        자연 방임수분 상태에서 한국잔디류의 개화기간,유전특성 및 타가수분율

        This study was carried out to provide basic information for the breeding of zoysiagrass synthetic varieties. For estimation of flowering periods, genetic characteristics, and cross-pollination rate, 5 combinations of zoysiagrass breeding lines were compared. Days to stigma emergence and anther exertion were observed in the field to calculate overlapping dates for cross-fertilization. Harvested seed from cross breeding combinations were planted to compare genetic characteristics using morphological traits of progenies. These data were used for determination of 7 phenotypic inheritance types with 8 morphological traits. Cross-pollination rates in 3 combinations of zoysiagrasses were estimated by using lower part color of grass shoots. Cross-pollination rates of zoysiagrass ranged from 11.3~48.9%, which indicated that zoysiagrass is an allogamous plant. When zoysiagrass breeding lines are properly combined, they may result in valuable synthetic cultivars.

        There has been an increasing discussion and reseach interest about standardized patent (or patented standards) in terms of public policy and corporate strategy due to its emerging practical impacts on domestic and particularly global market. Based on case analysis and theory investigation in previous reseraches, this paper attempted to present strategic framework to identify interrelationship between standardization and patent considering technology innovation process (S-curve), R&D process (plan, research, development, evaluation) and standardization process(proposal, drafting, approval). The proposed framework could serve as a steping stone for business experts and researchers to have a better understanding about standardized patents and to build competitive strategy in global market.

      • 학습지도과정에서의 방송매체이용에 관한 일연구 : 효과성에 관한 선진국의 연구동향 및 학급교사들의 이용자세분석을 중심으로

        It is necessary that class teachers should use broadcasting media(radio & television) as A-V instructional materials to expand the experiences and knowledge of students, and to improve teaching methods. However, in the school of our country, there are so many difficult problems to use the media that few teachers use them, and also the survey and research views about them are very few, except some discussions. I surveyed the researches performed in developed countries on the effectiveness of the media used in the teaching-learning process, and analyzed teachers attitudes toward them. 340 elementary school teachers, at the schools of Andong area and neibouring district randomly sampled, answered the questionnaire. I administrated them to find the results in the followings. 1. The research tendency of the media. The researches on the effetiveness of the media have been practised since 1920' in which radios had been introduced in the school for eduactional purposes, and from 1950 when TV has been used as teaching material, the studies on broadcasting media are concenterated to television, for they have better qualities as teaching media than the radio. The subjects of the studies have been on the broadcasting programs, student level, learing rate, the class size, the student-teacher interaction and the TV. And experiment, survey and obeservation were used for the methods of the researches. Most of the results found through the studies were more positive(+) than negative (-). 2. The teachers' attitudes analyzed 1) In the schools having amplifiers, though they don't prepare enough radios, most of teachers(85%) said that they were able to use the radio program in the classes. 2) But, 37% of all teachers haven't the real teaching experiences with it, and some(19%) having used before doesn't now, the teachers who are using it are only 37.3%. 3) Among the reasons why they don't make the best use of the media, the highest response(l.88 by the ordinal scale) is because the radio programs do not keep the school times or schedule, the second was teachers being not aware of the broadcasting program or Contents(2.66), and feeling weary of using it(3.33), and thinking the program fruitless for the learners was the least. 4) The attitudes about the relations of curriculum and radio program were like these: many teachers(42.7%) believe that they should use the program at the time that it is most suitable to the curriculum, and 23.8% responds that they are to use the program even if it is not related exactly to the curriculum but very few(21.4%) pointed the number that they must be used independently, not related to curriculum. 5) The response about 'what is the best suitable subject in the radio classes?' was that social study was 44.1%, music 40%, language skill 13.9% and voluntary activity 3.5%. 6) On the effectiveness according to the student level, it was found that many teachers(61.7%) thought the radio teachings more effective to the upper classes. 7) Most of the teachers(78.2%) approved of the plan to make students study home works with radio, and only a few(16.2%) were opposed to it. 8) The teachers opinions about the program broadcasted by K. B. S. Radio Station were that, the responses being suitable in teachcing process was 42%, 13.3% not suitable, but not a few(40.3%) pointed at the answer 'Don't know well'. 9) Educational television was very attracted by the teachers of our country, too. 80.6% of them thinks television very effective instructional media, (even more than radio) 10) The teachers attitudes toward childrens' using the adult program were genenally negative. 62.5% said that they must not use the program, for it gives bad effects upon them.

      • 합력학습을 통한 아동의 인지적 사회화에 관한 연구

        This study is to have aimed at the search of the theoretical background and basis to improve children's cognitive socialization through callaborational learning of children-teachers and children-children at the teaching-learning situations. The contents of the study were the meaning of collaborational learning for children education, the theoretical perspectives of child development and the application of the theories of collaborational learning. To study the above contents, researcher collected and analyzed the articls and literatures related to the subject of the research. The summary of the suggestions of researchers and theorists about application to child education of collaborational learning are like the followings. First, , learners have to participate the same objectives of learning, and to communicate effectively during collaborational learning teachers should instruct to students the reason why they take part actively in the learning. Second, the activities of the members should be evaluated, and the criterion of the evaluation must be the degree of the collaboration and participation of learners. Third, in order to support the social interacion of students in their groups, teacher shoud know and use the collaborative skills that the students can use them together. Forth, teachers should control the affective situation during children's interaction. Firth, for solving the problem related to continguity development of children, teachers must construct the learning circumstances of the level fitting for the students. Lastly, grouping the students for collaborational learning, teachers should group the learners who are different in their cognitive ability, social skill, age, sex, their verbal traits and interesting levels.

