extraction time, extraction temperature and alcohol concentration levels were 3 hrs, $46^{\circ}C$ and 24% alcohol for high schizandrin concentration and desired browing index.
