      • ICAO CATC(T)의 計器飛行 訓練實態 分析과 國內與件 改善策硏究 : Synthetic Training을 中心으로

        UN의 한 分科機構인 ICAO는 民間航空 運送事業의 國際的 協力과 運航上의 安全 및 技術의 開發하고 後援하는 役割을 擔當하여왔고 民間航空의 全航的인 發展을 促進시키기 爲해서 各種航空裝備와 地上施設을 硏究하여 왔는데 特히 民間航空 技術要員養成을 爲해서 CATC와 名國의 現存하는 施設 (Airline)을 通하여 實施한 Flight training中에서 Instrument training(Synthetic training을 中心으로)을 考察하고 韓國의 實情을 比較檢討하여 改善點을 誘導하는것이다. The ICAO which is a branch of UN was established for development and international support of civil air transport business to ensure safe, technical and economic operations, making a most valuable contribution ofr training of civil aviators. The ICAO has entirely sponsored the project and made a substantial contribution, through providing a new training unit, Airlnes of every country and all required supporting installations and equipments. Civil Aviation Training Center(T) is the first of it's kind in the world as a new training unit to be trained civil pilots by the International Civil Aviation Organization. I have described various problems to be contributed to find the point of improvement, by the considering of the Civil Aviation Training Center(T) and facilities (An Aviation Company) as a field of Synthetic training in the instrument flying and comparing their systems with facilities in Korea. In the Simulator field there will be advances in the intructional facilities loading more and more toward self training, and also in the visual simulation field. Color TV visual systems have been taking advantage of the developments in the TV industry to improve their displays and now visual scenes located at infinity encompassing the full width of the cockpit, together with improved airfield and terrain modelling are indicating that accurate flare judgement should now be possible thus overcoming one of the major limitations of visual systems hitherto. Visual systems which use filmes of actual aircraft operations have also appeared in the last few years with digital flight Simulator.

      • Helicopter 의 回轉翼에 對한 空氣力學的인 考察 : OH-23G의 運用實驗을 根據로한 安定性에 對하여

        第二次 世界大戰이 끝난以後 固定翼航空機의 發展은 비약적이었다고 하겠으나 回轉翼航空機는 力學的으로나 技術的인 面에서 그렇지 못하였다. 그러나 helicopter의 利用은 점차 그 重要性이 認定되어 우리나라에도 特히 軍에서는 많은 裝備를 확보하고 있고 民에서도 各種 産業分野에 利用될 단계에 있다고 본다. 이러한 實情下에서 本論文에서는 OH-32G의 安定性을 考察하면서 부가적으로 rotor의 空氣力學的인 問題를 論하고자 한다. While fixed-wing aircraft has been reasonably well developed, since World WarⅡ, aerodynamics of rotating-wing aircraft in many aspects of helicopter engineering is insignificant. The utilization of the helicopter have been recognized it's important, and military aviation especially equipped with many rotary-wing aircrafts, also civil aviation are going to utilize them in various industries. I set forth the stability and Characteristcs of OH-23G or technical problems and aerodynamic of the helicopter that is dissymmetry of lift. Additionally I described general types of the helicopter and characteristics to provide an understanding of this report.

      • 一般航空機의 利用性 硏究 : Commuter 機를 中心으로

        航空交通의 발달은 航空機가 國際的인 協力에 依해 개발될 수 밖에 없었으므로 航空機의 安全性 및 기술적인 측면이 ICAO의 지원에 의존할 수 밖에 없는 것이 現實이다. 그러나 最近에는 國際民間航空 수송의 伸張이 路線 및 乘客 양면에서 크게 확대되고 있으나 이 경우 국가이익이 우선하는 경우가 많아 국제 경쟁시대가 불가피하게 대두되고 있다. 따라서 國內에서 운용하게 될 小型機의 출현이 경제성을 감안할 때 크게 요구되고 있는 바 미국을 비롯 선진국에서 개발하고 있는 commuter機가 Regional route에서 공항문제,소음 및 경제성을 보완해 주고 있는 실정이므로 본 논문에서는 이들 항공기에 대한 비교 분석과 개발方向을 검토하여 보았다. ICAO was established for development and internatonal support of civil air transport business to ensure safe, technical and economic operations. It is very important in view of national economic phase that every government used an aviation as means of increasing prestige and power. Although it is fact that recent expansion of long international transportation has proven to be remarkable, the local airline of every countries has made the maximum use of the new generation of regional airliners for the feeder routes. Basically a quiet, pressurized twin-turboprop commuter aeroplane were developed such as the ATR 42 series and Nord 262 having a cruise speed over 500KPH and a range in excess of 900km. Now, many manufacturers are reported to be conducting studies of commercial derivatives of the interesting commuter aeroplane or STOL aircraft considering of airport, noise and economic operations. Here we have described various problems to be contributed to the field of development of commuter by the considering of the economic circumstances and natural feature of Korea.