When zoysiagrass breeding lines are properly combined, they may result in valuable synthetic cultivars. 한국잔디류의 교배조합 계통간 자웅성기관 발육의 차이를 구명하고, 형질의 유전특성을 파악하여, 자연 방임수분 조건에서 타가수분율을 추산하여, 자연방임조건의 교배를 이용한 한국잔디류의 합성품종의 육성 가능성을 확인해 보고자 본 연구를 수행하였다. 한국잔디류 중 형태적으로 특성이 있는 5개 종 및 품종을 사용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 교배조합을 포장에 식재한 후에 암술과 수술의 개화시기를 조사하였으며, 종자를 수확하여 육묘한 후에 후대들의 형태적 특성을 이용하여 형질의 유전특성을 조사하였다. 형태적 특성중 줄기의 기부색을 이용하여 타식률을 조사하였다. 자연방임수분 후대들의 형태적 특성을 이용한 유전특성 비교에서 잎털의 유무, 초장, 분얼경수는 변이의 폭이 크게 나타났고, 엽폭은 종자친의 형질을 많이 따랐으며, 전체적으로는 종자친과 화분친의 영향 없이 한쪽의 모본에서 영향을 받은 형이 가장 많이 나타났다. 모본간의 중간특성을 많이 나타낸 기부색은 각 개체들의 교배여부를 확인할 수 있는 지표로 활용할 수 있었다. 기부색을 이용한 타가수분율 추정은 자웅성기관의 개화시기가 비슷하고 양친의 특성에 차이가 있어 교배를 확인할 수 있는 조합에서 가능하였고, 교배 조합간에 타가수분율에 차이를 보였으나 본 실험에서는 타가수분율이 11.3-48.9(로 추산되어 타식이 발생되는 것을 확인하였고, 한국잔디가 방임수분을 통한 합성품종 육성의 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다.

      • 수업설계 패러다임의 변천과 새로운 동향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the shifts from behaviorism to cognitivism and constructivism as a new perspective in the paradigm of instructional design. Instructional design field has moved through a series of development phase since the early behaviorist work of Skinner, Pressey and their followers. Behaviorism is based on behavioral psychology, experimental design research method and environmentalism. But cognitivism appeared in order to overcome behaviorism’s limitations in early 1980’s. Cognitivism is focused on learner’s cognitive process and conceptual structure. Recently, the constructivism as a new viewpoint is appeared. It becoms the main research subject in instructional design field. Instructional design is seemed to be a necessary field of study to comprehend and develop instructional processes, and it is important factor to determine the success and failure of instruction. In this point of view, this study attempted to connect paradigm shifts in instructional design: From behaviorism to cognitivism and to constructivism. But constructivism is needed succeeding studies, because, at present, it is an actively debating subject and gives many suggestions as a new perspective in instructional design.

      • 협동학습의 교육효과에 관한 분석적 考察

        This study is to have aimed at the search of the educational effects, the theoretical basis and the study trends on cooperative learning of students- students at the teaching-learning situations. The contents of this study are of the cooperative learning and academic achievement, the cooperative learning and intergroup relations, the cooperative learning and mainstreaming, the cooperative learning and self-esteem, and other outcomes on the educational effects of cooperative learning. To study the above contents, researchers have collected and analyzed the articles and literatures related to the subject of the research. The summary of the results of the studies of researchers about the application to teaching-learning situations is like the followings: First, Of many studies on the effects of the academic achievement of cooperative learning, cooperative learning has been more positive than competitive learning or individual learning. Cooperative learning methods have been equally effective among city, country and different race-groups. Second, Of the study on the cooperative learning and intergroup relations, the students who take participate in the cooperative learning have become to like their classmates each other, have diminished the rejections against the students having different racial backgrounds, and have increased the constructive socialization by promoting to accept the students of different racial backgrounds. Third, Of the study on the cooperative learning and mainstreaming, cooperative learning has made normal-progress-children diminish degrees to reject handicapped children as their classmates, and has increased the social acceptance for teaching handicapped children and normal-progress-children together. Fourth, Of the study on the cooperative learning and self-esteem, cooperative learning, for classmates to find their merits, having been structure to support and encourage each other, is indicated that self-esteem of children have been increased meaningly. Lastly, Of the other outcomes, cooperative learnings indicated that feelings of individual control over the student's own fate, the attitude of subject matters, and prosocial behavior and mental health have been positive effects. In conclusions, The results of many researches on cooperative learning support that cooperative learning has very positive effects in the case of not only cognitive aspects but also social or affective aspects.
