A new speed measurement method using a microprocessor is present. Speed is computed from a definite small fraction of time measurement for the one revolution of a shaft. The method characteristics is that it presented here, however, maintains the accuracy constant at a preset value even when the speed varied from low to very high values too. It is not necessary for complex hardware, but can be measured by software for wide-range speed. The method can he applied to voltage, current. temperature and stressforce measurement for using another simple hardware too.

무선주파수를 사용하는 추적안테나의 추적성능은 비행체 추적 및 위치 측정에서 매우 중요한 요소이나, 전기적·물리적으로 매우 큰 안테나의 특성을 정확히 측정하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 특히 우주응용분야에서 사용되는 대형 접시형 추적안테나 시스템과 같이 신호원을 따라 안테나의 지향방향이 변하는 경우에는 안테나 지향방향에 따라 특성이 일정하지 않을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 대형 추적안테나 시스템의 추적 성능지표인 지향정확도 및 추적정확도에 영향을 주는 오차요인을 검토하고, 나로우주센터에서 원격측정용으로 사용하고 있는 11m 대형 접시형 추적안테나에 대한 추적성능을 효율적으로 측정할 수 있는 저궤도위성(Low Earth Orbit)을 사용한 측정방법 및 그 결과를 기술한다. The tracking performance of the big tracking antenna system using Radio Frequency is very important for the tracking and position measuring for the flight vehicle, but the precise measuring of the tracking performance is not easy, especially for the big antenna system such as ground telemetry antenna or tracking radar in space application because it's characteristics could be different in accordance with the antenna direction. In this paper, the error factors impacting on the tracking performance (pointing accuracy and tracking accuracy) and the ranges of each factor are reviewed, and the simple and efficient method to measure the tracking performance is introduced which using low earth orbit as the signal source. Finally, the measurement results for the telemetry ground antenna in NARO Space Center are reviewed.

In order to obtain Transfer Function of various feedback control systems, either the Equivalent Transfer method, Mathematical method, or the Mason's method are normally applied, which usually include cumbersome stage of calculations. This paper introduced a simple yet acculate method for obtaining the Transfer fGk Functions by applying generalized feedback function; <원문참조> directry on the Block Diagram of the systems. And further this method proves its simplicity in comparison with the conventional method.
Microprocessor를 利用한 溫度 制御에 關한 硏究

This study is to design temperature control Circuit by 8085 microprocessor, in terms of PWM and PFM method. This study showed the possibility of simplification complex circuits and can reduction of error range. Since the circuit is controled by software, it improves much system cost and reliability except temperature sensor, interface and power driver circuit. Also this method revealed to be useful for the practical application to control various arbitrary temperatures without any adjustment of programs.

A control circuit for automatic sectionalization blocking system to protect power line to be grounded is designed using current transformer, mercury relay, programmable unjunction transistor, transistor, SCR and diode. It is proved by experiment that those discrete devices are much better in the noise margin than integrated circuit especially in the super high lower system. The output voltage vs line current characteristic of the current transformer used in the system is to be very linear in the range of lower resistance value.

A microstrip patch antenna with B-WLL applications is designed and manufactured. To make a array antenna the size of patch antenna was miniaturized. A broad band is obtained by two additional parasitic elements, which are closely located to the main patch. The bandwidth of the manufactured antenna is 15% at the center frequency of 26.8 GHz. Radiation patterns are measured over a wide bandwidth. B-WLL 용 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 배열 안테나를 만들기 위해 안테나의 크기를 소형화하였다. 두 개의 기생 소자를 급전되는 메인 패치에 가깝게 위치시킴으로써 광대역 특성을 얻을 수 있었다. 설계, 제작된 안테나는 약 15%의 대역폭을 가졌다. 넓은 대역폭에 걸쳐 방사 패턴을 측정하였다.
