광촉매의 구조 및 수용액 pH가 TCE광분해 활성에 미치는 영향

In this study, surface of various types of TiO_2 were characterized by SEM. The effects of H_2O_2 and pH in trichloroethylene(TCE) aqueous solution on TCE photodegradation was studied. SEM results revealed that the particle size of Degussa P-25 was smaller than those of both KIER TiO_2 and Aldrich TiO_2. Photocatalytic activity was decreased with addition of 0.lwt% H_2O_2 except KIER TiO_2. The optimum activity obtained when the pH of aqueous solution was 9 with Degussa P-25. And photocatalytic activity of Degussa P-25 and M-TiO_2 was almost same when the aqueous solution pH was 9.

Refractoruy organic containants have been often reported to came from increacing consumption of organic materials. Lots of researches have been done for complete mineralization to CO_(2) and H_(2)O by attack of active radical species, generated on the UV irradiated TiO_(2) surface. The effect of pH in trichloroethylene(TCE) aqueos solution on the photocatalytic activity of TCE photodegradation was studied. The pH of solution was adjusted from 3 to 11 by using HNO_(3) and NaOH, P25-TiO_(2) from Degussa, mixed structure of anatase(75%) and rultile(25%), and physical mixture(M - TiO_(2)) of Aldrich TiO_(2)(anatase) and KIER TiO_(2)(rutile) were used. The optimum degradation of TCE appeared at pH 9 of the aqueous solution when Degussa P-25 was used. And phptocataytic activities of Degussa P-25 and M-TiO_(2) were almost same when the pH of the solution was 9.

The physiology of parasitic wasp control of their lepidopteran hosts' not only includes injecting their egg but also various factors such as symbiotic virus. This study was focused on the investigation of sophisticated interaction between parasitoid (Diadegma fenestrale) and their host (Plutella xylostella) in P. xylostella larva at transcriptome level, to check whether it is parasitized or not. Short-read deep sequencing method (Hiseq2000) was used for the transcriptome analysis. De novo assembly of cDNA sequence data generated 196,081 contigs between 201bp and 15,853bp in length. Some detoxification enzymes such as cytochrome P450 and Immune-related genes such as antimicrobial peptides were up-regulated after parasitism. Expression of symbiotic ichnovirus genes was detected in parasitized larvae with 55 contigs identified from five ichnovirus gene families including vankyrin, viral innexin, repeat elements, a cysteine-rich motif, and polar residue rich protein. This investigation provides a detailed information on differential expression of P. xylostella larval genes and symbiotic ichnovirus genes following parasitization.
다공질 세라믹 추를 이용한 중량 토양수분함량 측정 센서의 성능 검증

토양 콘의 무게를 기반으로 한 간단한 토양 수분 측정 방법이 개발되었다. 토양 콘은 토양으로 채워진 원추형 다공성 세라믹 컵이다. 세 가지 토양 샘플에서 코어 방법과 FDR(Frequency Domain reflectometry) 방법에 의한 토양 수분함량은 직선 회귀식의 결정계수가 각각 0.92-0.98 및 0.97-0.99였으며, 선형 관계였다. 토양 세라믹 콘 내부 토양의 체적 수분 함량과 콘 내부 토양 수분 중량 및 FDR의 센서 값의 회귀결과 결정계수가 각각 0.96 및 0.97였다. 토양 콘 중량과 FDR센서 값(r² = 0.99, p < 0.001) 사이는 높은 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 토양 콘의 무게를 측정하여 토양 수분 함량을 측정할 수 있었다. A simple soil moisture measurement method based on the weight of soil cone was developed. Soil cone is a conical porous ceramic cup filled with soil. In the three soil samples (fine sandy soil, silt loam, and sandy loam), the soil moisture content by core method and FDR (Frequency domain reflectometry) method showed a linear relationship with the regression coefficients of 0.92 - 0.98 and 0.97 - 0.99, respectively. The volumetric moisture content of the soil inside the soil cone to the soil cone water weight and the FDR sensor value showed a relationship with regression coefficient of 0.96 and 0.97, respectively. The relationship between the soil cone weight and the FDR sensor value (r² = 0.99, p < 0.001) was highly significant. Therefore, it was possible to measure soil moisture content by weighing of soil cone.