      • 農業分野에 對한 Helicopter 의 利用硏究 : OH-23G Helicopter 의 利用性에 對하여

        先進國의 農業部分에 對한 Helicopter의 利用은 점차 增加하고 있는 實情이며 近來에 와서 그 利用範圍는 더욱 確大되어가고 있다. 우리 나라는 農業分野에서 Helicopter를 利用함으로서 農業의 現代化분만 아니라 農産物의 增産을 爲해서도 우리가 推進해야할 과제라고 生覺된다. 또 世界各國의 航空機 補給은 이 農業航空에 크게 공헌하고 있으며 高度의 經濟成長을 追求하고 있는 우리 나라에서도 軍에서 使用하고 있는 많은 Helicopter裝備를 利用함으로서 農業의 現代化에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 判斷하여 이 問題를 검토한다. Condidering agricultures of advanced countries, the utilization of helicopter have been devoted to agricultures and the field of utilization are magnifying by degrees. Particulary the utilization of helicopter in the field of agricultures, are not only the modernization of agricultures, but also that we should drive forward to the increased production production of agricultures. The spread of aircraft in the world have been assisted to agricultural aviation. Also, at the present time of Korea that requires the persuit of high economic growth, the equipment of helicopter which utilize in the military aviation should be made practical application of industries, and it will be contributed to the modernization of agricultures. I described various techical problems and uitlization of military helicopters for spraying at cultizated field.

      • ICAO의 民間航空要員養成實態分析과 韓國的現實比較 : CATC(T)의 Flight Training을 中心으로

        航空機가 交通手段으로 急速히 發達됨에 따라 國際民間航空機構(ICAO)가 民間航空運送事業의 安全과 技術을 發展시키고 後援하는 役割을 ?當하기 爲해 設立되었고 이에따라 東南亞地域에 對한 民間航空의 技術資源을 開發하고 이 地域의 民間航空發展을 促進시키기 爲해서 施設, 裝備, 人的要員을 包含한 各種協力을 實施하여 왔든것이다. 이 技術協力의 代表的 標本으로 CATC (T)가 탄생되었고 이를 通해서 東南亞各國의 民間航空技術要員 養成에 큰 功獻을 하였는데 여기서는 ICAO Training 基準에 依해서 實施하고 있는 CATC (T)의 flight Training에 對해서 考察하고 韓國의 實情과 比較, 檢討하므로서 우리의 進路를 모색하고 改善点을 硏究코저한다. As a rapid development of aircraft used in the means of transportation, the ICAO was established for development and support of civil air transport business to ensure safe, technical and economic Operations, making a most valuable contributio in southeast ASIA to providing technical assistance activities including facilities, equipments and trained men. Here, I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of pilot training, by the considering of the Civil Aviation Training Center's(T) training systems and comparing with each facilities.

      • 基本計器飛行을 위한 計器特性과 計器判讀에 關한 小考

        계기비행의 발달은 악기상 조건하에서도 주어진 비행이 가능토록 하였으며, 조종사는 이러한 계기비행을 완벽하게 수행하기 위하여 기본계기비행 교육과 고등계기 비행교육을 통하여 전문기술을 습득하여야 한다. 이중 기본계기비행을 잘하려면, 비행계기의 일반적 특징을 잘 이해하고 빠른 시간내에 필요한 계기를 판독하는 것이 필수적이라 말할 수 있겠다. 따라서 이번 연구를 통하여, 특히 조종사들이 계기를 신속하고 정확하게 판독할 수 있는 방안으로 항공기 계기 판넬구성과 항공계기 표시 방법상의 개선 방안 및 효율적인 Cross check요령을 제시하여 본다. Pilots are able to navigate to their destination and to land at their precisely and Safely because they are trained and their modern aircraft have more precise and easy to read instrument. It forced the pilots to fly in any bad weather condition that they have the developed instrument. Pilots must be accustomed to instrument flying for the purpose to accept the requirement. For the high class instrument flying, first, trained with basic instruments, and then, learned with more easy and precise instruments. It is very important duing the basic instrument flying that pilots know the instrument descriptions, how to read more many instrument in flight and how to control the aircraft with them. At the begining of the basic instrument flying, Pilot realize that instrument flying is very difficult. When they must read the instruments in flight, they cannot read them because their eyes are fixed at one instrument. Those problems must be excluded for the effective and good instrument flying. Since I suggested the devices of shift instrument reading and correct instrument interpretation , these devices are composed of instrument panel arrangement and improved instrument indications.

