Purpose : Most of the moderns have been spent sedentary life style in front of desk or on the chairs, so that their hamstring muscles are shorted commonly and the shortness of hamstring muscles are caused to some problems in functional activities. The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of thermotherapy with hot-pack and ultrasound on the tightness of hamstring muscles in individuals with hamstring tightness. Method : Twenty-eight persons with hamstring tightness participated in this study. They were randomly assigned to three exercise groups: stretching group(n=10), hot-pack group(n=9), and ultrasound group(n=9). Before experiment, this study measured the angle of hip flexion using a inclinometer in all participants. Stretching group conducted actively stretching on their shorted leg for 30 seconds, 3 times, and rest for 10 seconds between each exercises. Hot-pack group have applied hot-pack($70{\sim}75^{\circ}C$) on shorted hamstring muscles for 20 minutes before stretching exercise. Ultrasound group have applied therapeutic ultrasound(1 MHz and 1.5W/cm2) on shorted hamstring muscles for 10 minutes before stretching exercise. All data was analysed using one-way repeated ANOVA. Result : The results revealed that ultrasound therapy before stretching is more effective to the flexibility on hamstring muscles than hot-pack before stretching and stretching only. Conclusion : The results of this study show that thermotherapy with therapeutic ultrasound will be effective on the shortness of hamstring muscles before stretching exercise.

정비석의 소설 『자유부인』은 한국전쟁 직후 새롭게 나타나기 시작한 여성의 일상 문화를 소설적 형상으로 집약하고 있다. 아울러 그 문화와 길항하고 그것을 규율하는 당대 미시 권력의 다양한 양상을 함께 드러냄으로써 1950년대 한국 사회에 관한 의미 있는 소설적 담론을 제공하고 있다. 『자유부인』의 두 주인공은 동시대에 존재한 계몽과 해방의 가능성을 표상하지만, 그 가능성은 온전하게 실현되지 못한다. 남성 주인공은 자신의 성애적 감각과, 아내의 삶을 새롭게 구조화하고 있는 전후의 구체적인 일상성을 충분히 장악하지 못하고 만다. 이는 전후에 활동한 비판적 지성의 가능성과 한계를 드러낸 것이라 할 수 있다. 『자유부인』에서 서술자와 남성 주인공이 떠맡은 비판적 지성의 역할은 여성들의 다양하고 구체적인 일상 문화가 지닌 해방적 가능성까지 소멸시킬 수는 없었다. 『자유부인』은 종전 직후의 혼란스러운 세태에 한 여성 인물을 던져 놓고, 그 시대의 핵심적인 가치들과 관련된 시험들 속에 그 인물을 배치하여 시련과 방황을 겪게 한 다음 윤리적으로 계도하여 귀환시킨 소설이다. 표면적으로 보면 이 소설에 동원된 다양한 서사 전략은 이러한 내적 형식과 그것에 걸맞은 귀결을 짓는 데 기여한 것 같다. 그러나 결말 부분의 작위성 등에서 드러나듯이 여주인공은 계몽에 굴하지 않은 채 위반의 실현을 연기(延期)/연기(演技)한 욕망의 책략을 구사한 인물로 남게 된다. 결국 『자유부인』에서 해방되지 않은 내부의 타자성과 계몽에 포획되지 않은 정념은 규율되지 않은 채 여전히 텍스트의 안과 밖에 남게 된다. Jeong Bi-seok's novel, Madame Freedom(Jayu-Buin), represents women's daily life patterns which started to appear right after the Korean War.Also, it provides significant novel discourses about the Korean society of the 1950s, by revealing diverse aspects of the contemporary micro-power, the power related to the new life patterns. The two main characters of the novel represent the possibility of enlightenment and liberation, even though the possibility is not fulfilled entirely. The main male character cannot perfectly control his erotic emotion and the patterns which starts to build up his wife's life. This shows the limits of a critical intellectual, at the same time, the possibility of it as well. The critical intellectual, which the narrator and the main male character are responsible for, cannot eliminate the possibility of liberation within women's diverse daily patterns. The novel places the main female into the confusing situation, making her go through many hardships which are related to the important values of the time, finally leading her into a moral way, letting her come back home. At a glance, the many different narrative strategies used in the novel seems to contribute in the process of building up the inner form and the closing part. However, as informed in the contrived closing part, the main female stays as a character who uses the strategy of desire -the delaying/acting to violate the taboo- , since she is not affected by the enlightenment. At last, the pathos, not being captured by the otherness and enlightenment, is not disciplined, staying inside and outside of the text till the final moment.

이 글은 포스트모던의 조건이 우리 사회에도 충분히 조성되었다는 진단 아래 포스트모던 사유(철학)가 제공해주는 새로운 인식이 교육에도 새로운 지평을 열어 줄 수 있는지 그 가능성을 탐색한다. 즉 교육학에서 포스트모던 논의 성과를 수용하는 것이 그 상대주의적(허무주의로 귀결되는) 특성으로 인해 종국적으로는 교육학 자체의 토대를 잠식해 들어갈 수도 있다는 우려 섞인 반응들과는 반대로 포스트모던 사유에서 나오는 논의나 성과들이 교육에 있어서 새로운 가능 영역을 열어줄 수 있음을 논하고자 하였다. 포스트모던 사상가들은 특정한 관점으로 세계(또는 세계상)를 구성하는 일을 비판하고, 세계를 구성하는데 사용되는 일원론적 관점을 해체하고 그런 관점의 제약 아래서 보지 못한 것들을 사유(또는 언어)의 유희로 열어 놓는다는 데 어느 정도 공통점이 있다. 이러한 포스트모던의 사유 논리의 대상 영역으로 가능한 교육 현상들을 지식(교육 내용), 윤리와 가치관의 재구성, 교육 행정 및 평가, 학생의 교육 경험의 영역으로 범주화하여 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 포스트모던 사유 형식 내지는 사유가 열어 줄 수 있는, 전통 일원적 논리에 갇혀 은폐 또는 소외되어 있던 교육적 가치나 인간적 가치들을 드러낼 수 있기를 기대해 본다. 단, 이 글은 이론적 체계화보다는 포스트모던 이론의 대상이 될 수 있는 교육 현상의 사례들을 제시하고 열거하는데 초점을 맞추었음을 밝힌다. It is thought that the postmodern condition has been formed in our society. Based on this thought, this study is aimed at examining whether the postmodern thinking will open the new perspectives and understanding in the education. Commonly postmodern thinkers have rejected the monistic views and pursued pluralism on the basis of relativism. They have also had us turn our attention to the aspects that was closed and neglected by the specific views throughout man’s thought history. The values that they have found by the play of thinking(or language) are the approval and respect of the other and difference and so on. Like this, the postmodern thought logic can enlarge our mental vision though the relativism which characterizes it may bring about nihilistic chaos. The intention of this study is to present the spheres of education to which can apply this postmodern thinking logic. The presentation consists of the knowledge(or the contents of the teaching and learning in school), reconstruction of the moral and the view of value, educational administration and evaluation and the students’ experience in school. It is expected that the educational or human values which have been closed by monistic logic of modern education can be disclosed by this study. This study is focused on presenting and enumerating the cases to which can be confirmed as postmodern-educational aspects rather than on theorizing of postmodern education.