      • FA200의 效率的인 燃料使用에 關한 硏究

        航空機 運航을 經濟的으로 實施하기 위해서는 航空機의 重量을 減少시키고 抵抗도 적게해야 하는 것은 물론 燃料의 손실을 적게하기 위한 發動機의 出現이 要求되고 있으며 航空燃料를 可能한 한 節約하고 燃料效率을 높이는 것도 꾸준히 硏究가 계속되어야 할 것이다. 特히 왕복식 engine을 가진 8,000LB 以下의 一般航空(general aviation)에서 젯트機나 大型 航空機에 比해 그 必要性이 크게 인식되어 있지 못한 現實에서는 氣溫, ?度, 標高等 자연환경을 ? 含, 燃料效率을 最大로 높여야 하는 문제가 一般 航空機를 運用하는 操縱士에게 새롭게 인식되어야 하겠으며 理論을 근거로 하여 實際에서 깊이 고려되고 적용되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 이 論文에서는 本大學에서 訓練飛行에 使用하고 있는 航空機(FA 200, HL 1042, HL 1046)의 燃料消耗를 比較하고 大氣條件을 ?含하여 飛行種類別로 rate of fuel consmption을 分析하여 봄으로서 訓練飛行에서의 fuel efficiency를 硏究하기로 한다. Many studies were conducted by the nations for increasing the aircraft's fuel efficiency included composite applications for weight reduction, drag reduction through clean-up and fairing additions, engine modifications to reduce thrust specific fuel consumption, and even added collection systems to eliminate small fuel losses. Over the next several years We are able to expect that there will be a very rapid improvement in the fuel efficiency of aircrafts and fuel saving technology applications, or comprehensive fuel conservation program. If general aviation(One or two reciprocating engines and gross weights less than 8,000Ib) is to continue without restriction, there must be a conserted attempt to design future aircraft with fuel efficiency as an uppermost consideration. Although our flight training always includes considerable study of effects of fuel and natural environment (Temperature, Humidity and Elevation) a surprisingly large percentage of the pilot population fails to make the connection between the theory and it's application to there actual flying. In fact, even if we do lot of flight training in our college we may not have enough opportunity to observe that basis of any physical theory and an experimental result of fuel consumption. Here I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of fuel efficiency of small aircraft by theconsidering of fuel consumption of training airplane in the college comparing with FA 2000, HL 1042 and HL 1046 including of the effects of air density.

      • 韓國의 民航空機 現況考察과 國內線 改善에 關한 硏究

        航空交通의 發達은 그 發展過程에서 國際的協調에 依해서 이루어진 것이 事實이지만 國家利益에 優先하게 되는 境遇가 많아서 國際競爭의 範圍를 벗어날수 없다. 또 航空機의 發達은 距離와 時間을 短縮시켜 놓았으나 飛行場의 大型化, 運營經費, 騷音公害 等으로 先進國에서는 아직도 再來式 航空機가 많아 活用되고 있는 實情이다. 國際經濟의 沈滯에도 不拘하고 우리나라는 1975年 유-럽航路를 開設하여 서울~파리間을 運航하기 始作했고 今年에는 스위스까지 延長하는 發展을 보였다. 外國에서는 國際線의 競爭은 勿論 國內航空路線을 爲해서 美國, 카나다等에서 YC-15, DHC-7 等과 같은 STOL機를 硏究하고 있는 實情이며 國內線航空機를 爲하여 적은 飛行機에 關心이 集中되고 이를 利用하고 있는데 이는 飛行機價格問題를 비롯한 經濟的인 面과 騷音等이 原因으로 分析된다. 앞으로 國內線을 爲한 새로운 航空機가 開發될 것이며 그때까지는 우리나라도 外國과 같은 再來式 航空機의 使用이 要求된다고 본다. Aircraft development and supply of every country in the world have been devoted to industries, a surveying, constructions, and intern ational economic phase. Gradual progress of aviation in the world basis made people recongnize the necessity of the international cooperation, and diplomatic endeavours continued for this purpose. This cooperation system is so complex and confusing form following point view. Despite of the ICAO which is a branch of United Nations was established for development and interantional support of civil air transport business to ensure safe, technical and economic operations, it is very important in view of national economic phase that every government used a aviation as means of increasing prestige and power. Despite of difficult economic situation of world, in 1975, Korean Airlines began a polar service to Europe between Seoul and Paris, The first prototype of the de Havilland DHC-7, four engine turbo-prop STOL aeroplane flew in Canada and the McDonnell Douglas YC-15 made its first flight in 1975. Both manufacturers are reported to be conductingh studies of commercial delivatives of the interesting designs. Preliminary studies of configuration, performance, econmics and noise charagteristics reportedly indicate that a commercial derivative could be operated by shorthoul airlines from short field length secondary airpoint are could meet current ICAO noise specifications for conventional aerolanes. Here I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of improvement of our domestic airlines, by the considering of the process of international airlines and cooperaions.

      • 操縱士養成을 目的으로한 水色飛行場의 空域 標準化方案에 관한 硏究

        本 水色飛行場은 標準悲行場으로서는 여러가지 問題點을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 問題點을 解消 시키기 爲하여 現存施設을 最大限으로 活用하고 最少限의 投資로서 水色飛行場을 飛行場으로서의 標準的인 여건하에 活用되도록 할 수 있는 方案을 模索해 보려고 한다. 現存하는 問題點들을 解消시키고 水色飛行場을 輕航空機訓鍊用의 標準飛行場으로 開發시키기 爲하여는 最少限의 計器飛行能力으 保有토록 Radio Beacon을 設置 運用하고, 管制塔의 空地通信能力과 金浦國際空港과의 通信網의 補强, 활주로의 活用度를 向上시키기 爲한 誘導路의 補裝 및 水色飛行場을 航空大學에서 直接 관장하는 制度的인 뒷받침 等이 절대적으로 必要한 事項으로 擡頭되는 것이다. 이러한 문제가 解決되는 경우 水色飛行場은 首部圈 주변의 經航空機 運航 Center 로서 金浦國際空港의 混雜을 덜어 줄 수 있는 機能도 保有케 되리라고 期特할 수 있다. This paper is prepared to provied standardized airport environment to Susack airfield with masimum utilization of present facilities and minimum investment for additional facilities. The writer's recommand as following, to develop the Susaek airfield as a model light aircraft training field and a light aircraft operation center at the periphery of capital city. 1.Susack airfield shall be directly controlled by civil aviation college. 2.Pave one taxiway and install mininum required runway lighting system for getter utilization of runway. 3.Augment air-ground channel for control tower and point of point communication with Kimpo International airport. 4.Install a non-directional radio beacon system to provied th IFR capbility.

      • 航空大學 訓練飛行機의 燃料 消耗實態 分析

        初期의 航空機 발달과정에서는 氣象을 극복한다든지 燃料를 節約하는 문제는 생각하기 어려웠으며 단지 速度를 빠르게 하는 것, 高空으로 올라갈 수 있는 것. 먼 距離로 飛行할수 있는 것 등의 基本的인 것이 관심의 對象이었고 力學的으로 抵抗을 적게 하고 무게를 가볍게 한다든지 燃料損失을 적게하는 效率性은 硏究에 포함시킬 수 없었다. 그러나 航空機가 發達됨에 따라 航空機 運用의 經濟性으로 보아 燃料를 節約하는 技術이 要求되었고 效率的인 使用方法이 必要하게 되었다. 本論에서 航空大學에서 使用하고 있는 主 訓鍊機인 FA 200과 PA 32-300(piper cherokee)全部에 對한 燃料消耗를 그 任?別로 比較 分析함으로서 效率的인 燃料使用 方案을 摸索하였다. During the early of development of aircraft, great importances such as speed, high altitude, and range were foremost in the mind of human while little thought or effort was directed toward giving the aircraft an all weather capability of fuel saving problem. And the early flights of heavier-than-air aircraft were performed without any efforts of efficient fuel consumption, weight reduction, drag reduction, and even added collection systems to eliminate small fuel losses. Since the jet age came into being in the world, the aircraft industry directed most of its efforts toward the development of jet propulsion for military planes. But commercial aviation was not slow to take adventage of the research and development that had brought the jet engine to an advanced stage of operational perfection. Under the such circumstance of aircraft development, general aviation was to continue without restriction for fuel saving technology applications, and there must be a conserted attempt to design future aircraft with fuel efficiency as an uppermost consideration. I indicated in my last report that even if we do a lot of flight training in our college we may not have enough opportunity to observe that basis of any physical theory and an experimental result of fuel consumption. Once again I have described various problems to be contributed to the field of fucl efficiency of small aircraft by considering of fuel consumption of training airplanes in aviation college.
